Chapter 4566: Ginnungagap! II
Chapter 4566: Ginnungagap! II
Khor did not seem to be finished with her systematic dismantling!
Her mouth remained open as she spoke once more with same terrifying authority.
"I hunger for the very flow of time in this region," she declared with voice carrying finality.
The fundamental concept of temporal progression itself in this collapsed region became devoured by her existence. Time stopped flowing entirely, creating a frozen moment that extended infinitely.
For those experiencing this effect, it manifested as complete cessation of change. Thoughts that should have progressed became stuck in single instants. Energy that should have moved became locked in static positions. Even the natural decay of particles halted completely.
In this unprecedented and terrifying situation, Khor did not pause or hesitate!
Once more she opened her mouth to take another conceptual bite as she spoke with same devastating simplicity.
"I hunger for the very concept of perception in these surroundings," she said with cold precision. "Let us turn the lights off completely."
In the next instant, immense darkness settled over everything like a suffocating blanket. Every entity present, regardless of their power level, could only barely perceive anything within a few inches immediately around their own position.
Even THE level perception was suppressed to nearly nothing.
And yet this terrifying being showed no signs of stopping her systematic dismantling of fundamental concepts.
She opened her mouth once again to take another bite while speaking with philosophical depth!
"In existence, nothing is truly at rest and everything is constantly in motion at some level," she said with voice carrying ancient understanding. "I used perceive existence as countless malleable waves and strings vibrating at different frequencies. All matter, all energy, all Mana, everything possesses its own unique vibrational signature."
Her eyes gleamed in the darkness.
"I hunger for these very vibrations of existence itself. Let me have them. Let me feel them. Let me consume them."
BOOM!
Shockingly, in the immense darkness she had imposed, she began sensing the unique vibrational signatures of all the entities present with perfect clarity. Each one’s distinct frequency became visible to her perception like beacons in the void.
And her own vibrational signature disappeared completely from detection as if she had ceased to exist entirely.
No False THE entities could sense her. No Pre-THE beings could detect her presence. Well, unless they were genuinely exceptional enough to perceive beyond normal limitations!
HUUM!
But she felt a slight strain on her existence from maintaining all these conceptual devourings simultaneously. She stopped her terrifying actions for now and consolidated her position.
She turned her head toward the direction where the Avatars from THE Loom and Schrodinger were positioned based on their vibrations.
The weapons of THE Living Paradox who had mutilated countless Inevitabilities stood gathered there.
She smiled with utterly deadly light as she observed how they were desperately trying to acclimate to the region of her terrifying making. She breathed in deeply with satisfaction and took a single step.
She appeared instantly right above a False THE Avatar who was not even able to perceive or sense her presence despite their frantic attempts. They pulsed with their Civilizational Authority trying to protect their existence from unknown threats.
Khor floated mere inches away above this entity’s head as she opened her mouth and took a deliberate bite.
Instantly, half the body of the False THE was systematically eaten and consumed. The other half remained suspended, showing radiant teeth marks where her conceptual bite had severed their existence.
Khor licked her lips with visible satisfaction as the consumed essence integrated into her being.
Her eyes shone with terrifically intense red light of Hunger made manifest as she spoke with quiet confidence.
"Truly, do not worry about circumstances here, Outsider," she said with voice carrying across the suppressed space. "You have given me more than what I needed to reclaim myself. Let me show these people a genuine glimpse of why THE Living Paradox had to hunt me down personally to eliminate the threat I represented."
She said such words openly and clearly, but nobody within inches of her position could hear her voice. The concept of sound had been suppressed along with everything else.
And none of the other Avatars even knew that one of their number had already been half-eaten by an invisible predator.
They could not perceive her. They could not see her. They could not hear her.
Among the few entities on this entire battlefield who could accomplish any of these suppressed sensory functions...
The terrifying figure of Damian stood looking directly at Khor’s exact position with eyes shining with genuine surprise mixed with appreciation. A terrifically concentrated light of a Principle exceeding Singularity-level classification was shining in his eyes, granting him perception that transcended her suppression.
He could see her perfectly.
And his smile widened with dark amusement and wonder!

In The Infinite Unfurling, within a domain that predated conventional existence itself, a fundamental question arose.
To be or not to be.
This was currently not the philosophical question occupying Noah’s mind as he was doing everything within his power simply to remain alive.
The moment he crossed into the obsidian river passageway of THE Unstable Infinite Unfurling Ginnungagap, he felt an irresistible pulling force as if he was being dragged into a place from which one could never leave.
All normal perception and sound faded completely as the furious roars of THE Maelstrom Thundermane disappeared into absolute silence. All Noah had remaining was the constant and immense feeling of existential danger pressing against his consciousness.
He had to focus entirely on following the rapid twists and turns of a violently winding current of obsidian light. This sludge-like flow was the only visible sign of stability in an environment of chaos.
His surroundings were filled with murky THE Civilizational Authorities that shifted and mutated constantly. These unstable energies would systematically unravel Pre-THE Existence with terrifying rapidity upon contact.
Noah steered himself through this nightmare like a small boat navigating grand rapids of churning water. The obsidian current twisted left, then sharply right, then spiraled downward in a dizzying corkscrew that defied spatial logic!
