Joker's form towered on top of the already huge Hub.

No matter where they stood, as long as someone is within a couple of dozen mile radius of the city, they can clearly see Joker's figure. However, instead of the usual faint but confident smile, there is a crooked grin on the mask.

"Hello, my dear residents of the academy realm.

I missed you all a lot and I hope you did the same. I noticed that almost all the payments are coming in a timely manner. For those who haven't been doing the payments, soon I will be sending someone on my behalf to collect the debt that you owe me as per the contract, so please await my next message.

Right now, I am here to deliver something else."

The voice paused a bit. By now, the reaction Sam originally wanted happened.

The elders that were inside the academies finally came out and they all surrounded the hub. They didn't attack it, because the Bloody chariot has come with a grudging expression.

He is still bound by the contract and he has to defend the hub no matter what.

Also, Ling Tian is standing nearby as well. Even though there is not direct and hard evidence, all signs of hub are pointing to Sam. And they still don't know if Ling Tian who came out to defend Sam will deal with them if they try to make a move.

Two deterrents. They don't have two lives to test them out.

"I heard that the ban has been lifted. So, everyone must have already drawn their weapons. Who are you going after though? Are you going after the hubs, themselves?

Last time someone did, It didn't end well. Sanatan region is still tense because of the information leak.

Are you going after the managers? I don't think they are in the academy realm at all. And even if they are, you need to catch them first. Despite your overwhelming and almost godly advantage you have on them, they still managed to leave this realm unscathed. That too after taking the heads of several fourth graders of Olympian region.

I doubt you would be able to identify them that easily.

Then what's left?

I did hear that you are going after Sam for the dealings we had. Not a bad idea. Maybe I can test out how soft my heart is and see if it would melt away upon seeing Sam's plight.

It is a hard thing to imagine that guy to be suffering in the hands of the likes of you.

Anyway, do what you want to him.

However, I came back bearing gifts and I wonder if your priority will still be to go after him.

I realized that the reason for the high tension state of the Academy realm is because everyone knows that there is some information that could incriminate themselves out there. They don't know who has control over it and what it takes to get rid of that information.

So, you are going after Sam. The one straw that connects your academy realm to the hub.

Of course, there is also the question of benefits.

You would be fools not to salivate over the technology that hub has.

So, you might be trying to go after him for that as well.

It is so boring and predictable. Very cliché. In the time I was gone from this realm, I thought about what I could do destroy this cliché. I brainstormed the ideas that would break your façade and give you a real push, so that you will think past these petty tricks and self-righteous mask for your revenge.

So, this is what I am going to do.

I will be sending you all a new bird puppet. One for each of you. And that bird puppet will once again come with a wrist band. However, this time the bird puppet will not have all the previous restrictions that you saw.

You can directly view the design and inner mechanism of it, so that you can be assured that I am not spying on you.

In fact, the recording feature is completely deleted from the bird puppet and I only provided some empty space. If you want, you can install the necessary equipment yourself.

This new bird puppet will have all the features that the previous one has. However, this comes with a three extra gifts

First one is information. You will have all the compiled information of a random person. The bird puppet will carry it and if you want to take a peek, you can do so. The information that has already been sent will be permanently removed from the Hub.

So that means, whatever information you got will be the only copy of the information about that particular person.

Second one is also information. Assuming that all of you have some common sense, I am sure you would have guessed by now. Based on the first gift, it would be safe to say that someone out there in the academy realm will possess your information.

The second piece of information that I mentioned will be the details of the person who has the bird puppet that has your information.

The third and final gift is… also information.

But this information is related to the technology of the hub.

Every piece of technology used in the hub that you have seen, I am releasing it all. Each bird puppet will have information on one piece of technology. No two puppets will have the same technology. And I promise you, if one of you manages to gather all the information to one place and has enough brains to fill in the gaps and figure it out, you have at least fifty percent chance of completely replicating the hub.

Everyone of you, I mean, every single one of you is eligible for getting this bird puppet.

Once the puppets are released, all the technology related to everything you have seen in the hub will be out in the open.

So, if you want to go after anyone in the name of hub, please don't. Just go after them for your personal grudges. Like men with actual balls do."

Joker stopped speaking and the next moment, massive swarm of bird puppets started coming out of the hub. They didn't fly away, they just hovered over the hub's building. In complete contrast to the previous situation where no one showed up.

Everyone, not a single elder was left in the academy grounds. All of the swarmed towards the hub.

However, no one made a move.

The Deans and grand elders are all staying silent, so of course the elders couldn't speak up.

They are calculating. The Joker's appearance and the announcement, put them in such a difficult position. While they are all afraid of their information being revealed, they are extremely tempted about the technology that comes out along with this.

The Olympians in particular are the most nervous among them all. Because they have already seen what will happen with Sam's previous trick. The trick of information mule.

He already made them all go against each other. He lit the whole region on the fire. The whole Olympian region had to be blocked and curfewed for them to minimize the damage.

They didn't even have the chance to recover from it and now Sam is bringing another wave of chaos to them. And this time, it is much more powerful.

"Sorry, I am kind of in the middle of something."

"You… don't send the puppets out. If it is all about you being targeted, I am telling you, you don't have to worry. You already got the perfect way to save your ass."

"I don't know what way it is, but I am sure, my way will be a lot more fun."

As Sam said that, he pressed a button.

*SWOOSH*

With a huge flash, all the bird puppets flew in different directions. They flew towards all the students, instructors and teachers.

The Deans and elders still didn't speak. Grudgingly they left their spots and went back to their respective academies. They are so fast that their bird puppets didn't even reach them, despite them being the closest of all.

Sam smiled at them being scattered.

"COME TO THE ACADEMY. NOW!!!"

Ling Tian yelled at Sam.

For the first time Sam felt a little nervous facing him.
