A nurse appeared in the corner of the room and prompted the Lu Siblings.
"Lu Xin, you have a visitor."
To prevent any radiation from affecting his sister, Lu Li wasn't carrying any electronic items. As such, they could only communicate with him via the most primitive way.
Could it be that the landladies were coming today?
As they approached the ward, it was clear that it wasn't Huan Huan and the others. The person who had actually come surprised Lu Li.
Lu Xin looked dismissively at her older brother. How could he say he had nothing to do with this woman when she was here right now?
"Why are you here Water Sister? Why didn't you say you were coming? You wouldn't have needed to wait," Lu Xin said bluntly.
The person in front of them was definitely Water Fairy.
"I came to see you; you look a lot better now," Water Fairy said with a smile. Her gaze didn't lock onto Lu Li like Lu Xin had expected; it seemed like they weren't even friends.
"Thank you for visiting Xin Xin," Lu Li quickly said with a nod.
"It's nearby, so I can come over in the blink of an eye. I was in the People's Park today," Water Fairy briefly explained.
It really did seem like she had just conveniently come, as there was no one following her.
The female tycoon was wearing a plain white dress, which was typical office attire.
Her hair was different from last time; it was tied up, revealing the porcelain-like skin of her neck.
Lu Li was completely different from a person like this.
Water Fairy seemed to notice the strange gaze from the Lu siblings and asked, "We've had good business talks before. Are you not going to invite me in to sit?"
"Of course, please come in," Lu Li gestured as he helped his sister back into the ward.
"It looks like you guys will be leaving soon," Water Fairy said regrettably.
Water Fairy had decided to visit in the afternoon; it was likely that she had been busy in the morning. However, Lu Li hadn't brought any food and Lu Xin's limited capability meant that she was unable to prepare a meal.
The reality was that Lu Li's focus was always on his sister. He hadn't even asked about how the creation of the third Elite Group was going.
When Lu Li hit level 42, it was approaching Christmas day and the registrations for the first Professional League had opened.
Although the competition format hadn't been completely announced, it could mostly be inferred by the registration method,
Compared to the two previous competitions, the Professional League would last over a longer period – this basically meant that it was an arduous long-term quest.
However, Lu Li already knew all of this and he was very calm about it.
As a professional player, participating in competitions was his responsibility. Glory, fame and honor all came from these competitions and most professional players enjoyed the thrill.
But, Lu Li had now finally decided to start the exploration of the secret area.
According to the information he had previously gathered, at least 20 players could go together. The only way to work out the maximum was to try. He didn't have much else information as he hadn't paid attention to this in his past life, nor was 30 minutes enough time to work it out.
What he knew for sure was that 20 players were definitely not enough.
The first obstacle that Lu Li had to deal with wasn't the monsters from the secret area, but the extremely cruel level 45 Skymane Orangutans.
The whole island was filled with their comrades, making them difficult to deal with.
Even if the 20 players worked themselves to death, this wouldn't guarantee that they could clear them all. The worst part would be if the monkeys respawned faster than they could kill them. They would get stuck in an endless loop and never actually get to face the Boss.
Square Root 3 and Lu Li had agreed to talk to the guild about this.
"There is a group activity today. Everyone who can't attend should say something now."
"Does everyone have to go? I'm only level 27," a guild member asked weakly.
"If you want to go, you can. However, as a Trade Skill player, your contribution might not be very high, so don't be disappointed by this later."
Square Root 3's memory was very good and he had formed an impression of each of the tens of thousands of players.
"Really? Then I'd like to come. Where are we going?" Being a poor Trade Skill player, he wasn't able to join in at the Stranglethorn Vale.
As a member of the guild who saw the others celebrating and boasting about their achievements, it definitely was a depressing experience.
He didn't expect for an activity to sudden come up, especially one that anyone could participate in. He signed up without hesitation; he didn't care even if he was going to be crushed by a powerful enemy.
I will shed my blood for the party!
"It's not a fight. We're going to clear an area," Square Root 3 explained.
Guilds engaged in PVP, but they wouldn't do it too often. Too many deaths within a guild would weaken its overall strength.
When he heard that it was a PVP activity, he was a little discouraged.
Some people had a demon lurking in their hearts, and a game world without legal constraints served to maximize the power of this demon.
"Following the usual formation, a willing party leader will be typing the instructions into the Guild Channel," Square Root 3 explained after everyone had some time to digest the information.
For the sake of better management and taking care of those who were struggling to level up, Ruling Sword used a very popular structural organization.
The players were split into parties of 10, which was efficient for Instance Dungeons and farming. Among them would be a defenseless Warrior or Healer who would be able to share some EXP.
As the parties were being set up, Lu Li, Hachi Chan and Sesame Rice Ball had reached the Orangutan Island and were summoning a huge portal.
Following the guild's request, Sesame Rice Ball had upgraded this skill to level 5, which greatly enhanced its efficiency when sending people through.
In the past, they needed to send one person at a time, but now, they could send multiple players simultaneously.
This was the equivalent of having many portals.
The tens of thousands of players were quickly transported to the island. It was much faster than when they were fighting the Captain on Tanaris.
At that time, they were only transporting 200 players and it had taken ages, but now, there were tens of thousands of players on the beach.
What was it like, looking at tens of thousands of players? When a principal made their address to an assembly of children, there would be a sea of heads, but that was only just a few hundred people.
The beach had been completely covered and there was no end to it. Many were shouting, "They're still coming – move in! Move in! Otherwise, we'll fall into the ocean."
