Chapter 2628: Epiphany
Chapter 2628: Epiphany
“Everything is good, but keep replenishing the pool every three hours, for eighteen hours,” I said to three assistants while handling a small bottle with blue liquid.
In front of me is a huge pool of pale blue liquid, and it is over three hundred leader class Tyrants sitting with their eyes closed. Each one of their bodies was covered in the formation, which would absorb the energy from the pool and send it into their bodies through the different points of their body.
This method is not new, but I have made some advancements in the formation, and Jim has improved the formula, which immediately increased the efficacy of the method by about 11%, which is great.
After taking a look one more time, I walked toward the formation; there was one more place I had to go before I had to visit the healing hall ft28 to release the last subject.
Hun!
I was just looking to step into formation when suddenly I stopped; one of the meta-physical scans in my core was showing an anomaly, and seeing what it was, a shock couldn’t help but appear on my face before it had turned into a bright smile.
‘It is true, unexpected,’ I said to myself; I truly did not think something like it would happen, but it is welcome after the losses we have suffered.
Tr
“I am coming,” I said as I received the call; I knew what it was about. I cut the call, stepped into the formation, and a second later, I appeared in the healing hall f28.
Erica looked at me and motioned toward Lady Redhorn; she was alone in formation; Grandmaster Ravian left two hours ago; I had come a few minutes before he finished and gave him the rundown of the progress he had made, which made him so emotional that he cried.
To be honest, I did not expect him to cry, but sometimes, you come across it, like the thing that is happening in front of me.
Lady Redhorn is sitting on the formation with her eyes closed; there is nothing strange about it till one senses faint first energy swirling around her.
She had comprehended the first energy; though it was very faint now, it would change over time. What truly matters is summoning the first energy, and with it, it is a matter of time before she gains control over it and recognizes a quasi-Grand Lord.
Still, it quite stumped me, considering she is circulating two types of energies in different veins. It took huge concentration as the pathways are quite complicated, and one has to maintain different speeds in two energies.
What I mean to say is usually, one needs a free mind to comprehend the first energy, but Lady Redhorn did it while being busy circulating two types of energies in her body.
I looked at the meta-scan and saw she is still circulating the energies and would be able to get rid of lunar frost in about twenty minutes. Seeing that, I did not wait in the hall; every minute was important, and in twenty-minute, I could finish up a task.
So, I walked into the formation and disappeared a second later, leaving everything in Erica’s care.
Buzz!
Eighteen minutes later, I appeared back into the healing hall and walked silently in front of Lady Redhorn, who was just a few seconds away from destroying the last bit of lunar frost from her body.
Twenty-two seconds passed when finally, the last bit of the lunar frost was destroyed. Now, there is not even a speck that had remained, but Lady Redhorn did not open her eyes, nor I had expected her to, with the first energy swirling around her.
She had stuck with epiphany and comprehended the first energy; it took a minute or few hours for her to come out; I will only wait for a few minutes before I leave, there are many things I have to do, and even though it is important, I could not stay here.
Not do I need to with Erica present here; she will inform me when Lady Redhorn opens her eyes.
I looked at her meta-scan, and after some observation, I was able to find out the progress she had made, and it was very good, better than two of her colleagues who were here with her.
It seemed like the lunar frost treatment, which came to me suddenly, really worked, and it worked much better than I had imagined. Though the resources required for the method are really back-breaking, this method is not for everyone.
Not only because of resources but also because of lunar frost, which is extremly powerful and dangerous that, if handled incorrectly, would easily kill a High Grandmaster.
I am also out of this dangerous substance; I have used everything I have on three of them. It is a good thing; I have a meeting with the Grand Commander an hour later; I will ask her if she could provide me with some lunar frost, a little bit of it would be enough to last me a month.
About five minutes passed, and I was going to stay here for another five before I left; like I had said, there were many important things I had to do.
Two minutes passed when I sensed a faint fluctuation and saw Lady Redhorn opening her eyes with a light smile on her face.
“Congratulation, Lady Redhorn; the day isn’t far before you will become a quasi Grand Lord,” I said to the woman, who seemed to have become a few years younger; I don’t know whether it is because of my treatment or the happiness or the both.
“It is thanks to you that I was able to get this wonderful opportunity,” she said. “I can not take credit for that, Lady Redhorn; you have received the epiphany because of your deep accumulations,” I said to which she smiled.
“I was a little doubtful about your experiment, but it seemed like I had far too much underestimated you,” she said as she lifted her dainty hand and formed a fist. “If I am wrong, then the strength of my body and soul should have been increased by 20% to 25%,” she added as she looked at me.
“22% to be exact,” I replied, and hearing that a smile on her face became brighter. “With this increase, I am hairbreadth away from reaching the absolute limit of High Grandmaster class,” she said.
Looking at her meta-scans, some might say she had already reached it, but she is right. She is just a hair breadth away from reaching the absolute limit of the High Grandmaster class in body and soul.
“Still, thank you again, Grandmaster; you have done a great favor to me, which I will return one day,” she said and walked into teleportation formation before disappearing.
“With her, we have got another quasi-Grand Lord very soon,” Erica said with hope burning in her eyes. “We will also get a Grandmaster, too,” I said while looking at her, which made her blush a little.
It had been only a year since I fixed her bloodline from mutation; that episode had sent her to hibernation for a few months, but when she woke up, her bloodline had gone through the spurt that, within six months, she had reached the absolute limit of Master class.
If she wanted, she could level up to Grandmaster, but she waited and continued strengthening her bloodline, and her efforts are finally going to bear fruit, as looking at her condition, she wasn’t far away from creating a bloodline core.
