What else could Bobby use to show off? Well, it’s all about the games.
"Hey, I’m back, ladies."
Speak of the devil, and he shall appear. Olivia Lewis had just said the words when Bobby came back from school. Along with him were Gigi and Joanne Harrison. Joanne is now in charge of taking care of Gigi. She’s attentive and gentle, and Gigi really likes her.
"Mummy, I’m back, and I brought Brubby home."
Gigi, chubby and adorable, rushed over. The almost three-year-old was much better at speaking now, though she still called ’Brubby’ instead of ’Brother.’
Enna Clark opened her arms to catch her, preventing her from falling over from the rush.
Gigi snuggled into her arms and immediately looked up, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "Mummy, there was a pretty Sister leaving a note for Brubby. Brubby was mean and made her cry."
"Giselle Lawrence, are you trying to lose your candy privileges?" Bobby’s cold and threatening voice came from behind.
The little gossip enthusiast, who was excitedly sharing secrets with her mummy, immediately shrank back and buried her head in Enna’s arms for protection. "Mummy, Brubby is being mean to me."
Enna looked up with a disapproving glance at the young man who was clearly unhappy. "Bobby, don’t bully your sister."
"I’m not bullying her. She’s being silly. She gossips about me right in front of me as if I can’t hear it?" At least wait till he’s in his room if she’s going to gossip.
Definitely a little silly.
Bobby then noticed Olivia Lewis and his eyes lit up. "Auntie Olivia, you’re here."
Olivia and Bobby had a great relationship since he was a child, more like friends than with any sense of hierarchy. The minute Bobby greeted her, Olivia cheerfully raised her hand. "I’m here to play games with you. Master, please guide me~"
"There’s a new game out lately. I’ve just started playing it myself, so why don’t I teach you, Auntie Olivia?"
"What game?" Olivia had been a bit bored lately. She was getting tired of her old games, and she was curious when she heard this.
Bobby, with his hands in his pockets, at such a young age already showed signs of being handsome and charming in the future, much like a certain someone’s long narrow, and bright eyes, but without Baron Lawrence’s aura. "A sniping game."
"Uh... a shooting game." Olivia wasn’t too interested.
As a girl, she preferred games that were less violent.
Bobby seemed to read her mind and added, "It’s not just a sniping game. It has a bit of a PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds feel to it. It’s a lot of fun. You should give it a try, Auntie Olivia. If you don’t like it, we can always switch back to the old game. I just want Auntie Olivia to try something new. Lots of people are playing it now."
Olivia was eventually persuaded. She pinched little Gigi’s plump cheeks and followed Bobby into his room to play games...
Once they started playing, they got so lost in the fun that they didn’t come out until dinner. After a quick meal, the previously uninterested Olivia was now bursting with excitement and dragged Bobby back in to continue playing.
The computers in Bobby’s room were all assembled by him from parts he bought online. Enna had tried them once before; the internet speed was amazing and super smooth.
Olivia probably found them easy to use too. You could hear her excited voice from the living room now and then.
"Oh no, I’ve been shot again!"
"Bobby darling, hurry up, there’s a car at 45° ahead."
"Do you have a 64x scope? I’ll give it to you."
