Alix has been very happy about the outcome of her strategy and even paid for the news to continue trending because of the boost it gave her company.

Most people wanted to know about LIXX, so they visited their website, and those who had money placed a preorder.

Alix was drinking a glass of wine while watching her company's data statistics go up. When Carlos walked in, he saw her laughing to herself.

"Are you happy with the commotion you are causing online?" Carlos asked with furrowed brows as he found a place to sit.

"Why won't I be happy? I worked hard for this." Alix replied in a low chuckle.

"Do you think this is funny? You are messing with the Fu family, and do you think they will let you off, especially Fu Hua?" Carlos reminded, in case she had forgotten the family she was messing with.

Alix slowly placed her wine glass on the stool and replied, "So what if I'm messing with the Fu family? it's not like they would know I'm the owner of LIXX, they can only try to fight my company, but that will be too late because after we launch on Saturday, they can stop me that easily."

Seeing that confident smile on her face, Carlos asked, "Does it look to you that Mr. Fu would never find out that you are the owner of LIXX with all his capabilities?"

"I know he would, but not until I get a foothold in the market, then the impact of whatever he wanted to do, won't be much," Alix said.

As Carlos looked at her, he could only see her twisted and failed mindset. He saw that she was too blinded by greed and revenge to see the bigger picture. 

'Mr. Fu is capable of destroying any foothold you gain in the business world no matter how long you've been there.' Carlos asked.

"Alix, you really need to know when to stop because you are going too far. You can't fight the Fu family and you can't listen. Have you thought of what would happen if your identity as the owner of LIXX is revealed at this moment? You will lose everything!" Carlos warned 

Alix laughed out loud and said, "You are saying like a chicken! If you are not strong enough, just leave my way, I can handle everything now!" 

"Fine! Since you don't want to listen, I can see you're better off without me. I'm booking a flight back to my home right away!" Carlos said as he got to his feet, turned, and walked away.

Alix was unmoved. She thought that if he wanted to leave, he could. He was not the only lawyer in this world, neither was he the only boy toy she could get.

When Carlos stepped into his apartment next door, he began to think of how to leave China, because he could see Alix digging her grace, and he didn't want to fall in with her.

With that, Carlos booked a flight that was scheduled for Saturday at 6:30 AM, back home. If he stays here and Alix gets into trouble, it's either he will get into trouble with her, or he will be forced to help her clean the mess.

If there would be a mess to clean, he didn't think he could clean it, and getting into trouble with her, that was the last thing on his mind. He has to leave, as that will be the only way for him to still have a future.

After booking his flight, Carlos picked up his phone and called Mr. Suarez.

"Mr. Suarez, I'm done with my work here, and your wife doesn't need me anymore, so I have booked a flight for Saturday," Carlos said to Mr. Suarez.

"I was about calling you now. Why are you not doing anything about the trouble LIXX is about to get into? Promoting the company and products in that way will only cause a big problem, and it may backfire." Mr. Suarez said.

He has just seen the interview because he was following up on everything about LIXX to make sure it is a success.

Carlos explained that Alix wasn't listening to him, so he has left her to deal with her company as she deemed fit.

Mr. Suarez sighed and disconnected the call. He called Alix immediately because of the video that was trending and tried talking her out of it.

He asked her to take the video down when if she didn't want to apologize but she refused and insisted that it stays there for two more days, saying that it has helped to generate traffic on her business page and website, plus the orders she was getting.

Since he can't convince her to do the right thing, Mr. Suarez told her that he won't help her business if anything should go wrong again, which she agreed to.

After the call with Mr. Suarez, Carlos started to pack his things, while planning to go out the next day to settle any pending plans he has ongoing.

48 hours just like Fu Hua promised, all the pieces of evidence needed to prove and support Alix being the owner of LIXX, surfaced online. But there was something about it, the post didn't get immediate attention because it was released at night when most people were already sleeping.

The people online saw the thread, 'Alix is the owner of LIXX' and clicked on it, then all pieces of evidence to prove it was attached to the statement.

Immediately, keyboard warriors began to comment and repost that thread, to make it go viral. Unfortunately, much attention was not on it, because most people were either sleeping, partying, or too busy to check online.

Some people didn't care what time it was and immediately woke their friends and family members up with phone calls because of the new thread.

All through the night, some people couldn't sleep because they were talking about Alix being the owner.

Some people still couldn't believe it, until they saw the evidence that proved her being the owner of LIXX.. From there, many people started talking about the possibility of her using Meixu to promote her business after tarnishing her reputation.
