Chapter 2632 VIP Patron

Chapter 2632  VIP Patron

"Would you like some of the alcohol for take away too?" Miss Rose asked.

"Hmm… Give me ten bottles of each alcohol," Lin Mu replied. 'The Saintess should try some of them too,' he thought.

"T-Ten each?" The other beauties were stunned.

"F-forgive me, Master Lin Mu, but we cannot do that," Miss Rose replied. "We can provide most of them, but a few of the liquors and wines are only made in limited quantities. We have less than four bottles of each left for take away. We cannot sell the ones reserved for the restaurant," she explained.

While the Four Fruits Restaurant had a massive stock of ingredients and products, there were still limits to some of their higher-quality items, such as the wines and liquors. These were very high-priced, with the most expensive bottle costing over a hundred high-grade immortal stones.

This was also why the staff and the Ten Flower Beauties were surprised when Lin Mu ordered the entire menu earlier—and now, he was asking specifically for wines and liquors.

"That's fine, I'll take what you can give," Lin Mu said, unfazed.

"Very well." Miss Rose directed the servants to prepare everything promptly.

Within ten minutes, everything was brought to Lin Mu in neatly packed boxes. All of the boxes were immortal tools inscribed with preserving formations. If one considered the value of the boxes alone, they might be worth about fifty high-grade immortal stones.

These were not items easily given out, but compared to what Lin Mu was paying, they were just a fraction of the total amount. As such, the Four Fruits Immortal Restaurant didn't mind offering them as a complimentary service.

"This is also for you, Master Lin Mu." Miss Rose presented a card.

"Looks like you'll be a VIP now," Daoist Chu chuckled.

"Indeed, Master Lin Mu is now a VIP patron of our establishment as well as all of our affiliated businesses," Miss Rose stated.

"Oh? Affiliated businesses?" Lin Mu was intrigued.

He had been focused on eating for the most part and hadn't chatted much with the Ten Flower Beauties. After all, the main appeal of the Tree Crown Hall was the company of the Ten Flower Beauties. Most patrons came to converse with them while enjoying the food on the side.

But Lin Mu was different—his primary focus was on the food, not the company. If not, he might have already known more about the restaurant and its network from casual conversation.

"Our Four Fruits Restaurant is part of a conglomerate called the Ten Petal Company," Miss Rose explained.

"Ten Petal Company?" Lin Mu raised his brows. The name sounded familiar. "I think I saw that name around the city."

"Indeed. We have many businesses in the city," Miss Rose confirmed with a smile. "For more information, you can consult the card. It includes details about all our businesses and a handy map you can use to locate them."

"That'll help," Lin Mu said, relieved he wouldn't need to buy a map separately.

With a wave of his hand, Lin Mu paid the bill and stored all the items in his ring and stood up.

"Meow." Little Shrubby woke from his short nap after the hearty meal and stretched luxuriously.

He leaped onto Lin Mu's shoulders, reclaiming his usual perch.

"We'll take our leave now," Lin Mu said, glancing outside.

The sky was beginning to turn a deep orange, and the birds were flying to their nests.

They had arrived early in the morning and spent over twelve hours at the restaurant.

"Of course, we wish you a pleasant farewell," the Ten Flower Beauties said in unison. "Please visit us whenever you wish. Our restaurant is open at all hours, every day of the week."

"I'll keep that in mind," Lin Mu replied.

"Little Cherry, Little Lily, I'll visit you two before leaving," Daoist Chu promised.

"We'll wait for you, Master Chu. Please don't take too long," they said with longing.

Monk Hushu said nothing but wore a serene expression, having enjoyed the free meal.

As a monk, he was accustomed to simple vegetarian food, but even he could appreciate the flavors of the dishes served here.

"Honored Monk Hushu, we wish you goodbye," the Ten Flower Beauties said respectfully, placing their hands together in a prayer gesture.

"Amitabha," Monk Hushu replied, mirroring the gesture.

With that, the trio and the kitten were gracefully escorted out of the restaurant.

"Now where do we go?" Lin Mu asked.

"Well, that depends. Are you tired and want to rest? Or do you want to explore?" Daoist Chu asked.

"Is that even a question? Does it look like I'm tired?" Lin Mu chuckled.

"Ah, my mistake. You weren't tired even after a month of nonstop battles in the Bridge Plane," Daoist Chu laughed. "Then let's explore. I'll take you to a place that's more your style."

"Oh?" Lin Mu's curiosity was piqued. "What is it?"

"You'll see," Daoist Chu said with a wink and led the group onward.

The trio strolled through the streets, taking in the sights. In the night, Ram Orchard City's ambiance transformed into something magical.

The streets were illuminated by countless lamps glowing with gentle, shimmering light. Upon closer inspection, Lin Mu noticed that the lights weren't flames but tiny fireflies that danced within the lanterns.

These fireflies emitted soft, warm glows, casting dynamic patterns on the cobblestone streets below. The flickering lights gave the city an enchanting, dreamlike quality.

Lin Mu scanned the fireflies with his Immortal Sense and realized they were actually immortal beasts, albeit weak ones. They were cultivated specifically to serve as living lamps, their bioluminescence enhanced by formations carved into the lanterns which amplified the brightness.

They had thin wings with shimmering veins, while their thorax was like a tiny vial filled with glowing fluid. Their eyes were a similar golden yellow and glowed with a lower intensity.

"Amber Light Fireflies." Lin Mu recognized them after comparing them to the Insect beasts in his records.
