Chapter 2043 - A Way
Chapter 2043 – A Way
"What do you think, Grandmastress Charline, is Micheal's plan is feasible?" Lord Whitman asked after we finished our discussions.
We have been discussing the technicalities of the parasitic cage for more than an hour; while Lord Whitman is most knowledgeable of all members of the Pyramid council, he is still not able to follow our conversation due to the high-level healing formulas we were discussing.
Grandmistres gesture saying 'very,' hearing that, a smile on the Lord Whitman's face bloomed. "This is the best news I could ever wish to hear," he said as he smiled wildly.
"You don't have to hurry in agreeing, lord Whitman." I cautioned. "The parasitic cage is extremely dangerous and could kill the Grand Lord if the slightest problem occurs during the process. Not to mention, the resources required for the process going to dent your treasury quite much; even then, it would not be perfect healing; there will be a lot of restrictions on the Grand Lord," I added.
"Micheal, you may not know, but we need a Grand Lord more than ever, and what other choice we have? Grand Lord had been here for half a century with no one able to heal him," Lord Whitman asked.
"There is another way; wait till I reached the peak of Grandmaster stage; by then, I will be able to destroy that parasite hiding in the body of Grand Lord," I said, surprising both of them.
"I wish we could wait, Micheal, but we could not; we need Grand Lord as soon we can," He said, and his expressions quite grave.
Hearing that, I nodded and closed my eyes for a second before a long scroll made of energy materialized in front of me. The scroll has the list of resources needed for the parasitic cage, and it seemed to surprise Lord Whitman for a moment before his expressions eased up.
"Even if I hurry, it would still take a week to prepare all these resources," Lord Whitman said.
This time, it was my turn to be surprised as I thought he would say a month and as some of these resources required to be processed in a certain way before they can be used in making cage, but it seemed like I had underestimated the ways supremes have at their disposal.
I had just recovered from the surprise when the phantom hands appeared in front of me and signed a gesture.
"The other four people are Grandmaster Salvador, Grandmaster Tristen, Grandmaster Imogen, and Raibhan Solace. We can start with Raibhan Solace immediately; it is quite easy to heal him," I said, shocking them again.
"What do you mean you can heal Raibhan Solace immediately?" Both of them asked at the same time through different means. Instead of answering the question, I turned to Grandmistress Charline, "Grandmistress, were you the one who admitted him to the Hall of Sleep?" I asked.
To that, she shook her and signed a couple of hand gestures in a quick fashion, "So, it was grandmaster Sudo," I said, seeing her reply.
"Well, he has made a hasty decision admitting him," I said and immediately saw a flurry of hand gestures in front of me, and Grandmistress seemed a little angry for the first time. It seemed this Grandmaster sudo is an important person to her.
"I do not mean as disrespect, Grandmistress. I am just saying that Grandmaster Sudo had missed some important points which made him take the decision, and your data about his contamination is also wrong," I Said, and this seemed to make Grandmistress even angrier and irritated at me.
"It would be just better if I show you," I said with a sigh and appeared beside the med-pod of Raibhan Solace with both of them behind me.
I did not wave any time and burrowed my strings inside him, and a minute later, they have spread wide enough inside him, as did, I activated the one formation in the strings, and next second, a meta projection of Raibham appeared, shocking both of them behind me.
As I had said before, I want med-pods and med-beds abilities in my healing, and I have incorporated it, and rule-bending helped a lot that now I could show the better, more clearer meta projection that the artifact could produce.
"See this Grandmistress, The Bloodline Corruption had did not changed his DNA by 0.7% as you said but 2.6%," I said and magnified meta projection, so she could see it clearly, and as I had expected, her eyes had widened up again.
"The Grimm Monsters have crafted a quite powerful curse, and they have been very thorough. They even took his bloodline contamination in mind, but like you guys, they have also made a wrong estimation," I said, and Grandmistress nodded and signed gestures quickly.
"You are right Grandmistress, the Grimm Monsters had left no stone unturned and crafted curse powerful enough that it would take even peak Grandmaster within an hour, and despite contamination giving him very high defense, the curse would have still taken him down if not placing him in slumber in a hall of sleep," I agreed with her.
"But you guys have missed this?" I said, and I reached his bloodline center and magnified it as much as I could.
She did not seem to notice any difference and asked me what I wanted to see. "See these flares and dark points in their end," I said while motioning at the core. "These are no aura flares as you have assumed them to be; they are signs of advancement,"
"The targeted curse has spurred the potential of his bloodline, and bloodline center is ready to become a Bloodline Core," I said, and this time, they were shocked, so shocked that they were not able to say a thing for a couple of seconds.
I have done quite a research in the cores, including a bloodline core, and even saw a Bloodline Core forming in Elina; it had increased my knowledge on the bloodline cores immensely.
