The Invincible Dragon Emperor

A huge black hole appeared in the volcano next to the Earthly Flames City. It was pitch dark in the hole which was like the mouth of a monster that could swallow everything, including light.

Chen Tianxian took the lead. He was Lu Li’s soul slave. In order to gain Lu Li’s favorable impression, Chen Tianxian would take the initiative to do things before Lu Li ordered him to do so.

Lu Li followed him. Master of Fairy Fox, Master of Haechi and Ke Mang thought about coming as well but Lu Li told them to guard outside. After all, they were not quite capable fighters and wouldn’t offer much help even if they went. He did take He Yue with him, though, inside the Wicked Bead. To seek the escaping Semi-God Realm warriors, Lu Li didn’t have to do so himself. He could ask He Yue to send out her subsidiary bodies.

They dashed into the dark hole. Lu Li saw a flash of light and then found himself in a strange space where the light was dim, filled with bleak and coldness as if this was the underworld.

There was no enemy around the opening. As soon as Lu Li went in, he released the Dragon Armor and was ready to send out the immortal’s body at any moment. However, it was deadly quiet here.

“He Yue!”

The Wicked Bead glowed in Lu Li’s hands. He asked her to send out subsidiary bodies. Chen Tianxian did the smart thing of checking the nearby area to look for information and tracks.

He Yue sent out many subsidiary bodies. Lu Li sat down, relaxed, waiting for the result. If Jun Hongye and the others were in this small world, then they could not go anywhere. If they were already gone, then being impatient would not do Lu Li any good. He would just go after them.

An hour later, Chen Tianxian flew back to report, “Young Master, I found no tracks within an area of three thousand miles. There are not intelligent beings. I only found some weak beasts.”

“Let us wait for He Yue’s update.”

Lu Li told Chen Tianxian to stop. He Yue was dispatching subsidiary bodies and she had sent millions. They were flying to all sides quickly. Soon, they would be able to monitor the entire small world. If Jun Hongye and the others were here, they would be discovered.

Chen Tianxian nodded. He was aware that his individual effort was limited. He sat down nearby to protect Lu Li while he cultivated.

Lu Li continued to work on the Bead of Wood and study the line diagram at the same time. A day later, He Yue opened her eyes and said, “Master, I found them. They are nine million miles to the east. They are trying to break down the spatial barrier. Well… they are almost there. We must hurry.”

“Move~”

Lu Li opened his eyes and put He Yue away. He and Chen Tianxian dashed forward forcefully.

“Buzzing!”

After a while, Lu Li felt he was too slow. He let out the immortal’s body and ordered Chen Tianxian, “Go into the Wicked Bead. You are too slow.”

“Yes!”

Though Chen Tianxian was fast, he was much slower compared with the immortal’s body. Chen Tianxian entered the Wicked Bead while Lu Li let He Yue out. Grabbing He Yue with one hand and the immortal’s body with another, Lu Li shouted, “Immortal’s body, full speed, eastward.”

“Swish~”

The immortal’s body was rather quick. He spread his wings and dashed toward the east in a blur. Due to the fast speed, He Yue could not keep her eyes open. She closed her eyes and tried to tell the direction via her subsidiary bodies to show Lu Li the way.

It would take Lu Li at least a day to fly over nine million miles. But it only cost the immortal’s body several hours.

“Front left. Quick. The spatial barrier is coming down!”

He Yue shouted. Lu Li let the immortal’s body over. Lu Li checked with psychic power. In the time for several breaths, he saw Jun Hongye, Feng Wanhu, and the others.

“Oh no—”

Lu Li scanned with psychic power. He happened to see a black hole that came into being in front of him. Jun Hongye and the others had rushed into the black hole.

“Immortal’s body, go!”

Jun Hongye and the others had just gone into the tunnel. Theoretically speaking, they shouldn’t have the time to destroy the tunnel. Lu Li should be able to enter as well.

Of course, there were certain risks. What if Jun Hongye was setting him up? The consequences would be disastrous. If the spatial tunnel was destroyed, the horrifying twisting force in space would tear Lu Li and the immortal’s body apart.

The immortal’s body ran into the black hole. Lu Li saw a white glare and then re-emerged in a strange place. He breathed in comfort.

This place was glaringly bright. The sun was harmful to the eye. Lu Li felt a bit uncomfortable. It was humid. Water was evaporating on a massive scale.

As soon as Lu Li came out, he used psychic power to check. Soon, he saw some Semi-God Realm warriors running toward the distance.

“You think you can run away now?”

Lu Li’s psychic power reached the two Semi-God Realm warriors at the back. They were with Jun Hongye. Lu Li ordered the immortal’s body to run them down.

Not long afterward, Lu Li saw an ocean and a city ahead of him. The city was built on the waters and many strange “humans” were the residents of the city.

Lu Li referred to them as humans because they did resemble humans. They had hands, feet, eyes, and noses. But their skins were as dark as charcoal. They had no hair but small horns on their heads. They were tall and strong. Each of them was at least six and a half feet tall, almost like giants.

“Whoosh, whoosh!”

Many of the dark persons flew up from the city, with maces in their hands, making threatening gestures as they dashed toward Lu Li. They were mumbling something in a language Lu Li could not understand.

Hundreds of them came. Lu Li tried to sense their realms. The majority of them were at the Noble Lord Realm and some were at the Human Sovereign Realm. Lu Li would not worry about creatures of this level. He wanted the immortal’s body to take a detour. However, what the dark persons did, angered Lu Li.

The dark persons said a bunch of things, which Lu Li ignored. Immediately, the dark persons started attacks. The maces in their hands enlarged and then were thrown to Lu Li from all sides. The maces were glaring in a dark blue light, which was an indication of poison.

“You think I am a push-over?”

Jun Hongye and the others had just gone by, but those dark persons didn’t stop them. Now, they were attacking him? Lu Li was leaping mad. He released the Feather Wind castle to envelop the dark persons and then used the Feather Wind weapons.

“Buzzing~”

Soon, the Feather Wind castle vanished. The hundreds of dark persons became dead bodies and fell down, which frightened the dark persons in the city. So many of them had flown up and all of a sudden, they were all killed?

“Let’s go!”

Lu Li did not have the time to waste on the dark persons. Otherwise, Jun Hongye and the others were going to escape. Lu Li instructed the immortal’s body to fly into the distance.

“Swish, swish~”

Smoke billowed from the city behind. Lu Li frowned. The dark persons in this city were sending a warning message. They must be alerting nearby cities of incoming invasion.

Yuan Zhou wasn’t an idiot. He realized at once, “This technology aids me and helps prepare the dishes, such as Egg Fried Rice, as soon as possible.”

Lu Li made up his mind. If this race from this place was so insensible, Lu Li did not mind killing his way over and drown this place with blood.

“Wait a minute.”

Lu Li thought of something. He let Chen Tianxian out and asked, “Chen Tianxian, why aren’t the dark persons here trying to stop Jun Hongye but me?”

“This is the Waters Region.” Chen Tianxian forced a smile as he explained. “This is a place affiliated with the Jun Family. Jun Hongye has taken control of the ruler here. In other words, Jun Hongye is the supreme overlord of this place…”

“No wonder!”

Lu Li snorted. He was filled with ever-increasing murderous intent. If the Waters Region was going to help Jun Hongye against him, then the realm must be ready to suffer from slaughter by Lu Li.
