Chapter 3954: My Foundation is Complete! III
Chapter 3954: My Foundation is Complete! III
But it was in the Fold Seeds section that Noah encountered something that made his eyes pulse.
A single seed floated in isolation at the center of the display, its surface so dark it seemed to absorb light itself.
Fold Seed: Genesis of Unbound Existence
Effect: Grants understanding of the Lost Forgotten Principle of Unbound Existence once matured inside a designated Early Fold Plot. Low chance of finding this herb in the Living Doorways of the Loom.
Exchange Requirements: 50,000 Drops of Early Creature Blood, OR Complete dissolution and absorption of 75% of a Blooming Shore with all its accumulated treasures and Lifeforms.
Oh!
Noahβs expression grew increasingly grim as he absorbed the details of these miraculous resources!
A pattern was emerging that filled him with both wonder and deep concern- many of the herbs and produce listed in the marketplace could potentially be found in the Living Doorways of the Loom, those treacherous passages that led toward the ultimate prize of existence.
His instincts told him with absolute certainty that he should not exchange his blood.
There were too many unknowns, too many potential consequences that could reshape the very foundations of his existence in ways he could not predict or control.
"What item on here will take Auric Vitae Grasses as a resource for exchange?" he asked aloud, his voice carrying the weight of careful calculation.
A golden light flashed across the screen in response to his query, and new information materialized before his eyes like a gift offered by existence itself.
Early Sacred Herb: Foundation Strengthening Root
Effect: Consumption grants 1,000,000 Complexity Quotient and 1,000,000 Purity Quotient enhancement with no diminishing returns. Can be consumed 100 times with consistent effects.
Exchange Requirements: 100 shoots of Auric Vitae Grass per specimen. Quality grades affect exchange ratios- Superior grade reduces requirement to 75 shoots, Pristine grade reduces requirement to 50 shoots.
Note: This represents one of the most fundamental cultivation aids used by Early Creatures to establish proper foundation. Regular consumption during advancement phases ensures optimal development.
...!
Noah felt a smile spread across his features as understanding crystallized into decision.
This was an exchange he could make, a transaction that aligned with both his current resources and his long-term goals for advancement!
"Buy," he declared with calm authority.
A brilliant light flashed across the screen as the transaction completed itself, and Noah felt the subtle shift in reality that marked the successful acquisition of resources that could accelerate his progression beyond normal limitations.
A multicolored root appeared in his hands, its mere existence buzzing with age and power as he analyzed it!
Not just for purposes of eating...but also whether it could he replanted in his own Early Veiled Shore!
But as the light gradually faded and the marketplace returned to its previous state, Noah came to two conclusions that would reshape his approach to the challenges that lay ahead.
First, his blood was unfathomably precious and desperately wanted by forces he did not yet understand.
The sheer scale of the exchange rates demanded for his essence spoke to value that transcended normal principles, suggesting that Early Creature blood represented something far more significant than mere biological fluid.
Second, and perhaps more importantly, the Living Doorways of the Loom contained treasures that could elevate any being to heights of power previously considered impossible.
It was why Living Existences were so fervant about it!
If he was to achieve the progression required for his Exclusive Realms, if he was to become what he truly wanted to be, he would need to seriously delve into those treacherous passages alongside the usage of his Early Veiled Shore, especially if he did not want to pay with his Blood.
The path forward was clear, even if the destination remained shrouded in uncertainty.
The Doorways of the Loom beckoned with promises of advancement that could not be ignored, no matter how dangerous the journey might prove to be!
Standing upon his Blooming Shore, surrounded by wonders that defied imagination, Noah began planning for the trials that would define his Existence as on this day, with a completed foundation, he began his first steps in his own...Early Throne Ascendancy Realm!
β
In the infinite weavings of existence, there existed a fundamental divide that touched every conscious being across all the weavings of reality.
It was a distinction so basic, so elemental, that it formed the very foundation upon which all understanding of life and death was built.
There were those who were Living, and those who were Dead.
Simple.
Straightforward.
Undeniable!
This truth echoed through every Fold, every Wheel of Existence, every domain where consciousness dared to take root.
Fold Dwellers across the vast expanse of existence found themselves categorized by this simple yet profound distinction...they drew breath and thought and dreamed, or they had surrendered these gifts to the endless silence that claimed all things in time.
Yet existence, in its infinite complexity, refused to be bound by such simple categories!
For when beings exceeded a certain level of power, when their accumulated authority transcended the normal limitations that governed them, even Dead Things became something greater.
They shed the chains of death like discarded clothing, ascending to heights where the very concepts of life and death became meaningless distinctions.
Amongst the ten Foldless Ones, the ten types of Living Existences who commanded the fundamental forces that shaped Existences itself...there was not a single entity that could be considered truly Dead.
Even those who had once known the embrace of death transcended such limitations when they achieved the heights of Living Existence, their existence elevated beyond the reach of deathβs final claim.
This observation led to a question for those who dared to contemplate the deepest mysteries of existence- Where, in all the vast expanse of Existence, were the Dead?
Where, across the infinite Folds that contained countless civilizations and uncounted souls, were those who remained truly, indubitably, unperceivably dead?
Was everything Living after surpassing Originus Venerant? After becoming a Living Existence?
It was a question that very few dared to ask, for the implications of its answer touched upon truths too vast and terrible for most minds to bear!
And even fewer possessed the knowledge necessary to provide an answer that would satisfy the scope of such an inquiry.
For the dead did not simply cease to exist...they went somewhere!
They found their way to domains that existed beyond the reach of Living Existences, domains where different rules governed the nature of consciousness and purpose!
