Chapter 4085: Right!
Chapter 4085: Right!
The stalemate between Roan and Gin only lasted a moment. Roan immediately called back his other Element Intent Weapons, all of them shooting in Gin’s direction.
Gin wasn’t any slower, causing many more of his Dark Needles to appear. The two sides clashed, waves of Dark Element and Laws spreading everywhere. That also forced both sides away from each other.
Gin was fuming! He had Havira in his hand, but Roan got in the way. He didn’t know that Havira didn’t have the vial of God Blood anymore. "Who the hell are you? In the name of the Werdlem Imperial Family, I demand that you hand over the Three-Legged Golden Crow Spirit!"
Roan snorted in response. "I couldn’t care less even if you were the Emperor himself. Why are you targeting our friend?"
Gin didn’t answer, obviously. He didn’t want to reveal the existence of the Vial of God’s Blood. In his mind, he was certain Havira wouldn’t have told anyone about that Vial. After all, it was supposed to help her tremendously when she tried to reach the Celestial Realm, maybe even guaranteeing it. It’s just that Havira got something much better, a tailor-made cultivation technique that worked for Spirits from Roan.
However, it was Havira herself who spoke, now aware that this wasn’t a battle she could join. She truly didn’t have anything that anyone from the Werdlem Imperial Family could want, except for one thing. "Roan, he is most likely here for the Vial!"
Gin was taken aback. "You told someone else?!"
Roan finally understood. No, it was better to say he already expected that to be the case, but he didn’t want to talk about the vial without confirmation.
*Vup!*
Suddenly, a vial with slightly golden blood appeared on Roan’s palm, just a few drops. The moment it appeared, it felt like the laws of the world converged around it, such was the power it contained. "So this is what you are looking for, uh? Too bad! It is mine now."
*Zush!*
Suddenly, Gin appeared in front of Roan, all his power focused on snatching the vial from Roan’s hand! "Give it over!"
"Hmph!" Roan wasn’t the least bit surprised. Speed? Roan was just as fast!
’Death Style, Shadow Air!’
Using the darkness of his own Death World Domain, Roan blended with the shadows, and his body flashed away in an instant. He didn’t flee, though. Instead, he moved around Gin, his Element Intent Scythes already slashing ahead.
’Red Death, Dragon Claws!’
Gin got even angrier. He couldn’t understand how a puny Divinity was able to match him like that. Sure, most of his strength was suppressed due to the Celestial Suppressor. Nonetheless, Gin should still be displaying a power similar to an Initial Stage Celestial.
That was one of the advantages of the Celestial Supressor. The restrictions it put on the user weren’t as strong as the restrictions applied in a Rank C Universe and below.
Gin’s Dark Needles changed their formation around him, taking the form of several spiked shields.
*Clang, clang, clang, clang, clang...*
Roan’s Elemental Intent Weapons were strong, but they couldn’t slash through Gin’s Needles. They weren’t real weapons. Just like Roan, those Needles were made purely of Intent, Dark Element Intent Weapons! Gin was also a Stage Six Intent User!
---
Roan wasn’t the only one fighting. Rean, Celis, and Kentucky were fighting Suvana, Jary, and Salazar.
Kentucky took on Suvana, who was a Celestial Initial Stage. With the Celestial Suppressor, her power was just slightly lower than that. But that was also why Kentucky was the one to take her own. With his Bloodline Power exhausted for the next few months, he wouldn’t be able to fight at the Celestial Level either.
Jary and Salazar weren’t as strong as Gin, but they did have a power similar to a Celestial Initial Stage, even with their Celestial Suppressors. Let’s not forget that just because two experts were in the same cultivation stage and realm, that doesn’t mean they are just as strong. That’s why they were behind Gin, especially in their comprehension of their Celestial Laws.
’Red Life, Lightning Slash!"
*Kabrum!*
A streak of Red Lightning flashed from Jary’s side, the power behind it capable of easily splitting a small planet!
Jary’s eyes followed Rean’s strike, his spear appearing right where Rean was aiming!
*Clang! Bang!*
Celestial Laws and Energy clashed against Sky Energy and Normal Laws. Usually, the Celestial Energy and Laws would come out on top, but the twins’ group Peak Celestial Bodies added to the power. Even Jary didn’t have that, so it made up for the difference.
Meanwhile, Celis was in the middle of a rare fight between Demon Plants. Celis was a World Swallowing Cedar, while his opponent, Salazar, was a Blood Sucking Peony. Both of them were types of Demon Plants specialized in absorption abilities. Since Salazar was a Celestial Middle Stage, he obviously comprehended the Laws of Absorption to the Limit, and went beyond that with the Celestial Laws of Absorption.
Celis acted!
’Energy Draining Domain!’
And Salazar followed!
’Life Draining Domain!’
The two weren’t Demon Plants focused on attacks. They could do it with their vines, roots, thorns, etc. However, they were proud, and neither side would rely on those methods in a battle of energy absorption. At most, they would constrain their enemy if they tried to flee.
If someone watched their battle from outside, they would likely feel quite bored. Their Domains, Laws, and Abilities were entirely focused on absorbing the other’s power, so from anyone’s point of view, the two were just standing still, doing nothing. Of course, both sides knew better than anyone else just how much effort they were putting in.
With all of that, the stage was set, and everyone was occupied with their own battles. However, there was no doubt that the ones at a disadvantage were the twins’ group. This is the Werdlem Empire, and they were trying to set one of the Primordial Beasts’ bodies free. The Werdlem Empire could appear at any moment with reinforcements. The longer they took, the worse it would be.
Hick told them to go after the Anchors, but each of the twins’ group’s opponents was just as strong, if not even stronger than themselves. Roan, for example, could tell that Gin was still slightly ahead. Be it experience or power, Gin didn’t lose at all.
But then, Roan sent a Divine Sense Message to the only member with free hands at the moment. ’What are you waiting for, Havira? Go after the fucking anchors! Can’t you see our hands are tied here?’
Havira was taken aback. Indeed. She was the only one who could do that now. ’R-Right!’
The twins’ group wouldn’t be able to do it. Hick wouldn’t be able to do it. Their battles would only drag on with no victor for a long time, a time Havira knew they didn’t have.
Before she moved, however, a box appeared in front of her. A Divine Sense Message followed, making Havira turn her eyes in Rean’s direction. But then, she put the box away and made her move. ’Seems like I will have to earn the right to use Hick’s breach.’
