Evie faced Regard. “Yes. And my answer is no . . . You can’t have Meriyaah’s items.”

Ren and Evie expected that Regard would be angry and that the [ENGAGE] button would immediately prompt. But contrary to their expectations, Regard looked calmer than before as he let out a sigh.
Regard briefly closed his eyes and took a deep breath. “Is that so? A shame . . .”
He then muttered to himself, “I really hoped that it wouldn’t come to this . . .”
Ren and Evie didn’t catch what he said last, and it was too late to decipher what those words were when his head rose high, and his pupils turned to slit.
“I guess I have no choice but to force you, then.”

Regard is a man with enormous pride and confidence in himself. Equipped with skills and spells to back his ego, he brought hell upon territories and the non-ending torment of illusions upon his enemies.
However, faced with Meriyaah’s might and mesmerizing music, he found himself as second best. Refusal to accept that he was bested by Meriyaah led him to continuously challenging the Enchantress, who continuously defeated him every time.
However, his conquest to become the greatest Enchanter came to a halt with Meriyaah’s passing. Forever stuck as second best, he will do anything to correct the wrong and acquire the title of number one Enchanter in all of ARCADIA — once and for all.

His HP regeneration is dependent on the amount of Djinn he has. 1 Djinn = 1%

–– An AoE attack. Regard can create a new world according to his desire. All creatures trapped in this world must successfully find their way out before the time runs out, or they will be trapped in the Maze forever.

❸ Flute of Domination MAX
–– Casting this spell will release a horrible melody that only its targets can hear.
–– An AoE spell that causes hallucination to its target. Every creature targeted will get one of the following status effects: stunned, sleep, or crazed.

–– Cooldown 5 minutes
❹ Song of Madness MAX
–– An AoE spell that causes its target to turn crazed or mad. Every creature affected suffers fear and turns to each other for one minute.

–– Regard’s greatest ace.
–– Regard can summon up to five Djinns to aid him in battle.

Description:
“The guardian of Lone Valley.”
Originally a Djinn, Sebastian became the protector of the natural world and guardian of the meek.
Blessed by the goddess of nature and eager to help, Sebastian’s main purpose in life is to protect the environment and prevent any catastrophic occurrence that may harm the world.
He is often seen around the valley, guarding Meriyaah’s item. His gentle nature made him a popular figure among the creatures nearby, who are always happy but also scared to see him.
However, there is one thing that Sebastian could not stand . . . the presence of evil beings. The sight of them fills him with rage, and he will do anything to stop their spread.
Currently, he has become Regard’s Djinn due to a strange item that bound him to the man.

–– Sebastian conjures a cloud of sickening spores and fungi that grow rapidly on his enemies’ bodies from the inside and out.

–– Cost –1 000 MP
❹ Celestial Wind MAX
–– As if the spell opens a portal to heaven itself, the battle is awash in celestial winds that bring comfort and healing.
–– An AoE spell that heals 50% of its target’s HP.

❺ Heavenly Gate MAX
–– A scent of rain fills the battlefield before a pearlescent gate made of divine force descends before you. A beacon of hope shoots through the gates and restores the health of your allies, and allows wounds to be undone.
–– An AoE spell that restores 10% HP and cleanses all status effects.
–– Cooldown 2 minutes
–– Cost – 5 000 MP
❻ Angelic Feathers MAX
–– Sebastian’s ace.
–– Gentle light falls on his target as silvery angelic feathers fall around them. A once-dead soul can be brought back to life as the feather brush against them and disappear.
–– An AoE spell that gives the fallen a new life with 50% HP.
–– can only be cast 1x a day
–– Cost –100 000 MP

“. . . Are you sure that we’ll be able to defeat them?” Evie wasn’t sure anymore, even if Pii was to aid them. It was okay if it was just Regard, but with Sebastian supporting him, wasn’t that overkill?
“And why can’t we still see his stats?” Evie questioned.
“It’s because he’s unkillable,” Ren simply said.
“Then . . . what are we going to do to win?”
“. . .” Ren looked at her and flashed a lazy grin. “I think we just have to scare him away.”
“Huh? What’s that supposed to mean?”
“You’ll know.” Ren then stared at their opponents. It seemed like the system was letting them have the first initiative to attack before Regard and Sebastian retaliated with their own, giving them time to plan their strategy.
How considerate. Ren thought.
“This will be a tricky fight,” Ren muttered.
Sebastian’s [Angelic Feathers] was a troublesome skill to deal with, and the centaur was the only one Ren knew that could cast revive on multiple players. Not to mention the other party’s healing abilities.
Regard already had annoying supportive spells that could defeat an entire army alone, and summoning his Djinnis to fight for him while he supported them from the back only made things harder for them. No doubt that this would be a nightmarish fight.
At this point, Regard was a one-man army. No less from the greatest Enchanter alive today.
