Chapter 647 - Complete Transformation

Chapter 647: Complete Transformation

Translator: Alsey  Editor: Chrissy

The silvery moon hung high in the sky and scattered a bright radiance.

The great marsh had a bilgy odor. The enormous trees were rooted in the muddy water sparsely and had numerous branches and luscious leaves. It was as if they were covered with a thin mist as they bathed in the moonlight.

Crayfish were calling ear-piercingly in the marsh. Far away a large crocodile with turquoise-colored scales was lurking in the muddy water. From time to time beneath the moonlight, it opened its ferocious mouth to swallow the energy particles floating between heaven and earth.

An area like this in the western part of the highlands was quite common. Ever since the great upheavals and the emergence of folded spaces in what was originally the real world, all kinds of unknown terrains had appeared too.

Chu Feng had already laid out layer after layers of domains. He isolated himself from the rest of the world so other creatures couldn’t detect him.

As a matter of fact, this place was also thousands of miles away from the battlefield of Kunlun. It was very secluded and there would be absolutely no one disturbing him.

He adjusted his breathing, exhaling thunderously one moment while inhaling like a whirlwind scattering wisps of clouds the next. His whole body was sparkling and translucent as he boosted himself to his optimum capacity.

Everything was ready. Chu Feng took out the mysterious bright plump fruit, which resembled a red blood diamond, from the jade container. It had a diameter of a dozen or more centimeters and was perfectly round. Its skin wasn’t completely smooth and there were even areas which protruded out like the ridges and ravines of a mountain. The whole thing was like a shrunken red planet.

Its strong aroma assailed the nostrils and beneath the moonlight it became increasingly bright red, even becoming slightly devilish. Beams of red light shone out and lingered around the area.

The fragrance comforted Chu Feng’s body from head to toe and it felt as though it was nourishing his flesh and organs. His youthfulness was flowing backward as if being purified by an ineffable biological activated energy.

Filled with the rare perfume, it seemed as though he was about to levitate and take off into the skies. He felt rather light and airy.

However, Chu Feng quickly regained solemnity with his brows tightly furrowed. He had eaten numerous unusual fruits before including the ancient peach and cinnabar fruits, which had lost a lot of its medicinal effect, not to mention the rest.

A couple of months ago he had harvested through multiple well-known mountains and consumed unusual fruits as if they were common ones. Naturally, he was very informed about their medicinal properties.

“Isn’t this a fruit which promotes the evolution of one’s body?”

Chu Feng’s brows were deeply knitted. If these were such fruits, his body would be able to feel it simply from smelling its fragrance. His body’s metabolism and so on would’ve rapidly increased.

At the moment, he wasn’t experiencing such sensations of increased cell division.

Chu Feng sighed lightly. Different divine medicines and fruits had different medicinal effects. Some could cause one’s body to evolve fiercely, dramatically raising their powers so that they’d be promoted through multiple realms in one stretch. Certainly, this was what many evolvers dreamt of.

Of course some major races, for example, the “Top Ten”, didn’t require these. They had all kinds of great medicines within their races. They wished their future generations could conform to ancient customs and proceed one step at a time. They were fond of a different kind of divine medicine, of which bestowed divine qualities.

Some of such divine qualities bestowed by the Heavens were ridiculously terrifying. For example, they could control the profound meaning of stripping away one’s life and longevity. Another instance was consuming certain medicines would give one the ability to access spatial fragments and this was a taboo method. In addiction, there were fruits which could activate one’s clairvoyance. There are others which have the profound meaning of mastering thunder, where one can cast divine punishment on others. This was comparable to divine techniques!

All kinds of abilities bestowed by the Heavens were incomparably awe-inspiring.

Furthermore, there were some which were even more tremendous. These transformed the standing of a person’s life through their nature and could even change their bloodline!

For example, magnetic divine fruits could turn one into an origin magnetic sacred physique once consumed. From then, they would move unhindered across the universe and sweep everything before them.

The Nine Orifice Tribulation Flower was too an incredibly strange yet outstandingly powerful flower, emerging from thunder and rebounding from ruins. From time immemorial, it has only appeared once and could bring about a supreme constitution—the Nine Orifice Tribulation physique.

Without a doubt, fruits which could bring about exceptional constitutions were priceless in the eyes of numerous races. There were chaotic and dark fights whenever a fruit appeared where there were rivers of blood and mountains of corpses.

