Seeing the humans retreat, Lord Vega who was carrying the two, the dwarf king and Elf Vera, in his hands, flew back to the ancient forest. He was observing the reaction of the human race and it seems that they were terrified by the finger that had suddenly descended from the sky. Moreover, the target of that finger seems to be from the human side.
Lord Vega took one last look at the crater with a pile of meat and murmured, "Was the one targeted by that finger a human? If so, why are they being targeted?"
Unfortunately, there is no one to answer his questions and can only return to the ancient forest carrying the two heavily wounded ones in his hands.

Marshal Gu Ying was standing at the window still looking at the direction where the finger had appeared. His face, which is usually devoid of emotions, now looks gloomy. He knew why the guardian had made a move.

After writing he called for someone to send the letter to the barren lands. Of course, the one he had sent is a beast king left to his side by Ouroboros to protect him. In reality, the real identity of the one who had possessed the body of Gu Ying was indeed someone from beyond this universe and seemed to have a strength stronger than Ouroboros.

The voice of the cosmos had once again rang, {Possessor of another cosmos energy, Exterminated. The restraint on the guardian’s power will now be restored.}
Before the eyes of the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness, countless black-violet chains had restrained the soul of the God of Destruction. There are simply too many restraints that Ye Xiajie can barely see the figure of his beloved. "Jing’er, what is happening?" Ye Xiajie asked. "Baby, are you alright?"
When he first saw the cluster of something that looks like the cosmos but it’s made up of universes, galaxies and stars, he was barely able to move. Even so, he didn’t feel fear towards it. He felt annoyed instead. But when he saw the new form of his Jing’er, he felt that it was much more beautiful than his god form. At the same time, he felt nostalgic about that form. It’s just that he couldn’t recall where he had seen it.
Seeing that his wife had fainted, Ye Xiajie urgently carried back into the bedroom and continued to use healing abilities on his lover. It took half an hour before the God of Destruction opened his eyes. Ye Xiajie was focusing on casting light healing on him and didn’t know that the man on the bed was now awake.

Hei Anjing took his time to answer and Ye Xiajie never forced him to answer. He only waited for the latter to tell him what he wanted him to know.
Hei Anjing finally answered, "It’s not that you can’t but when you arrive there what identity will you use?"
Exchanging eyes with his beloved, he was confused at first and finally a change in him had happened. The crimson eyes of Ye Xiajie turned completely black, it used to have a depth which is full of stars, this time it’s only pure darkness. An endless abyss which is very similar to the void. The temperament of Ye Xiajie had also changed.
"You know... that we are awake," said the formerly known Dark Lord.
Hei Anjing was the first to avert his eyes and the mischievous smile at the corner of his lips had also faded.

"You want to leave me? You cannot!" Ye Xiajie said as his eyes completely turned crimson at this moment. He even bit the neck which he is hiding his face into.
"Hm~" Hei Anjing ruffles the man’s head leaning on his shoulder as if the pain on his neck was something he couldn’t feel at all.
"I am not leaving. This cosmos is my home. As long as it exist, so do I~." The God of Destruction said.

Barren Land’s outer and inner regions
Pei Jin was still locked in his laboratory trying to find a way to enhance the power of the beast race. As for the Evil Beast God, he was still looking at the crack in the sky before. Since they are closer to the core region of the barren land, the descent of the Cosmos Authority was also felt by him. As someone from the other cosmos, the feeling of the cosmos laws were even more restrictive on them than the original beings who live in this world.

Pei Jin whose soul is connected to him had cut off his original connection to his world and thus, the pressure from this cosmos, cosmic laws was harsh on him. He fainted on the spot while covered in blood. If not for Ouroboros protecting him he would have died.
That’s why as soon as he, Pei Jin, woke up he tried to gain more strength. The faster they leave this world the safer they would be. Lord Ouroboros had come out of hiding when that presence was gone and continued to observe the sky for any change, afraid that he might get caught off guard.
He mumbles, "What made the Cosmic Laws descend? Is it for its guardian?"
