Chapter 1973 - King Sage Board

Chapter 1973: King Sage Board

Su Mo stopped right after the two.

However, what surprised him was that the two King Sages had actually waited for fifteen minutes at the spot.

“Is the King Sage Hall here?” Su Mo asked curiously.

“We just have to wait!” The pretty woman did not pay Su Mo much attention as she uttered.

Su Mo nodded his head. He was not agitated and continued to wait at the spot with the two King Sages.

After another fifteen minutes, the empty space not far away from them started to shake.

“Hm?” Su Mo instantly spotted the strange scenario. All of a sudden, the empty space about a few kilometers from him started to break open.

After a few more breaths of time, a 10,000 feet wide Spatial Crack suddenly appeared.

Shoosh! Shoosh!

Without hesitating, the burly young man and the woman’s bodies flashed as they dashed into the Spatial Crack.

“Could it be inside a small world?” Su Mo exclaimed in surprise. The King Sage Hall wasn’t in the Starry Space.

However, the Spatial Crack was evidently not opened by the two King Sages. Instead, Su Mo could tell that it had automatically opened by itself.

It seems that the entrance to the Spatial Crack would automatically open after a certain time period.

A few moments later, Su Mo observed the Spatial Crack starting to shrink. Without further delay, Su Mo dashed straight into the Spatial Crack.

The inside of the Spatial Crack was a large empty space that was swept with roars of cold wind.

Su Mo flew unstoppably through the Spatial Crack for a full time of ten breaths before he finally emerged from the pathway.

Lifting his head, he saw a vast space above him, devoid of air and Spiritual Qi.

Su Mo carefully surveyed the area until he finally found a small black dot in the distance that he flew towards.

Not long later, the black dot grew to the size of a huge, ancient-looking palace.

The palace was entirely jet black and it was 1,000 feet in height and 10,000 feet in length. It was like a huge, mystic beast that lay on the ground.

An old aura dissipated around the palace. It was deep and mysterious, giving off a lonesome feeling at the same time.

“Is this the King Sage Hall?” Su Mo’s eyes brightened as he saw the two King Sages from before enter the palace.

Shoosh!

Su Mo quickened his pace and soon arrived before the palace.

There weren’t gates in front of the palace just a dark space that seemed to reach to infinity.

Su Mo lifted his head and saw three words, “King Sage Hall” written above him.

“Mo Jue, I hope you are inside!” Su Mo muttered to himself. He had arrived there to kill Mo Jue and also to find the Hall Spirit in the King Sage Hall to ask him about the Reincarnation Heavenly Sovereign.

With that, Su Mo lifted his leg and stepped into the King Sage Hall.

“Hm?” All of a sudden, a strong tearing force ripped across Su Mo’s body, threatening to tear it apart the moment Su Mo entered the Hall. This force had the strength of an End Stage Martial Sage.

The large tearing force flooded Su Mo, causing his body to jerk.

Without hesitation, Su Mo immediately activated Chaotic Energy, allowing it to gush out of his Sacred Elixir and form a protective array around him.

The piercing pain disappeared and Su Mo successfully entered the King Sage Hall.

“Hm? You actually managed to enter?”

A voice rang out the moment Su Mo stepped forward. The young man and lady were standing before him.

Their eyes stared at Su Mo in surprise, none of them believing what they saw.

The two were taken aback. The tearing force at the gate of the Hall was enough to kill a regular Martial Sage below the End Stage rank. Yet, an Initial Stage Martial Sage had actually walked past it like it was nothing. This made the two of them very surprised.

What did that mean?

This meant that the Initial Stage Martial Sage in front of them had the strength of an End Stage Martial Sage. Perhaps, maybe even stronger than that.

Yet, Su Mo ignored the two and allowed his eyes to sweep around the hall, taking in the sights before him.

The space inside the hall was large and vast. It was empty and only a large stone pillar was erected in the middle of the hall.

This pillar was no less than 100 feet tall and as it stood in the middle of the hall, the tip of it touched the topmost portion of the hall.

Right at the bottom of the pillar shone a blinding light.

This light formed one hundred words, each of them a name. They probably represented the top hundred ranked on the King Sage Board.

At that moment, a large group of martial artists were gathered in all four corners of the stone pillar. A quick glance around placed the number at no less than 3,000.

Almost 90% of these men were King Sages whose auras were deep and vast. The remaining 10% were End Stage Martial Sage.

Everyone stared intently at the stone pillar in front of them, none uttering a sound. All of them wore heavy looks on their faces.

“Not here?” Su Mo frowned disappointedly. He had not seen a Demon Tribe member and that meant that Mo Jue wasn’t there.

Su Mo’s face darkened as he walked towards the stone pillar, quickly arriving before it.

Yet, Su Mo’s eyes brightened as he stared at the stone pillar. On it, Mo Jue’s name was flashing unstoppably.

There were 100 names on the stone pillar and only three were flashing. The others were all stationary and just glowing.

The first of the three flashing names were Mo Jue, the second, Long Teng, and the last, a person called Linghu Tianhua.

Mo Jue’s name was ranked fourth while Long Teng was the twenty-first. On the other hand, Linghu Tianhua was ranked sixty-eighth.

Su Mo’s arrival attracted quite a number of people’s attention. After all, most who had managed to come to the King Sage Hall were at least End Stage Martial Sages.

Occasionally, Middle Stage Martial Sages would arrive although they were very rare.

However, now that an Initial Stage Martial Sage had arrived shocked many.

Nonetheless Su Mo had activated that Illusionary technique that concealed himself from everyone below the Empty God Real.

“What is your name? Which sect do you come from?”

Right at that point, the burly man and the pretty lady arrived in front of Su Mo. The man asked Su Mo the question.

He was rather curious about Su Mo. After all, there were few Initial Stage Martial Sages in Infinite Region who had the strength of an End Stage Martial Sage.

“I don’t have a sect!” Su Mo laughed before he asked, “What do these flashing names mean?”

“They represent that the person is in the stone pillar!” the burly young man said. He had changed his attitude towards Su Mo, treating the latter as someone of the same status as him.

After all, in his opinion, although Su Mo’s current strength might not rival his, Su Mo’s talents would definitely be higher than his.

The young lady also stared at Su Mo, trying to see through Su Mo.

“Oh?” Su Mo’s eyes instantly brightened. That meant that Mo Jue was there.

This allowed him to heave a huge sigh of relief. It was great that Mo Jue was there.

The engagement date was not far away and Su Mo did not have the time to search for Mo Jue again.
