Chapter 2103: Chapter 2112: Whatever You Like Is Fine
The beautiful salesperson secretly regretted her decision to soften up and agree to a young man’s persistent pleas to display his work in the store.
She originally thought that the suit’s placement was so obscure that hardly anyone would notice it. Who knew the future Mrs. Lawrence would pay attention to that suit.
After apologizing, the beautiful salesperson became nervous, fearing that it would displease her.
In fact, she was overthinking it; Enna Clark had no particular concept of brands, let alone any requirements for designers.
She was inherently a regular small-town girl, who used to go to the night market to buy clothes costing only a few dollars a piece, sometimes summer clothes for as little as about 3 dollars.
She looked at clothes for pure enjoyment, considering only if she liked them or not. She had no obsession with brands and designers.
Enna simply felt that the suit in the corner was tailored very smoothly, and the lines looked extremely comfortable. Maybe the fabric wasn’t the best, but the simple and natural style combined with the smooth cut gave off a luxurious yet understated vibe.
The more she looked, the more she liked it, turning her head to ask the man beside her, "Baron Lawrence, what do you think of that one?"
She didn’t care who designed the clothes, but she still wanted to know if the person wearing them cared.
"You like it?"
In his eyes, all clothes looked the same.
Enna nodded, "Yes! It looks pretty good, I mainly like its cut, feels like it’d suit you well. But the salesperson just said this suit wasn’t designed by a well-known designer, you..."
The distinguished man directly interrupted her, "As long as you like it!"
Then he nodded towards the beautiful salesperson, "Take that suit down."
"Yes, President Lawrence." The beautiful salesperson was taken aback by the sudden turn of events, but then quickly recovered. She hurriedly and efficiently took down the suit designed by an unknown designer.
Watching her take the clothes down, Enna’s wrist was suddenly grabbed firmly. She instinctively turned her head, confusedly looking at the man grasping her wrist.
What now?
Throughout the entire time, Baron Lawrence’s gaze was focused solely on her, from when she started helping him choose clothes until now, he hadn’t even glanced at what the clothes looked like. His attention was entirely on the person who was helping him choose!
That kind of focus felt as though Enna could randomly pick out a piece of cloth, and as long as she wanted to see it, he wouldn’t care about wearing it.
He was naturally handsome and charming, with a noble status, proud and wealthy, completely a dream man in the eyes of women. Yet he still showed concern for Enna at an intrinsic level, and the female staff at the store were almost green with envy. They envied Enna to the core.
"Besides the suit, there’s also the shirt, tie, and shoes. You have to help me choose all of these!"
"..."
"Since you’re here, later come with me to buy a watch that matches too."
Enna couldn’t help but remind him, "Don’t we already have lots of watches at home? I remember Mr. Harris saying many of them haven’t even been worn yet. You could just pick one from there, there’s no need to buy a new one."
"Damn it! Enna Clark, I’m getting married!" Baron Lawrence furrowed his brows, displeased and stressed to her!
That gritted-teeth tone made it seem like asking him to use an old one was a terribly unreasonable request!
