The Villainess's Heartthrob Script: I Can Talk to Animals

Chapter 395: Live Streaming at the Lion Park

Chapter 395: Chapter 395: Live Streaming at the Lion Park

Thunderbolt’s gaze cut through the crowd, locking right onto Renee. He was overjoyed. "Renee, it’s really you!"

Thunderbolt planted his two enormous front paws right against the glass.

"It’s me." Renee’s eyes curved into crescents as she looked at him.

Many of the tourists nearby recognized her.

"It’s the Animal Consultant!"

"Wow, I can’t believe I’m seeing the radiant Animal Consultant in person! What a lucky day!"

"Animal Consultant, can you really communicate with him?"

"So that’s why Thunderbolt came running over, huffing and puffing! He was looking for the Animal Consultant!"

Hearing this, everyone instinctively parted, making way for Renee to get closer to Thunderbolt.

Renee raised an eyebrow and chuckled, "Thunderbolt is certainly enthusiastic."

She walked forward and looked up at Thunderbolt through the glass. "That’s right, I came to see you." 𝕗𝚛𝚎𝚎𝐰𝗲𝗯𝗻𝚘𝚟𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝕞

"This is great! You remember me!" Thunderbolt was thrilled. He turned and roared to the three lionesses in the distance, "Dani, Kelly, Timi, Renee is here to see me!"

The three lionesses sprang into action at the sound, rushing to Thunderbolt’s side.

They all greeted Renee one after another.

"Renee, long time no see!"

"Thunderbolt was just worrying that you might have forgotten about him."

"Hey, want to come in and play?"

Renee’s lips curved into a slight smile. "I can’t come in today," she explained. "It’s almost lunchtime, and I have plans with a friend."

Hearing this, Thunderbolt immediately asked, "Are you coming back to play after lunch?"

Renee thought for a moment. "I have to livestream this afternoon. Would you mind if I do it while I’m here?" she asked.

She had promised her fans last night that she would stream this afternoon.

Thunderbolt: "Not at all!"

The three lionesses also said they didn’t mind.

"Okay." Renee nodded. "Then I’ll come find you after lunch."

She had arranged to have lunch with Faye Wyatt.

As Faye Wyatt flipped through the menu, she said, "I already submitted the file on Kaiser the cobra this morning."

"That was fast," Renee remarked, raising an eyebrow.

"It has to be." Faye Wyatt beamed. "I’m incredibly passionate about this. It’s all thanks to you. You’re my little lucky star."

"You’re exaggerating, Faye."

"Not at all. Now, see what you’d like to eat?"

After they ordered, Faye Wyatt looked at Renee, her brows knitted in a slight frown. She seemed conflicted.

"Faye," Renee began, seeing she had something on her mind. "Is there something you want to ask me?"

"I can’t hide anything from you." Faye Wyatt smiled. "There is something I wanted to ask."

"What is it?"

"Remember last time we had dinner? I brought a friend along."

"Zoe Morgan?"

"Yes. I’ve heard a few things... I wanted to tell you, but I was worried..." Faye Wyatt trailed off, assuming Renee was still unaware of her family background.

Renee raised an eyebrow and smiled. "I think I know what you’re going to say."

"You know?" Faye Wyatt asked, surprised.

Renee set down her teacup, her voice calm and even. "To me, the Morgan Family are just a group of strangers. I don’t care about them, and I don’t need their concern."

"I thought that might be the case." Faye Wyatt let out a quiet sigh of relief. "After all, you’re so exceptional."

Renee deftly changed the subject. "Faye, do you really think I’m that exceptional?"

"Of course!" Faye Wyatt’s expression turned serious. "I know people your age—heck, I know people older than you—and none of them can handle themselves with the same grace and maturity that you do."

"So, is it only my people skills that are exceptional?" Renee asked teasingly.

Hearing this, Faye rushed to explain, "Of course not! Your professional abilities are completely unmatched. Who else dares to ride on a tiger’s back? Who else dares to blow-dry a lion’s fringe and put a barrette in it? Who else dares to wrap a venomous snake around their arm?"

Renee’s lips curled into a smile. "Faye, I’d like to livestream from the Lion Park this afternoon. After we eat, could you contact the person in charge and arrange for me to get in?"

"Of course!" Faye Wyatt was thrilled. Renee’s viewership was massive. Having her livestream from the Lion Park would be a huge boon for the zoo. "What do you need?"

Renee thought for a few seconds. "Just a stool and a small fan would be great."

**

Faye Wyatt ended up contributing the armchair from her own office.

At two in the afternoon, Renee sat in the shade of a tree and started her second livestream of July. Sunlight dappled through the leaves and branches above.

It was a hot day; even the air from the small fan was warm.

The moment Renee went live, tens of thousands of viewers flooded into her stream.

[Renee, are you outside today?]

[Looks like she’s outdoors from the background]

[It’s so hot! Stay safe from the sun, streamer!]

[I was scrolling my feed this morning and saw someone post that you were at the zoo, Renee!]

Renee watched the chat scroll by and said with a smile, "I am, in fact, livestreaming from the zoo right now."

[Oooh, does that mean we get to see the big tiger?]

[I love the tiger bros, haha]

Renee raised an eyebrow. "How about I show you some lions first?"

With that, she tapped the screen and flipped the camera view.

Thunderbolt stared at her, his big, round eyes full of curiosity. "Are you taking a picture of me?"

"I’m livestreaming," Renee explained. "Right now, there are ten thousand... wow, fifty thousand already! Thunderbolt, fifty thousand people are watching you right now!"

[AHHH, A LION!]

[Is that Thunderbolt from Zenvia Zoo?]

[He looks so confused, it’s adorable!]

[The streamer is insane! How is she so close to a lion?]

[Streamer, can you pet his head?]

"Sure." Always happy to oblige her fans, Renee reached her hand out toward Thunderbolt. "One of the viewers wants me to pet your head."

Thunderbolt blinked and readily pushed his head forward.

Renee stroked his coarse mane and joked, "Thunderbolt’s hair is a little rough. I think he could use some conditioner or hair oil."

"Huh?" Thunderbolt looked baffled. "Conditioner? Hair oil? What are those?"

"I’m just kidding." Renee panned the camera over to his three wives. "This is Dani, Thunderbolt’s first wife."

"Kelly, Thunderbolt’s second wife."

"And last is Timi."

[I’m so jealous of Thunderbolt, having three beautiful wives!]

[Thunderbolt is living the good life!]

Renee’s camera then panned over to Blaze, who was hiding nearby and peeking at them. "That’s Blaze," she said. "He’s Thunderbolt’s mortal enemy. He even stole one of Thunderbolt’s wives last time."

[Doesn’t Blaze have any wives?]

[Blaze is just jealous Thunderbolt has three wives]

[Hahaha, the animal kingdom seems just as dramatic as the human world.]

Renee: "Blaze has three wives of his own."

[WHAT?! If Blaze has his own wives, why is he stealing Thunderbolt’s?]

[Blaze has no honor!]

[Why would he steal one? Are Thunderbolt’s wives prettier?]

Renee mused, "Perhaps the grass is always greener on the other side."

[LMAO HAHAHAHA]

[The streamer has such a deadpan sense of humor.]

[So what happened next?]

Renee said with a laugh, "Later, I helped Thunderbolt get his wife back."

[No wonder Thunderbolt listens to you so well, hahaha.]

[Renee is Thunderbolt’s savior!]

From a short distance away, Blaze vaguely heard Renee say his name, and his eyes filled with curiosity.