Even the Top Ten weren’t exempt from this. They would contest over it too with an intention to start a massacre.

This was because if a supreme constitution was to be brought about, they would most definitely become a domineering figure within the universe once they had matured. They could revive a race.

Chu Feng spent half a day studying. He had even consulted the interstellar network using the photon computer, but couldn’t find what kind of great medicine this was.

However, he was sure that this wasn’t one of the rare, legendary herbs Yaoyao needed.

Therefore, he hesitated no more.

“Keng-chi!”

He readily took a big bite without caring too much now. He couldn’t guess what the medicinal effect of this fruit was so he simply ate it up.

Instantly, Chu Feng’s body turned comfortably warm as if he was soaking in a hot spring. He was inexplicably relaxed and peaceful.

There was a sweet smell from between his lips and teeth with the fragrant in his mouth. The juices of the fruit turned into gusts of steam, which rolled along his oral cavity and surged through his body.

Chu Feng lowered his head and looked at the fruit in his hand. He noticed, after taking a huge bite, that the insides were a golden color and completely different compared to the outside.

In his mouth were the lustrous golden juices which were occasionally accompanied with red mist. That was the skin of the fruit and his body flourished, emitting a faint golden color.

Keng-chi, keng-chi!

Chu Feng finished the fruit with a couple more bites. To his surprise, it didn’t have a pit. It was a berry with flesh that was extraordinarily tender, tasty, and sweet-smelling. It lingered in his memory and he wanted more.

“From now on, I don’t want to eat meat anymore. I’ll become a vegetarian. If I could eat one immortal medicine per day, I’ll not scruple to be the Top Ten’s enemy!”

He sounded like nonsense and was simply unrealistic. With the number of divine fruits and immortal medicines across the entire starry seas, these were extinct on many vital planets and wouldn’t appear.

“Alas, as expected, it’s not a fruit which can accelerate one’s super evolution. Looks like there’s no hope for me if I want to take a shortcut to advance my strength.”

Chu Feng was slightly disappointed. Although he knew it was better to progress one step at a time, he still wanted to improve his own strength as quickly as possible.

Bang!

Suddenly, his countenance changed as a thunder-like noise broke out from within his body. A golden radiance burst forth, rushing toward the four limbs of his body before merging into his cells.

The divine medicine was beginning to demonstrate its power and its medicinal effect was emerging.

All at once Chu Feng felt like a demonic god. His whole body was golden as if he were forged from gold. He sat cross-legged, shaking violently. The transformations within his body were too potent and he found it difficult to manage.

Ca!

At that instant, countless of his breastbones exploded into fragments and his bone marrow torrented out.

Thump!

Following this, he fell to the ground. He was lying on his back as his backbone suddenly ruptured into dozens of pieces.

Ka!

The next moment Chu Feng’s pelvic bone and the bones of his four limbs split open into splinters. He laid on the ground with sweat covering his entire body. The pain was sharp and difficult to bear.

What was going on? Was this a divine medicine or poison? It was completely corroding his bones and disintegrating him!

Although he could forcefully support himself to sit up using energy, he didn’t. Instead, he tried to steady himself as he laid there, calmly handling the changes at present.

Then the bones of his hands and feet broke into pieces completely.

What was most intolerable for Chu Feng was his skull shattering. Blood trickled from the space between his eyebrows as the top of his skull was torn open. This was extremely painful and horrific!

Chu Feng had never before seen such a terrifying medicine. This could absolutely torture someone to death. If he was an average person with a weak vital level, he would’ve completely perished in an instant.

Now, he was spread out on the ground. Were it not for him propping himself up with energy, then even his head would’ve laid flat as his bones were all broken.

So far, no matter how tough his mentality was he couldn’t help but groan as he was unable to stop the pain.

Then Chu Feng saw the bone marrow inside the fragmented bones within his own body gush out. This was utter self-destruction and there were no favorable changes in sight.

Yet he was still bracing himself as he didn’t believe a medicine from Kunlun would be harmful.

Pop!

However what was happening now swayed him. Nevermind his bones breaking into pieces, now it was his heart and inner organs falling apart. His liver burst open as every inch of his spleen and stomach ruptured.

“Ah…”

Chu Feng couldn’t help but scream. This was inhuman/inhumane torment and was simply unbearable.

His internal organs were soon ruined by golden medicine’s splendor and became porridge-like. It was rather terrifying.

