The Martial Emperor with Dragon Blood

Chapter 1613 - 1614: Mysterious Guidance

Chapter 1613: Chapter 1614: Mysterious Guidance

Ye Mo left Immortal Spirit City, holding a map of the Open Heaven Continent. The Immortal Martial Academy was not within the borders of the Fengling Dynasty, and if one traveled continuously, it would take ten days to reach.

Not wanting to delay any further, he left Immortal Spirit City before nightfall and embarked on his journey to the Immortal Martial Academy.

As night fully descended, Ye Mo found a cave, stopped, sat cross-legged at the cave entrance, and began to meditate on the sun, moon, and stars.

"Here, I can still absorb Star Power. Nighttime is when my combat power is at its peak!"

Gazing at the bright moon and stars above, he sighed slightly, recalling how much time he spent absorbing the forces back then; now he could easily accomplish it.

"Breaking Spirit Merging Elixir!"

A Pei Yuan pill appeared in Ye Mo’s hand, and without hesitation, he consumed it.

Immediately, the golden figure within his brow shivered slightly, and streams of medicinal power gathered on the golden figure, making it more and more substantial over time as if tainted by an astonishing aura.

A whole night passed, and suddenly, a surge of vast willpower enveloped him. Ye Mo’s willpower had completely transformed, and his insight into his surroundings had increased tremendously.

"The willpower has finally reached Phase 2 Astonishing Grade, and the Will Index has reached 200."

Ye Mo, in his excited state, slowly opened his tightly closed eyes.

With willpower reaching Astonishing Grade, Ye Mo could amplify his power by 200 times, and the Immortal Aura Field he could deploy was much stronger than that of Ordinary Grade; his current ability to project Immortal Will meant his sensitivity was twice that of before—this is the difference between Astonishing Grade and Ordinary Grade willpower.

"With willpower now at Astonishing Grade, perhaps even a Martial Artist comprehending two types of Power of Laws wouldn’t be a match for you."

Dragon Glarax commented.

"Though the explosive power didn’t increase much, the Immortal Aura Field lets him crush many Ordinary Grade willpower opponents."

Ye Mo smiled and raised his eyebrows. Just as he was deploying his Immortal Will, he felt an invisible guidance within, prompting him to head in a certain direction.

"What’s going on? Something is guiding me, and it’s probably nearby."

Ye Mo muttered in confusion.

"Guiding you? Could it be your Immortal Arm?"

Dragon Glarax suggested.

"Immortal Arm?"

Prompted by Dragon Glarax, Ye Mo indeed felt that it was the Immortal Arm receiving guidance.

The Immortal Arm belonged to a peerless powerhouse from the Nine Heavens Layer of the Immortal Realm. Upon his death, his body split into five parts, and something around here was guiding this Immortal Arm, implying that other parts might be nearby.

"Senior, how strong do you think the owner of this Immortal Arm was in life?"

Ye Mo asked.

"The fact that he could preserve his body after his will was destroyed indicates a robust physique. Perhaps he practiced some powerful body-refining martial pursuits in life or had a special constitution; otherwise, he wouldn’t withstand an assault by strong enemies without his body being destroyed."

Dragon Glarax analyzed, "It’s very likely he was at the Immortal Emperor level."

"Immortal Emperor?"

Ye Mo’s expression slightly changed. That class was truly at the pinnacle of the immortal world, able to act without restraint in the Nine Heavens Layer of the Immortal Realm.

Moreover, the guidance this time felt incredibly strong to Ye Mo, as if that Immortal Emperor-level powerhouse was close by.

"Follow this guidance. There might be unexpected surprises!"

Dragon Glarax suggested.

"Mm!"

Ye Mo nodded, gazing at the hazy mist before him, and set off again, leaping into the mountain ahead.

Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!

Ye Mo’s body moved like a gale, and in just a blink, he leapt over a mountain. The more he ventured in, the more he sensed the horror of these mountains, filled with noxious mists akin to mercury, weighing heavier on his body.

Ye Mo’s greatest fear was encountering an attack from an Immortal creature, which would be akin to facing an Ancient Shenrui, or even encountering an Immortal Class Realm creature, in which case escape would be futile.

"Huh, why is there a strong herbal scent?"

Ye Mo suddenly stopped mid-air as a rich herbal aroma wafted from a particular direction.

"There seems to be a Medicine Valley nearby; perhaps you can find materials to refine Yuan Pill of the Ninth Realm."

Dragon Glarax commented.

"But I don’t recognize them, and I can’t refine Yuan Pill of the Ninth Realm."

Ye Mo remarked.

"Don’t worry; just follow the herbal scent. In my time, I was an Alchemist, and although not top-tier, I don’t regard your immortal pills with much concern."

Dragon Glarax’s voice echoed in Ye Mo’s mind.

"If you manage to refine the Yuan Pill of the Ninth Realm, your Will Index will gradually recover."

Ye Mo smiled, following the herbal scent.

"Entering Medicine Valley requires caution. Some immortals creatures love to stay there and might have claimed it as their territory. Entering their domain would demand a fierce battle."

Dragon Glarax warned.

"Unless faced with an Immortal Class Realm entity, escaping should pose no problem even if unable to defeat it."

Before Ye Mo could finish, he saw numerous gigantic Immortal creatures like tigers, but with rock-like skin and foot-long horns on their heads.

These were Red Rock Tigers, Immortal creatures learning the Earth Law, possessing Lower-Ranked Immortal strength and typically moving in groups, harboring deep hatred towards human Martial Artists.

"Roar!"

A series of thunderous roars echoed, shaking the entire mountain. As they hit the ground violently, the terrain shifted, and massive mountains rose from the ground, lunging at Ye Mo.

"Courting death!"

Ye Mo wielded the Emperor Phoenix Blood Meteor Spear, repeatedly stabbing, with spear glows shaped like Blood Phoenixes sweeping across, the immense power blasting the mountains apart, and the terrifying attacks burst through their bodies, causing instant death.

Ye Mo, like a God of Killing, slew each Red Rock Tiger with one spear. The herd of Immortal creatures couldn’t withstand Ye Mo’s prowess.

Finally, those Red Rock Tigers, experiencing fear, acknowledged the man before them wasn’t ordinary and fled.

"The herbal scent grows more potent, able to disperse through the mist, and the Immortal Arm’s guidance also intensifies."

Ye Mo carved a bloody path, with a thick herbal aroma hitting him head-on, and he charged into the dense mist and entered a mountain peak.

All around the mountain peak were rare treasures and various herbs covering almost the entire peak. Any random step from Ye Mo could trample several herbs.
