3266 Autonomy To Blink
Step!
I stepped onto the other side in vibrant grass and sunshine, which is not crystalline and extremely hot outside.
It felt pleasant.
I looked around and found myself in a garden. It is not big, but it is not small either. Around the garden, verdant hills and many such gardens, and I could see many beautiful buildings on the top.
It looked quite beautiful, and I wish I could have gotten more time before I got interrupted.
Three Grimms were sitting in a pool, not far away.
They sensed me immediately and now coming toward me with a smile on their faces.
“I was just feeling hungry, and this human had delivered itself,” said Red Scale Apeman in the middle. “I am hungry too and you will be quite delicious, little Apeman,” I replied.
Immediately, a frown appeared on their faces for a moment, before they eased away.
“You have quite a tongue; I would like too if you could still speak so sharply when I pull it out,” said the Black Horned Bullman on the right.
“Rek, I had called dips on tongue; don’t forget that,” said Werewolf on the left to the Bullman.
“We will talk about it when we finish with this human,” said Bullman, clearly intending to fight for the tongue.
It is a little surprising, I never thought; the tongue will be a delicacy to the Grimms here. To the Grimms of my world, the tongue was their least favorite part.
“Well, it is quite interesting to hear, you all argue about who will eat which part of mine, but I am in a kind of hurry,”
“So, can we start?” I asked them, and all three of them grinned.
“Since you want to die quickly, who are we to deny it,” said Apeman, and in the center and moved toward me with the other two. They did not from the front, only Apeman did, while Bullman moved to my left and right.
They want to corner me from all directions. So, I wouldn’t leave. I have no intention of leaving before I kill them.
Especially, the Red Scale Apeman. It had a delicious bloodline.
‘Kill anyone who disturbs,’ I said to Nero. ‘Ok, father,’ said Nero and jumped away from my shoulder. They looked at him, but did not follow; all of them are focused on me.
“Die, human!” Said Apeman and swung its fiery great sword at me, in a powerful attack.
This Apeman is no weakling, but I am also not someone who would be defeated by such an attack.
Burst 50%
I activated the burst at 50% and swung my sword. It is a simple swing, with my sword covered in energy.
Clang!
Our weapons clashed, and a surprise appeared on its face as it so much has not shaken.
I grinned at his surprise, before avoiding the attacks of the two Grimms and appeared to behind the Apeman and attack it.

It defended, and I disappeared once again to dodge the attacks from the two Grimms, but Apeman followed.
“Don’t hold back. This bastard is strong,” said the Apeman, and a powerful spread out of its body, and immediately his speed increased and appeared in front of me and attacked.
Burst 75%
I activated increased the burst to 75% and moved my sword to defend against the attack.
Clang!
Our weapons clashed, and I disappeared to dodge the attack and it once against followed me.
Its eyes turned serious, and it did not want to leave me alone even for a second. It had realized that the other two are no match for me and thus did want to give me a chance to kill them.
Unfortunately, it did not. These two are not the target. It is my target. If I wish to, I could kill them, but that will not serve the purpose.
The purpose is to know the Apeman; I am not fully confident in killing it single attack if I used my full strength. I have to know it a little well before I do that.
In this place, I do not have the luxury to fight for long.
While I could see the garden’s formation is taking all the energy, even grass is not being harmed. Most would hear our battle or even sense it, but they could still see it.
One had done and was now coming toward us fast.
I smiled internally, seeing that, because someone is waiting for him. Someone who is far more dangerous than me.
A few seconds later, it appeared, before it could move any further toward the battle. A mouth had opened behind it and swallowed it whole; the Grimm had sensed it till the last moment.
The mouth turned normal, and Nero once again begin looking at Grimms, who might come disturb our battle.
Clang Clang Clang
I only glance at Nero before focusing back on the Apeman. It is not an easy enemy, and I will regret it if I dare to get too distracted while fighting against it.
“I want to see how long you could run, human,” said the Apeman as it increased its power and launched an attack.
I increased the burst to 80% and responded.
It is a good enemy and I wish I was not in a rush. I would have fought with it for a long time, till I am satisfied before killing it.
Now, I will be doing that, after I finished studying it. It won’t take that long, especially when my clones are helping me.
It is a light study, not a detailed one I needed against powerful enemies. I only need to know a few things and they will take a minute at most or even less.
A few more seconds passed, and I continued fighting. Attacking it, studying it, how it will react to my move. I have to say; it is one of the good ones, I had fought here.
If I had fought against it on the first day. I would have needed to run away from it after a single attack and hope to survive by some miracle.
It is not the first day, and I am a lot stronger.
Twenty more seconds passed, and I finally understood. What I needed to do about it.
Burst 100%
As I got what I want, I acted immediately and activated the burst 100% to be more careful and moved toward it.
It seemed to have sensed my intention as the powerful aura burst out of its body. Its whole power, even the bloodline phantom, only flashed for a moment, before it disappeared.
“Die!” it roared as it moved its great sword at me, and I smiled as I moved toward it.
I appeared beside its enormous sword and moved around it. Which is quite easy, given the difference in our strengths.
It looked at me in horror, wanting to stop me, but already too late.
Puch!
A soft sound rang out as my sword pierced through its chest. It tried to struggle, even at this stage, but soon found out its body had been frozen.
It didn’t even have the autonomy to blink anymore.
