“I see.” Gao Peng nodded. No wonder the White Dragon Tribe was able to fish for information; they could even draw the maps without being caught by the Mutated Tribe. Before one was hurt and bled, it would be impossible to tell whether the person was a human or a member of the Mutated Tribe purely based on looks.
The blood of the Mutated Tribe was green, while humans’ blood was red. Green was the complementary color of red, so it was no wonder that the Mutated Tribe and humans were born to oppose each other.
“I understand. I agree to join you all. However, I also have some conditions, mainly that our Huaxia Tribe must enjoy the status of a top tribe, and for certain decisions, we retain the right to make autonomous choices and rejections,” Gao Peng said in a deep voice.
“Top tribe…” Bai Tongming looked seriously at Gao Peng and laughed. “Do you know the backgrounds of the top tribes? Every top tribe can take out at least five or more Quasi God-level creatures. This is the prestigious background of a top tribe. It isn’t enough to have only one Quasi God.
“At most, we can only give your Huaxia Tribe the discourse power that is equivalent to the seven King-tier tribes, nothing more than that. They would never agree,” Bai Tongming said.
“If it’s not possible with one Quasi God… then how about two Quasi Gods?” Gao Peng asked.
“You guys have two Quasi Gods?” Now Bai Tongming was really surprised.
“Before this, no, but now we do.” Gao Peng laughed. As soon as he said this, a frightening aura came from outside of the room.
Bai Tongming’s body suddenly trembled.
Boom— Sounds of growing waves could be heard. Outside the factory, screams and exclamations could be heard. An extremely terrifying aura was continually approaching at a tremendous speed. A powerful aura inside Bai Tongming’s body began to wake up.
Clack. The wall was broken by sharp, spear-like claws and stopped within a hair’s breadth of Bai Tongming. A White Dragon with its hair dancing in the breeze was hovering behind Bai Tongming, and the eyes of the White Dragon was glaring at the sharp claws.
“Hehehe.” A hoarse but enchanting voice echoed in the house, “It’s best not to simply disturb others when they’re breaking through, as this is impolite. What do you think, little White Dragon?”
Bai Tongming broke into laughter. “I’m not that small-minded, and I mean no harm to any of you.” He walked to the windows after he finished speaking and pushed them open. Outside the windows, majestic waves of great power were sweeping in all directions, spreading far and wide.
Bai Tongming was very impressed. “From a Saint-tier to a Quasi God, it’s been a long time since this was seen. It’s still so spectacular.”
The raging blue waves rushed to the front in a blink of an eye. Nonetheless, Bai Tongming showed no fear at all. The White Dragon wanted to step in, but Bai Tongming extended his right hand and pressed on the back of the White Dragon’s claws, signaling it to stay calm. The rough blue waves pierced through the wall and passed through Bai Tongming’s body. This was just an illusion.
Overlooking the ground from a high altitude, the city of Hope had been completely engulfed by the sea and turned into a land flooded with water. The blue ocean passed through the tall buildings, the crowd, and their familiars. It was like a dream, as if it had been projected into reality.
The ocean was projected onto the world. The raging waves rolled non-stop, manifesting anomalies. The seawater tumbled violently in roaring waves. The ocean was the birthplace of life; everything was born in the water! From microorganisms at first, to small fish and prawns later, the size of sea creatures grew bigger and bigger. Time passed very quickly. Billions of years had been compressed into a short period of time.
All of the people in the whole city of Hope were shocked as they looked at all the fish and sea monsters that passed by. In the beginning, they thought that it was real, and it terrified a lot of people, but later, it seemed like they had noticed that it was just a projection and no longer felt that scared anymore.
The giant monster of the deep sea rose from nothing, and the ruler of the ocean recovered from the destruction. “I am the ruler of the ocean, the messenger of the storm, I am… I am the king of the stormy seas!” A deep voice echoed between heaven and earth.
“An Imperial God.” Bai Tongming, who had looked indifferent, finally had an expression on his face. How could it be possible for an advanced Quasi God to have an Imperial God?!
Only when a Quasi God had advanced to a god could they have the cohesion of an Imperial God. This was also to manifest the basic rules of their godship, because the strength of a god came from this precept, and the type of percept the god controlled could be determined from its Imperial God status. Bai Tongming had never heard of a Saint-tier that could reach the Imperial God stage during their advancement to Quasi God. This was absolutely impossible!
Very soon, Bai Tongming managed to calm down. Even if he had never seen something, it didn’t mean that it didn’t exist.
He had only seen a Saint-tier breaking through to a Quasi God several times, and it wasn’t, so he didn’t necessarily know everything.
Maybe some talented familiars would become Imperial Gods during their breakthrough, but no matter what the truth was, this Quasi God Familiar was certainly not simple.
“Roar!!!” The sea became violent.
Fatty Big Sea opened its giant mouth. The biggest difference between a Quasi God and Saint-tier was that a Quasi God had undergone deification.
And the first item that Fatty Big Sea had deified when it broke through to a Quasi God was its teeth! Endless strength rushed to its teeth. If they were in another realm, the many tiny golden participles could have been seen rushing toward Fatty Big Sea’s teeth. Its teeth were getting sharper and sharper, the cold light frightening.
A roar came out from its throat, its giant mouth wide open as if it was going to break the world in one bite. The Sea King Devouring Teeth were fully formed and bit down at once. Space was broken, and the uneven cracks were like two black bolts of lightning.
Only a god could have the ability to destroy space, and one bite from Fatty Big Sea already had the power that was close to that of a god.
A broken crystal in the vanity suddenly felt a strong attraction and turned into a meteor that then disappeared from where it had originally been. The giant monsters that were wreaking havoc as they wandered in the vanity felt the delicious aura. Nonetheless, they could only sense the dissipated scent retaining in the air when they rushed there. The giant monsters snarled with dissatisfaction.
The world had self-healing abilities. The space cracks were gradually closing. At the last moment of closure, Big Fat Sea noticed something. The devouring power of the Sea King Devouring Teeth increased suddenly, breaking the space cracks that were about to close up.
Among the turbulent vanity, an irregular light blue crystal entered Fatty Big Sea’s mouth. Its body trembled, its chest was shaking violently, and its eyes expanded until they turned bloodshot.
“Hahaha—” Fatty Big Sea laughed out loud, then screamed arrogantly.
Boom— The dull sound of an explosion came from the projected sea.
Bai Tongming couldn’t see what had happened in the distance. He could only feel an extremely suppressed aura in the making.
“Mother, what is that?” A boy with a head the size of a watermelon was holding his mother, pointing at the sky, or the upper layer of the sea, with a shaking hand. A large projection fell into the sea bed as if a prehistoric demon was coming from the past.
It went as far as the eye could see, and one couldn’t see the tail of it at all. The shockingly huge body gently swayed, and the typhoon that had been set off blew the high-rise buildings to pieces.
At the next moment, all the projections, including the prehistoric demons that were wandering in the sky, disappeared like they had never existed.
Splat. A big, fat, round-headed fish leaped in through the window.
