Qi Canghai had no idea what was Huang He’s role now.

However, when Bai Muchuan told him earlier at the cement factory that if he saw a familiar face, he had to let him go. Although Qi Canghai didn’t ask him why, somehow, he could sense something was going on and he believed that Huang He was not that kind of person.

“The police post reported that it was found at Cheng Shuang Street, the street near Grand Orchid Pavilion…”

“Got it” Bai Muchuan then immediately ordered Qi Canghai, “Quickly inform the on-duty officers near Grand Orchid Pavilion and the East Coast Police Post to arrive at Grand Orchid Pavilion in five minutes time.
