3447 Limit
“Limit,”
I said as I opened my eyes. I had reached the limit in strength.
I wish I could fight someone right now; with the strength I have. Even that Earth Sovereign won’t be able to kill me.
He might injure me, but as long as I stick to the defense. He won’t be able to kill me. It would have been great if I could test my theory, but unfortunately, I couldn’t.
I have reached the limit in strength and also have enough true essence that I won’t be able to extract for forty-five days or the five extractions.
So, I have to escape at that time, or I will have to extract my true essence again, which I really don’t want to do.
There are still to couple of things, I haven’t reached the limit in forbidden power. Which I will do within ten days and inheritance, which will take another two weeks to finish.
I finished with inheritance eight days ago and now I am in the process of checking for mistakes and fixing them.
It had been eleven months and two days since I have been captive here and it had been a challenge to accomplish all these things, especially the Inheritance.
The challenge became difficult when I started to change common rune formations into ancient runes.
Which are less than 1% of formations, but the change they bring will be immense to inheritance. Especially the safety, they will increase my breakthrough.
It will be a grand milestone if I succeed.
People do not use ancient runes on Sovereign breakthrough. It is extremely rare to use the ancient runes before Prime. It is totally unheard of at a Sovereign level like I am doing.
It could be said, that I will make a breakthrough, after two weeks; three at most, and for it, I will have to make some preparations.
All the preparations have been completed, except for one.
Creation Fire; I do not have it.
Before I was captured, I was going to a place where I would find material that would help me create a fake creation fire. It is a willing-to-created element, but not one closest; it will be created creation earth element.
I have materials to create a fake creation fire, but it would not be as strong as I was going to create.
That was my plan after I got captured and would be if I didn’t succeed, what I am going to do today.
There is a person in the last line, a woman, who has been here for more than a century. Around one hundred and seventeen years.
She had been very young when she was captured, a peak Sovereign from the Prime organization.
They have been harvesting her essence for over a century. Many people came before her break and let go, turning nothing more than a vegetable, but she was still fighting.
ραndαsnοvεl.cοm She has been here the longest.
Though not for long. She had been completely harvested. She had around one and a half years worth of true essence, before they took her away, like they did two people in the past year.
I am mentioning her because she has something that could help me get a creation file, a real creation fire, and not a copy.
She had a fire constitution. A level 1, the lowest level constitution, that nobody would even glance at it.
It was a common constitution, but it had, or rather she had, changed it, turning it into an undying flame constitution.
I have read about the constitution changing in a circumstance. Hell, I did it artificially for many people, but her condition is extreme.
Because most constitutions, when changed. They change due to outside interference, due to a special treasure, a special environment, that has something that could affect them to their very core.
Here there is nothing of that sort; she had changed that constitution, through the power of her will alone.
It is something I have only read about but saw it.
She had not only that but used her constitutions power like a soul sense. Constitution’s power could be moved without veins and weak enough that if she controlled well, she could easily hide it.
The reason I am talking about it, her undying fire could help me get creation fire.
A real one, not a copy.
It is dangerous, and there is a high chance she will die, but if succeeds. She will have a chance to turn her life around, because currently, even if she is rescued, it will be extremely hard and a long journey to recovery.
The process I am trying to expedite that.
But first, I will have to ask her, and it wouldn’t happen, without her consent.
‘Hey there,’
I said directly to her, contacting her with a faint string of soul sense. That even Earth Sovereign couldn’t detect.
It had been eleven months, and I have got a pretty idea about the abilities of Earth Sovereign. Who had the strength of a below-average Earth Sovereign.
If I were to guess, then he was able to reach this stage, with outside help.
‘Who are you?’ came a reply a moment later.
She had replied faster than imagined.
‘Just another captive like you.’ I replied.
‘Right,’ she said, clearly. She was suspicious and asked if I had been in her place. I would be suspicious as well.
‘Yes, I am,’ I said and waited for her reply, which didn’t come early.
‘What do you want?’ she asked, nearly ten minutes later.
‘First, let me express my awe with you. You have done something that I had only read about.’
“Changing your simple fire constitution into an undying flame is simply amazing. I have never met someone who could do that,’ I said and immediately she became guarded.
Pulling the power of the constitution back to her and focusing on the string of soul sense.
She could cut the connection if she wanted, and she nearly did, before stopping herself.
‘What do you want?’ she asked again, after nearly a minute of silence.
‘I want to produce creation fire with the help of your constitution,’ I replied directly, and I could tell she was shocked by it, seeing how the power of her constitution shook.
‘How is that possible?’ she asked in shock.
‘It is possible, and I could explain to you if you want,’ I offered.
‘Explain to me then,’ she said a moment later, and I began to explain to her what I was trying to do.
I kept the explanation short, but it still took more than five minutes for me to explain it all to her.
‘This is completely preposterous, and even if it is real, it would likely kill me,’
‘Most importantly, are you a part of this cult?’ she asked, and a smile appeared on my face.
She is suspicious, even more than before, which is normal for an intelligent woman like her, who is able to keep herself sane, even after a century of captivity.
‘I am not,’ I replied.
‘I don’t believe you,’ she said back. ‘It is up to you to believe me or not, and you have a day to think about it,’ I said and cut the connection.
