The Invincible Dragon Emperor

Feng Wanhu’s death came easily. The immortal’s body was too fast to give Feng Wanhu time to escape. Lu Li thought about sparing one alive so he could grill about the whereabouts of Jun Hongye. However, the immortal’s body was too fast, and the three Semi-God Realm warriors were killed in an instant.

Lu Li began to idle about because looking for Jun Hongye further was pointless. It was better to rely on He Yue and Chen Tianxian.

Chen Tianxian had already destroyed the access to the Flats Region. Lu Li had him capture leaders of the dark, one-horned people in order to find Jun Hongye.

Truth be told…

Lu Li had given up. He Yue had been looking for a long time without discovering Jun Hongye and the others. Jun Hongye was cunning. He must have fled to another place. It was hard to hunt him down at the moment unless Lu Li went to the nine universes.

However, Lu Li did not have the courage to go all the way to the nine universes now. Though he had the immortal’s body in control, that did not mean that he could best everyone. His own personal abilities were not strong enough. How many warriors were lurking in the Prison of Gold, Prison of Ice, Prison of Darkness, and Prison of Soul? Which major family didn’t have an ancestor that was in the Divinity?

Lu Li did some rough calculations. He decided to wait for half a month and return to the Heaven Reverse Universe if he could not find Jun Hongye by then.

He planned to cultivate for a couple of years and make the best of his time to learn the line diagram. He could become an immortal by then. He would pay a visit to the nine universes before he ascended to the nine universes. When the matter was settled, and he had brought the nine universes to their knees, he could go to the Divinity to search for Lu Ling with a light mind.

He sat in the Wicked Bead to study the line diagram while He Yue and Chen Tianxian continued to look for Jun Hongye.

Five days later, the entire Waters Region was covered with He Yue’s subsidiary bodies. Unfortunately, there was no trace of Jun Hongye or the others. He Yue already lost her hopes. It had been a long time. Jun Hongye should have gone.

Eight days later, Chen Tianxian achieved progress. He found the last Semi-God Realm in the Waters Region, the king. Chen Tianxian took control of this man and acquired information of Jun Hongye and the others.

As they feared, Jun Hongye created a diversion. He sacrificed Feng Wanhu and the other two and fled secretly into a small world. The few dark, one-horned people who knew anything were all killed by Feng Wanhu, and only a couple of the more powerful ones now had such information.

By the time Chen Tianxian had gone to that small world, Jun Hongye was already gone. The access that was created after he broke the spatial barrier had already been ruined.

“Never mind!”

Lu Li waved his hand after he was informed. Only three Semi-God Realm warriors escaped. It was not a perfect result but a good one nonetheless.

He told Chen Tianxian to come back. The latter teleported his way over and on the third day, arrived.

Lu Li let Chen Tianxian into the Wicked Bead and asked, “Chen Tianxian, do you need to go back to the Chen Family? If you want to, you can return to those days.”

There was nothing needed to be handled in the Heaven Reverse Universe. It was pointless for Chen Tianxian to stay there. It was better that he went back to unify the Mage Imperial Universe so that when Lu Li went to the nine universes, Chen Tianxian could be of more help.

Chen Tianxian thought about it and said, “At your orders, Young Master. I will go back when you allow me to, and you can call me back anytime.”

“Sure!”

Lu Li was satisfied with Chen Tianxian’s attitude. The former decided to learn more about the nine universes before Chen Tianxian was gone. In this way, Lu Li wouldn’t step into traps when he rushed into the nine universes.

He first asked about the Yan Family. “Chen Tianxian, do you think the Yan Family will send more people to the Heaven Reverse Universe?”

“Yes!”

Chen Tianxian said with certainty, “Yan Zhen was the one behind all this, and he is the Family Patriarch. It is Yan Tiangang who wants the Wicked Bead. Yan Zhen offered many Divine Sources and delivered a promise on behalf of Yan Tiangang that if any one of our families ascends to the Divinity in the future, Yan Tiangang will take care of them. That is why we have taken actions.”

Chen Tianxian continued after a pause, “Yan Tiangang said that your bead is most likely a Relic of the super grade. Not even all super-mighty warriors in the Divinity have Relics of this level. He does not know where Emperor Heng had acquired it. Since Yan Tiangang wanted it so much, Yan Zhen will try every means. He will probably organize another invasion, and he may be the one leading.”

“I see!”

Lu Li nodded but did not worry too much because, with the immortal’s body, he was not afraid. He would only have such feelings unless powerful immortals had sent their avatars.

He could never be too careful. So, he asked an additional question, “Do you think the immortal’s body can kill all the enemies? Does Yan Family Patriarch have Relics?”

“Yes!” Chen Tianxian said with certainty.

“Yan Zhen has Relic weapons and armors. That is why he is the most powerful warrior in the nine universes. It is not because he has learned strong Profound Meanings but the Relics. Well… he knows two skills from the Divinity, and they were passed down by Yan Tiangang at a huge cost.”

“Alas..”

With that said, Chen Tianxian sighed. “Actually, Yan Tiangang is an inspirational man. He went to the Divinity on his own. Not only has he become a mighty warrior in the Divinity, but he has also sent Relics back at a huge cost. In my family, two forefathers had gone to the Divinity, but they all died in battle. Comparisons are odious.”

Lu Li was in no mood to hear about such nonsense. He asked again, “I am asking you if the immortal’s body can defeat Yan Zhen. What are you talking about? Get straight to the point!”

Chen Tianxian said, “The immortal’s body is impressive but so are Relic armors and weapons. Relic armors and weapons have their souls who are from powerful beings in the Divinity. The Relic weapons and armors are terrifying. I cannot say for sure. That being said, in case the immortal’s body cannot kill Yan Zhen, the latter will not be able to defeat the immortal’s body given how fast the immortal’s body is.”

“Okay, I understand!”

Lu Li nodded. Another matter came to his mind. “Emperor of Heaven Reverse came from the Central Imperial Universe. Why did the warriors from the Feng Family and Qi Family invade the Heaven Reverse Universe? What are their reasons?”

“Hmm!”

Chen Tianxian curled his lips. “Emperor of Heaven Reverse’s family was wiped out by the Liu, Feng, and Qi Family together. Though the Feng and Qi Families were not the initiator, they did contribute. Emperor of Heaven Reverse was from the Heaven Reverse Universe because he fled here. Later, he became an immortal and killed his way back all on his own. He drowned the Liu, Feng, and Qi Family with blood. The Liu Family died right away while Feng and Qi Families had some warriors escape into their ancestral lands. They hid there for one hundred thousand years before they came back out.”

“Oh, I see…”

Lu Li nodded. There was no statue of Emperor of Heaven Reverse Universe in the Feng Dynasty and Qi Dynasty. Only the Leng Dynasty worshiped Emperor of Heaven Reverse. There was a reason for that.

Chen Tianxian thought about it and said, “Young Master, in the future, if you want to destroy the Yan Family, you must at least become an immortal. Even so, it will still be difficult for you to break down the Divine Imperial City because it in itself is a Relic. It has been absorbing energy for hundreds of thousands of times.
