Chapter 4437: Confidence

"You took your sweet time, Prime Arys," said Prime Wolfden as I stepped through the gates of the village.

"It felt so peaceful that I couldn’t stop myself," I replied to the man.

I returned to the village yesterday, but I could have come earlier. I had only shown them my presence and spent the night outside.

Now that I have returned, I want to focus on nothing but work and also my methods. The host showed me the dangers this realm has, and I need to take every opportunity to strengthen myself.

I walked toward my house while talking to the people. I know nearly everyone here.

I am saying ’nearly’ because those who are in seclusion are returning to the village, and those who were sleeping have begun to wake up.

Many of them are powerful. However, not a single one is as powerful as the two strongest and top cultists.

Some are close to them, but not as powerful as them.

Soon, I reached my cottage and walked inside it. I loved the outside, but I also love this cottage. I had already decided to take this with me.

Earlier, I hadnt expected they would, but now, I am feeling they might.

The bees really want the nectar and are taking more and more risks for it, and are getting killed in the process.

I looked at other things before walking toward my clone and stopping beside him.

"It is fully purified, ready to be used," it said, and I smiled at that. The red sartil was already around 91% pure, and I would have used that, but I wanted the metal to be purer than that.

So, my clone had purified it further, till its purity had reached 99.2%, which is amazing.

I could now work with it. I will only need a few grams of it. It would make the core much stronger. I could have used myself, but it is enough, unless I find a way to make the core even stronger.

Now, I have only one job. Finished the design of the core and started forging it.

I had nearly finished the design, and only a few things remained. I will finish them in a few weeks, before I start forging them.

I need to finish the core as soon as possible. Likely before the time the gates appeared. I don’t think that would be a problem, but I will still try, as something might come up.

"You start with the first list of parts. I will finish the design," I said to the clone and walked to the library.

The first list of parts isn’t going to change, even if I change the design, they are going to remain the same. So, I might as well finish crafting them as I worked on the design.

"Ok," it replied while I walked toward the library.

On the way, I passed by some monsters. I had stocked up some monsters in my core. The plant won’t be the only thing the bees would be fighting.

Besides, I need them for my experiments as well.

Speaking of the plant. Its reports appeared in front of me, and they were clear. I couldn’t find a single sign of infection in it; it had fully digested them without getting infected.

This aspect had made me quite excited, as now I could feed quite a lot of things to the plant.

Things that could be harmful to me or the monsters could easily be swallowed by this plant. This is amazing; it’s going to help me and plant a lot.

Finally , I reached the doors of the library and stepped inside.

My clones are working, some are reading the book, while others are working on the inheritance. Given the time it needs for my inheritance, they need to start as soon as possible.

I only need one small upgrade, and it’s going to be even more difficult due to more ancient runes being involved in it.

I looked at what everyone was doing before sitting at my table.

I usually comprehend the law when I first come to the library, but I had already done that in the morning. So, I sat at the table, and I brought out the designs of the core.

Immediately, hundreds of windows appeared in front of me. I looked at them before opening the books.

I read them before turning to the formation. I didn’t touch the incomplete ones. First, I will go for the complete one and change it to red.

Many of the formations had become useless. I will need to know, but that is to be expected.

I sorted them out before working on the formation. This one is most important. It’s going to be controlled, and I need to hide a few things in it.

I need to design it in such a way that they would not be able to find out.

Which is quite difficult, seeing that these people are very good at runes. Many are as good as I, some are even better, but I have confidence that I could do it.