Chu Feng couldn’t settle and he wanted to curse. To hell with this immortal medicine! It was totally a dreadful thing as it was highly toxic. He felt as though he had been fooled and his body destroyed hereof.

“I’ll drain away this poison!”

As a result of using the Robbery Induction breathing technique, Chu Feng discovered that his inner organs and bones were utterly spoilt. He couldn’t even execute the breathing technique.

Soon afterward, he drew it out using his spirit and was finally successful. However, he still couldn’t expel the golden medicinal splendor from within his body, which was interweaving together with his bone and organs. It was infiltrating through all of his bones, flesh, and cells.

In fact, even his hair was turning into a golden color. He had no way of expelling the effect at all.

Pop, pop, pop…

Then something even more horrifying happened as it was his flesh’s turn to change, transforming into splatters of blood. His corporeal body was crumbling from the damage, and he almost turned into a muddy puddle.

“Ah ah…”

A pained voice came from the marsh. Chu Feng laid there as he became a badly mangled human form. Headed for destruction, he found it unbearable.

In the end, he couldn’t even make a sound because his vocal cords were wrecked as well.

“This damned divine fruit!”

He muttered in his mind. Then he could feel even his spirit being eroded away. The golden brilliance wrapped around it before flooding everywhere.

“Begone!

Chu Feng’s spirit rose and fell violently as he used the small black and white millstone within his body. This could purify his blood while suppressing and absolving all forms of energy.

It was something he regarded highly. Because he possessed this half-substance half-spiritual article, he dared to take the strange fruit instead of insisting on using pollen to evolve.

However when this small black and white millstone, which saints envied him for as it was made out of bizarre materials, began turning it didn’t drain the golden medicinal effect out of his body. It didn’t purify him either.

This was because the golden substance was pure and concise in itself and didn’t require further refining.

In addition, the golden substance was now merged together with Chu Feng as one and could not be separated. It had entered into every single cell of his and broke Chu Feng’s body down everywhere.

Bang!

Finally, the small black and white millstone began to turn frantically. It drew a huge volume of energy particles from the external world and poured them into all parts of his body.

The rate at which his body transformed increased. Chu Feng was close to fainting but his spirit and his corporeal body were in pain as if he was being split open. He was incomparably sober.

Pop! Pop! Pop…

Even though his eyes were ruptured and damaged beyond recognition, his perception was still present and he could “see” all of the changes. Now he could feel his blood run cold.

This was due to some of the fragments of his bones being discharged and forced out of his body.

Afterward part of his damaged flesh was also extruded. This was a scary and unnerving change, and he was simply being reduced to pieces.

He didn’t know how long had passed as Chu Feng was in numbing pain before falling into a deathly stillness.

At last, he finally felt a different kind of transformation as he gradually regained vitality.

With his old bone marrow being expelled out of his body, new bone marrow was propagating. White translucent sclerotin arose and formed his bones.

At the same time, his internal organs were also regenerating. Needless to say that his blood was being completely forced out and replaced with newly-produced blood.

A lot of his flesh was also being cast aside with not much left. The small black and white millstone turned as energy particles from the outside world frantically surged into his body, promoting the division and growth of new cells. He was constantly becoming stronger as his needs were replenished.

An astonishing transformation was occurring to Chu Feng from inside to outside his body!

Chu Feng wanted to shout out; was it necessary for it to be so violent? This was a shocking metamorphosis and could even be considered as a thorough rebirth. But it was incredibly forceful.

Furthermore, in a sense, this wasn’t a symbolic, meaningful rebirth, but rather a concrete one. His bones and inner organs were dispelled out of his body, leaving the essence to regenerate. It was horrifyingly potent.

Again, he had no idea how long had passed, but when he sat up again, he felt as though he had died. There was a pile of broken bones on the ground, as well as a pool of bloody mud, hair, nails and so on.

He had received a new life and had never before felt so good. This was because the vitality within this body was extremely full-bodied. Even he himself felt as though he had levitated and obtained eternal life.

He let out a long sigh and said to himself, “It’s finally over!”

However, he was immediately taken aback. There was something wrong with this voice—it was too tender.

Then he stroked his own face, stunned. His face was slightly smaller and was extraordinarily smooth. He looked at his hands, which were slender and delicate, spotlessly white and flawless. They surpassed the hands of many women and were somehow slightly smaller too?

Chu Feng rose up in a trance and quickly produced a precious mirror. He looked at himself before crying out in bewilderment!
