Chapter 953 - Whoever Offended the Young Master Would Die
Chapter 953: Whoever Offended the Young Master Would Die
Ye Linlang turned around in a daze only to be momentarily blinded by the dazzling headlights of the car.
The front of the car hit Ye Linlang’s body. Ye Linlang was blown into the air like a butterfly and then fell down.
Lu Jijun watched it all unfold as if it were playing out in slow motion.
The black car was driven back to Lu Jijun’s side.
The man stuck his head out and looked at Lu Jijun, who was frozen in his place.
“Lu Jijun, what are you still waiting for?”
When Lu Jijun was called by the man, he looked like he was just waking up from a dream, then he rushed towards the dying Ye Linlang on the ground.
The man got out of the car and grabbed Lu Jijun, “Lu Jijun, what are you doing?”
“I am going to see her.”
From a distance, Lu Jijun saw that a lot of blood was leaving Ye Linlang’s body. Her white dress was also soaked in red blood.
“What the hell are you going to see? I wouldn’t have had to do this if you didn’t mess up, right?” The man sneered and let go of Lu Jijun’s hand. “Anyone who offends the young master will die. Think about it. Are you going to follow me into the car, or will I have to run you over too?”
Lu Jijun’s eyes met with the man’s. He knew that this man wasn’t bluffing.
If he really went to Ye Linlang, he was going to hit them both with his car.
“Okay, I’ll go with you.” He chose to live.
Lu Jijun got in the car, and the man drove the black car to the door of the hostel.
The man sat in the car and said to Lu Jijun, “You go upstairs, pack her things, and check out. I will wait for you in the car.”
Lu Jijun went upstairs in despair. While he was packing her things, he thought of the scene that he had just seen with lingering fear.
Her body was hit into the air, and then quietly fell down.
The image was seared into his mind.
…
…
Ye Linlang felt like she was flying like a bird as she was hit into the air.
She flew high, then fell down to the ground…
She was just like a butterfly.
Her face hit the ground, and a stream of blood flowed out of her head.
She saw from a distance that someone’s footsteps stopped not far from her, and then left quietly.
“Help.”
Ye Linlang called for help in a low voice.
Help me.
Somebody helped me!
I can’t die yet.
My daughter’s so young; she lost her father, and she can’t live without her mother.
Will somebody help me?
I didn’t want to die.
I wanted to live.
The bright moonlight shone on the sparsely populated street. Ye Linlang, who desperately wanted to live, fell into a pool of blood.
She murmured, help…help…
In the end, it was as if God heard her cry for help.
Young Shi Han squatted in front of her.
“Help me.”
Ye Linlang couldn’t move her body at all.
In a burst of benevolence, Shi Han took Ye Linlang to the hospital.
Ye Linlang thought she shouldn’t have come to the Imperial Capital.
She was way out of her league with the Xies, and she shouldn’t have had such high hopes for a man who didn’t belong to her.
She wanted to live happily and take good care of her daughter when the time came.
She had to take good care of her mother.
As if she had never known him…
As if she had never fallen in love with him…
As if she had never married him…
As if Xie Xuning had never appeared in her life…
Ye Linlang on the hospital bed opened her eyes. As soon as Xie Xuning saw the figure of Ye Linlang, he called out, “Linlang…”
