"Ao--!" On the road, dozens of zombies rushed toward them. But after several colliding sounds, a few zombies were knocked into the air by the minibus, which passed through the zombie groups easily, followed by an SUV and a freezer car; it was Jiang Liushi’s team.

After one night of good rest, they were energetic and hearty. So they left for Jinling Port immediately. Jinling Port was the largest port in the central area. The fastest way to arrive there was going straight from their current location to the Jinling Port. However, they needed to cross over half of Jinling City, which had an enormous population. In doomsday, enormous population only represented a lot of zombies!

Even if Jiang Liushi’s MCV had undergone several different evolutions, he would not dare to cross the urban area directly. His MCV was strong, but it was too dangerous to fight against tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands of zombies. Once they were caught in the boundless tide of zombies, there was nothing they could do except die. As a result, that route was rejected.

"If we want to detour around the town center, then this is the best route for us. But if we want to arrive tonight, we have to cross a short section of the urban area, of course, it is just the edge of the urban area." Sun Kun said. He was a native of Jinling and he was familiar with the road, so he marked the route on a tablet's map. Actually, that route was only chosen after considering many factors.

According to the route offered by Sun Kun, they didn’t need to pass through the urban area, but they needed to circle around, so they couldn’t arrive on that very day.

Jiang Liushi pondered a moment and said, "We will go through that urban area! Get ready, everybody!" Jiang Liushi’s choice was sensible because if they detoured that urban area, they had to stay on the road for a night near Jinling City. There would be many unknown factors, so the risk was not small.

Moreover, Jiang Liushi’s confidence in fighting had multiplied a hundredfold. He would like to give it a try! Hearing Jiang Liushi’s words, Sun Kun also brimmed with confidence. "Okay!"

They were all in high spirits. Usually, ordinary teams would try their best to avoid zombies, but they chose to rush into the zombies’ nest!

"Jiang brother, drink some tea." A delicate hand elegantly carrying a cup of tea handed it over from the side.

Jiang Liushi looked up and saw Ran Xiyu giving him the cup, "Thank you."

"You're welcome." Ran Xiyu answered without looking at Jiang Liushi’s eyes. She had put on her own clothes, sitting perfectly on the couch with her slender jade neck which was like a swan’s. Her noble and elegant temperament was fully displayed.

Sun Kun cast a glance at Jiang Liushi, and then at Ran Xiyu and Ying, who was driving. He touched his chin. Actually, he was wondering about how they slept last night…

Feeling Sun Kun’s gaze, Ran Xiyu lowered her head. As she looked back, scenes from last night leaped before her eyes. Originally, Jiang Liushi hadn’t come to a decision of what to do, but what they did not expect was Ying lying directly on the sofa. So they had no choice.

Ran Xiyu hesitated and then she tightened the quilt, carefully lying on the edge of the wall as far as possible to stay away from Jiang brother. However, it did not help. She could hear Jiang Liushi’s breath and feel his body temperature…

Jiang Liushi was excited. However, he had fiercely fought during the day and consumed a lot of energy, so he fell asleep quickly. After he fell asleep, Zhuying and Ying followed. Only Ran Xiyu couldn’t fall asleep immediately, but after looking at the roof for a while, she also unconsciously fell asleep. In fact, she slept tight!

Although it was a good night's sleep, it was the first time in her life to sleep with a man in the same room. Ran Xiyu had a very indifferent look, but she was still embarrassed…

The team continued moving forward, and along the road, Sun Kun had chosen there weren’t many obstacles hindering the way. The zombies kept increasing as they were getting closer to the downtown area.

Sun Kun returned back to the SUV, so Jiang Zhuying could help dealing with the zombie group. Bullets were too expensive, so Jiang Zhuying could play an important role in the whole process of fighting.

In the MCV, she could arbitrarily vent her current in a safe environment. Since her brother reminded her to practice, she began taking serious action. Standing in the gunner room, she kept releasing electric currents at the zombie groups in front and created a blue-white current grid.

Ying drove the minibus rushing toward all the way, it was like lightning was passing through the road.

Those zombies were directly scorched by the current or directly crashed by the MCV after being paralyzed from the electric attacks. Although there was a large number of zombies, the MCV moved forward irresistibly.

Ran Xiyu silently watched everything. Although she had seen them before, she was still shocked.

"Jiang brother, it is dangerous in front of us." Ying suddenly said. As soon as she heard those words, Ran Xiyu became nervous. Jiang Liushi immediately went to the cab to look ahead.

Generally, zombies would run around, but at the moment a large group of zombies was rushing crazily toward something else.

"Bang! Bang!" Two shots sounded, but then there was a miserable scream.

"No! No! Help! ... ah!" The voice stopped at once.

"I did not expect that there would actually be survivors in this place…" Jiang Liushi said. They had initially entered the city limits, and unless it was for necessary supplies, survivors wouldn’t approach at all.

Soon, they saw the survivors. They were not ordinary survivors, but six well-equipped army soldiers! They had a military truck, and they were using the truck as a bunker at the moment to fight the zombies.

Those soldiers were well-trained. They only shot at close range, so they could kill a zombie with one shot. In that way, they could maximize saving ammunition, so it was no wonder that the gunshots were not continuous.

However, in front of a dense group of zombies extreme calmness was required. But Jiang Liushi thought that it would be easy for them to rush out unless their ammunition ran out.

At the same time, Jiang Liushi saw a soldier carrying a light machine gun and a few more drums. In that case, they just needed to temporarily throw off the zombies and then escape to the next street.

However, Jiang Liushi was quite confused because all the soldiers looked nervous and strange with lots of cold sweat on their foreheads. What were those soldiers afraid of? Jiang Liushi would like to bypass it directly. However, seeing the reaction of those soldiers, Jiang Liushi felt it was impossible to pass the route so easily.

"Firstly, we should look at the situation!" Jiang Liushi said to Ying.
