Hermes’ eyes reddened fervently. “You’re right!”
He flipped open a mysterious book and murmured an obscure incantation. Golden waves rippled from the book and resonated with the starlight from the sky and the blood formation on the ground.
Zu An sensed a hint of divinity emerging in the vicinity. Is the Deity of Love and Beauty really going to descend? Isn’t she dead?
Yu Yanluo was alarmed. She quietly took a step back while channeling her ability, but her expression suddenly stiffened. To her shock, she had lost control over her body.

With a wave of his hand, Zu An shattered the frozen space around Yu Yanluo.
As soon as she regained her ability to move, she embraced him and said, “Ah Zu, what are you doing here?”
“This is fate’s decree.” Zu An tenderly stroked her smooth hair.
“Ah Zu~” Yu Yanluo was so moved that tears glistened in her eyes.

A coy laughter echoed. Lilith blocked Zu An’s path and smiled at him. “I won’t let you foil my Second Brother’s plan.”

To his shock, he was suddenly transported into a space shrouded in a pink mist. A fragrance lingered in the air. Fairies and demonesses flew across the air as they assessed the dashing man beneath while laughing coyly.

Lilith spurted blood and collapsed to the ground. Shock flickered across her face. “Impossible! How did you find me?”
