Chapter 1913 – Please Call Me Mentor (7)
“Kehr’s eyebrows wrinkled slightly.
Shen Yanxiao on the side secretly sneered. This undead girl had left an impression on her. Before she had the students do the martial-art squat, this girl was always saying that she was either uncomfortable or unwell. She had various excuses just to be lazy. Considering she was a girl, Shen Yanxiao had Zhanye take the brazier under her and let her rest for ten minutes more than others. But such preferential treatments, coming from this girl’s mouth, became abuse.
Although Shen Yanxiao was not familiar with the undead, she could still see where the limits of this group of undead teenagers were. The girl clearly had the strength, but she always made excuses. After she flung the whip at her a few times to frighten her, the girl became obedient. But it turned out she was really great, ah, as soon as she saw Kehr, she went straight up to complain.
Shen Yanxiao did not refute anything and merely sneered at the poor weeping girl.
“Zhanye, Shile, is she telling the truth?” Kehr asked the named students.
The young man named Shile was the first hapless person that had been beaten to the ground by Shen Yanxiao. When he heard that he was named, his body shook at once. He hesitated for a moment before coming out of the crowd.
Zhanye lowered his head and also took a step forward.
But neither of the two guys spoke.
When the undead girl saw that the two people involved had no response at all, she immediately became anxious.
“Why are you not talking? Mentor Kehr is now here. He will make decisions for us. Yan Di won’t dare to bully us any more.”
Zhanye grinded his teeth and said nothing while Shile lowered his head.
What was there to say?
Say that two big and tall teenagers were beaten by someone smaller than themselves, that they simply had no power to fight back?
They were not women. How could they do such a shameful thing as telling on someone after being beaten so badly?
The undead girl grew more anxious when she didn’t get a response from her companions. She wiped her tears and said to Kehr, “Mentor Kehr, they must have been frightened by Yan Di’s barbaric methods, but we have really been mistreated by him. He told us to do those difficult movements for three hours, and whenever we did just a little wrong, he whipped us.”
The girl cried with tears and snot.
Shen Yanxiao was just watching the good show and did not justify anything.
Kehr frowned and turned to Shen Yanxiao.
“I won’t interfere with your training methods.”
Shen Yanxiao hooked up her lips and smiled.
She knew.
Kehr dared to take the risk of bringing her back. That meant he had a certain plan. It was impossible for a little girl’s two drops of tears to make him have her leave the class. Besides, even if Kehr really were angry, it was not a big deal for her to pack her things and leave; she was not obliged to stay here.
Kehr’s attitude made the girl who complained silly.
What about a good reprimand?
How could Mentor Kehr not have any reaction!
“Mentor Kehr… You don’t care about us? If he mistreats us like that again, we will die.” The undead girl burst into tears again.
Shen Yanxiao glanced at the tearful undead girl. It was said that women were made of water; today, she finally witnessed it.
Kehr sighed. There really were not very many female undead. They belonged to a special group in the Howling Abyss and more or less would be shown a little consideration.
“Yan Di, you are free to train boys however you want, as for the girls… Try to reduce the intensity of their training as much as possible.”
Shen Yanxiao raised an eyebrow. She looked at Kehr and said, “There is no difference between men and women here. If you think that the intensity of my training is too harsh for the girls, you’d better take all the female students here away. I treat everyone equally and won’t give any preferential treatment because of gender.”
