3329 Healing Place
“So, what did I miss?” I asked him while looking at two people beside him from the corner of my eyes.
The first thing about them is that they are beautiful. Even the young man is beautiful rather than handsome.
They had red curved horns and radiant skin and tails with pointed stony tips. The most notable features of them are their eyes; of the woman, The man’s is deep purples.
The woman’s eyes seemed to have held no color, or rather all the color. Every time I looked at her; She would have eyes of different color.
“A lot of things; I had escaped from the spawns, met Leela and Jeh, and fought against another group,” he replied blandly before a sneaky smile appeared on his face.
“Oh, we have also found a healing spot; Leela and Jeh did,” he added and immediately, a smile appeared on my face. I have been searching for it and didn’t find it, but Ragas found it.
“Magnus, you should remember our priority,” said a woman named Leela, in a melodious voice.
Ragas turns to me, looking guilty.
“Sorry, Mike. I had promised we would go to the Magenta spot before, which we have yet to find,” he said, looking at them pointedly.
This time, I smiled.
“Oh, no problem. I have found that for you,” I said, and a surprise couldn’t help, but appeared on his face and of the other two.
“I have also found a purple one, too; those bastards that had captured us had entered there,” I added, turning his surprise to shock.
“Really?” he asked, and I nodded.
“Lead us to it,” said the man named Jeh. “First the healing spot; I would like to heal my injuries first,” I said, and the man let out a laugh.
“It is not a healing spot, human, but a death spot. Over 90% of people go there, die a horrible death, and even those who survive find themselves in greater trouble than they had been before,” he said.
“It didn’t matter; I want to try it,” I said.
“We could exchange cordina” said the man, before stopping.
If we could just exchange the coordinates; I would have didn’t in an instant, but this place is different and we move here, through our own sense. If I give them the coordinates, they won’t be able to follow it.
“Let us go to the magenta spot before we will go to the healing spot with you,” said the woman.
“No. The healing spot first,” I said and her eyes hardened. “You know, I could force you and you won’t be able to resist,” she threatened.
I smiled upon hearing that and turned to her.
“Try me,” I dared, looking directly into her changing eyes, which are feeling familiar for some reason.
“All rights. Enough threatening each other,” Ragas said. “We will move to the place which is closer to her,” he said and looked at me, and after some hesitation, I nodded and so has the woman.
“Mike, how close is the magenta spot?” he asked as he turned to me. “If we moved fast enough, we will be able to reach there within five hours,” I replied, and their expressions changed.
“Then we will move to the healing spot,” said Ragas and turned to the two.
“He will die there and then who will take us to our destination?” asked the man.
“He will not die; he had survived the damn brown water during the storm in the wall. He will survive that place too,” Ragas said, looking at the man intensely.
Seeing him taking responsibility. I couldn’t help but feel grateful to him. I will take him to his destination after I finished with the healing.
“Let’s move then,” said the woman, and I followed her lead along with others.
Our speed is faster, faster than I had traveled here. Usually, I do not travel this fast here, but I am not worried.
I am now in the company of powerful people; they should be able to deal with all the dangers we would come across.
“How many spawns did you see here?” asked Ragas. “Many,” I replied, before describing the Grimms to them.
I could have just thrown the crystal at them, but that would have revealed many of my abilities, and I don’t want to do that.
An hour passed, and we crossed quite a lot of distance. More than I thought we would. It is great to have people around when traveling in such a dangerous place; it makes things a little easier.
Hun!
We were moving when we suddenly stopped, and immediately the thick mist of Ragas covered us.
I saw nothing, which is not surprising, seeing I had stopped adding the forbidden energy to my soul sense. If I had expanded my range, I would see what made us stop.
I am not interested unless it is something that attacked us; I am more than satisfied to hide my abilities.
One and a half minutes later, we resumed our journey again.
“Who was that?” I asked. “A group of spawns,” he said and described them to them.
Another hour passed, and we kept moving. Thankfully, we didn’t come across any Grimms. I wouldn’t want to fight with them before I had healed completely.
“We have reached the healing spot,” declared Leela, and I am not surprised. Two minutes ago, my clones had sensed the energies. Even without them, I would have reached it here.
A couple of seconds passed, and I saw the thing. Seeing it, I froze on my spot and all the hair on my body stood up.
In front of me is a waxy blueish-green wall, and it seemed to be melting constantly.
“This is something,” said the man. I could feel a faint tremor in his voice, which it was trying to hide.
“We should find an entrance,” said the woman. “Doesn’t it use the batch?” I asked, and they seemed surprised for a moment.
“The other four places are locked, this one is not,” replied the man and looking at me with a smile. It is not a nice smile.
It took a little more than five minutes before we saw the entrance before we walked toward it. As we reached the entrance, we had stopped, or rather they stopped and turned to me.
“This is furthest we could come,” said the woman and Ragas nodded.
“Mike, this is a healing place, but it is also called a place of extreme mutation.
“After the harvesting of healing medicine; something messy happened, which turned it into this,”
“The moment you touch the water inside or even step inside that place. You will feel the powerful energies, but also equally powerful mutation factor, that messed most people who entered inside it.”
“We have been warned to not enter this place unless we see no other choice,” said Ragas.
“Thank you,” I said, and he just smiled.
I clapped him on his shoulder and turned toward the healing place.
Which had raised my hair the moment I saw it. It is an extremely dangerous place, and I shouldn’t go there, but it is the only place that could heal my injuries.
I could feel the power, strong enough to heal my injuries, and it wouldn’t take it long time to do it either.
