3458 Fighting High Earth-Sovereign I

“Nine, eight, seven…”

I counted the seconds as I looked at the door; I will have a second and I will have to get out in that time.

The door couldn’t be opened from inside. It could be only open from outside and there are guards by the door, who will attack immediately if they find something is wrong.

Aura wouldn’t be a problem; I have that in my hand. I have also cracked the formation, controlling this place.

The door is controlled by the internal formation, and they have a command key outside. I will have to deal with all the threats before getting the command key from them.

If I am able to neutralize them; the command key wouldn’t be a problem.

That is why I haven’t removed the people from the slimes yet. If I removed them and got killed myself there, then these people would also die.

Only three people could put them back into the slime, and currently, these people are in no condition to do that. The serum I had put inside them couldn’t be removed without my help.

As for those outside, they are only guards. They have no knowledge of what is happening inside.

They are just muscle.

The three used to joke about it all the time.

Sip!

“One!” I said, and the door slid open, and walked out. I did not run or anything, I simply walked out, like Peak Sovereign man would have done.

I have his aura covering me and the illusion on which I have worked very hard. It won’t be revealed in a moment.

“I hope you have asked your senior for some crystals, Dren, because without it. We won’t let your broke ass play with us tonight,” said Snake Beastman.

Puch, Puch!

The dagger pierced into the heart of Beastman and human standing on the other side.

For a moment, they didn’t realize what happened before they looked down and saw the daggers in their chest.

I didn’t kill them, but injured them and sealed their power.

Even if I wanted to kill them, I wouldn’t. Not only because I want to punish them, but also because they have a death trigger. Once they die, the trigger will send a signal.

It is not just after they died, but also after their power is sealed. Though it only reacts to convectional sealing.

My methods are different. They will not trigger the seal; I don’t want to alert the cultist bastards; I am in no way that powerful.

No matter, the power flowing in my veins wants me to believe.

Barely a second passed when an aura rose from the distance and a moment after that, another aura.

ραndαsΝοvεl ƈοm Several seconds later, three people appeared and landed not far away. Of the three, are Mid-Earth Sovereigns, while one is a High-Earth Sovereign.

I barely glanced at the other two before focusing on the man leading them. High Earth Sovereign, who looked to be in his late forties, with a handsome face.

He is of mixed race. He had a purple horn, with a sharp edge and a black small tail. He also had light black scales on some parts of his body and a big purple eye, from where the faint smoke was coming.

This is not a trait of either of the two races he is part of; it is likely because of some method or anger he is feeling at me.

“You are not one of three people who should come out of there,” he said, looking at me from up to down.

“Do you know what they are doing inside?” I asked him, which seemed to have made him angry.

“I don’t care. I only care about you, not the person who should be coming out from there,” he said, looking at the door.

“Since I came out, what would you do?” I asked, and a smile appeared on his face.

“Kill you, of course. Those are orders,” he said and turned to two people behind him.

“Deal with him,” he ordered, and two people moved immediately.

I smiled, seeing them coming at me. I didn’t even summon my armor or even a weapon, even when they appeared in front of me.

“Die!” said the Stone Skin and attacked with his scimitar, while the elf beside him swung his long sword silently.

These two are good, but not good enough. I moved when their weapon was about to touch me.

Puch Puch!

I appeared behind the elf and pierced the dagger in his back, before appearing in front of the retreating stone and pierced another dagger into his chest.

Hun!

As I did, I felt all the hair on my body rising and I finally summoned my armor.

Thick energy came out through the pour of my body, before forming an armor. It is a light green color, with silver and red lines.

It is simple, but it looks beautiful.

I turned and saw the black spear coming toward me, and a long saber appeared in my hand.

It has a blue crystalline blade with a mural of spirits on it and a metallic brown handle. It is my totem weapon, which now could turn into any weapon I want, not just a sword.

I could only change into any weapon, but also change every little thing from design to material; I could make a look however the way I want.

Clang!

My saber clashed against his spear, stopping it on its track.

“You do have some strength, but it is far from enough if you want to escape from me,” he said and grinned.

“Who said I want to escape? I won’t be leaving till I punish every single one of you who is responsible for what is happening inside,” I said, looking directly into his eyes.

It seemed to have made him shudder, but a moment later, the anger returned, with a hint of shame.

“They are nice words. I will write them on your tombstone,” he said and attacked again and this time, it was no simple physical attack, but one that was filled with power.
