Nyzzara shook her head.

“So my income would be pretty much the same as it is now?”

“…Yes?”

“Will I get any considerable strength if I only sleep for 8 hours a day?”

Hearing that, Nyx seemed to realize where this was going. Rael did as well.

“No, you won’t. Noticeable growth is only seen after sleeping for a month or so, as the stats have time to multiply several dozenfold. You can do that by sleeping inside your Mind Realm, so even if you’re not awake to deal with your money or whatever, only a few hours would pass in the outside world, while you could sleep for years in the Mind Realm.”

In short, there really was way too much benefit for Nyzzara to not take this offer. After all, her only concern was that she wouldn’t be able to increase her daily income. But now that this possibility of gaining stats presented itself, she felt like a considerable change was taking place.

Especially since whatever physique she now had allowed her to get stronger without doing anything.

Combine that with literal sleeping… Her stats might start increasing exponentially.

And of course, upon realizing that too, Nyzzara just shrugged.

“Alright. How do I become your disciple, then?”

Nyx grinned widely and, without waiting even a second, placed her hand on Nyzzara’s forehead. Rael felt a bit of mana being transferred between the two. In the next instant, though, Nyzzara’s white eyes began to glow slightly.

And it didn’t take long for him to feel a familiar sensation between her and him.

It was almost like the two were connected. However, Rael quickly deduced that the only reason that was the case was because she now had the Sloth skill like him.

“Great! You’re now my disciple, then,” Nyx said happily. “Whenever you go to bed, make sure to call me. I’ll watch over your Mind Realm while you sleep. I’ll also help you with your first slumber, so you get the most out of your sleep. After all, the higher the sleep quality, the more stats you get.”

“You know, since we’re contracted and all, can’t you do the same for me?” Rael asked.

Nyx puffed out her cheeks.

“Why would I? Stats are already meaningless to you for the most part. For you to see some significant improvements beyond what you could get by devouring a couple more galaxies, you’d need to sleep for a few billion years.”

She then pointed right at his forehead.

“That is, unless you’re really keen on going to sleep for that long. If you really want to do that, then tell me. I’ll try to sort something out.”

Rael hesitated for a moment, and although he knew he wouldn’t actually feel the weight of all those years spent sleeping, he still…

“I’m not sure yet. I’ll get back to you on that later.”

Nyx just rolled her eyes. She knew he wouldn’t accept, and so she didn’t bother herself with him anymore.

Instead, she got closer to Nyzzara.

“I remember seeing you a few times in Rael’s memories. He thought of you as a hot barbarian. Though, he also thought that you had a short fuse. Pissing you off is easy, basically.”

Her brow twitched, proving Nyx’s point.

“My temper is fine, thank you. Also, don’t you have better things to do other than eat? For someone as powerful as you, I’d assume you’d be very busy.”

Nyx chuckled.

“He’s in his ‘finding himself’ phase. Give it a week, and he’ll be back to normal.”

Rael rolled his eyes.

“I’m just waiting for Gaia to come back. After that, I’ll head to the Far Lands or something.”

“If you say so. Though, I’d get some things out of the way, such as leveling up. You’ve already lazed around for a bit, don’t you think?”

Rael stared at her for a moment, then shrugged. He could do that.

Actually, he had just the idea for it.

Obviously, there were a few ideas floating around inside his mind.

One idea was just fisting a galaxy and hoping the cumulative damage it dealt would spread throughout its entirety and kill everyone.

Since it would be a fist kill, he might be able to pull something off and finish it right away.

But then there was the problem of it not even working, or him pissing someone off whom he shouldn’t.

So after carefully deliberating over it for a few milliseconds, Rael came up with a very simple and effective solution in the form of a particular dungeon that he had already bought.

“I’ll be back by morning, probably. If I’m not, just run to the dimensional store and buy some pizzas or something.”

The moment Rael heard that, a playful smile of his own appeared on his face.

“Speaking of buying something from my mind, give me a second…”

Rael paused for a moment and checked his status screen. Especially his balance. The moment he pressed on it, a special pop-up appeared that he kind of wished he could have found sooner.

Rael was very concerned it was automatically set to Everyone.

Not only that, he was sure that the reason he was able to get money when people hit him was because everyone had that setting turned on as well.

Rael just smirked at her.

Before she could utter another complaint, Rael didn’t hesitate to use the Infinite Ant Dungeon Key and immediately vanish into the dungeon.
