I Might Be A Fake Cultivator

Chapter 1158 - Dragon Slaying Battle

Chapter 1158: Dragon Slaying Battle

Among the evil dragons present, a little boy with yellow eyes tugged on his mother’s sleeve.

“Mommy, why is daddy going to battle? Can’t Spirit Nurturing Stage cultivators choose not to battle?”

The woman caressed the little boy’s head before offering gentle, comforting words, “Your father is fighting for our future. Don’t worry, your father will work with others to create a special spell formation, and he’ll be able to battle even Soul Formation Stage dragons from other tribes…”

Just as they were speaking, one team of Dragon Tribe powerful beings after another began to rise into the sky and fly into the distance.

Over two thousand powerful evil dragons among the thirty thousand gathered here rose into the sky, creating an extremely spectacular scene.

“Daddy will come back, right?” The little boy looked on nervously at the dense pack of dragons in the sky.

The woman nodded with conviction. “He will! He still has to take us to live our new life together, so he won’t abandon us.”

The leader of the evil dragons, the Ancient Dragon Empress, was standing atop the inky-black area of nothingness, looking up at the stars in the sky, patiently awaiting the final moment.

Boom!

Outside the starry night sky, another burst of terrifying power erupted.

Heaven and earth tremored violently.

The thirty thousand evil dragons gathered were staring at the starry night sky with either grave expressions on their faces or shock and horror in their eyes.

Their fear was a fear of the unknown. No one knew what existed outside of this starry night sky, not even the Ancient Dragon Empress. They only knew that this was an opportunity for them to break the wall down and enter a new world.

Boom boom boom…

The crashes became more and more violent.

All of the evil dragons looked on with bated breath.

At this moment, even the Dragon Tribe cultivators in the far distance had noticed this massive commotion.

Ao Qingyu turned toward a certain direction with a thoughtful smile on his face. “This sound and this power… Could it be that a living being from the outside is creating this commotion?”

Long Aotian was just about to fly in the opposite direction, but he suddenly doubled back. “Hahaha… That sounds like fun! There must be some worthy opponents there!”

Within an inky-black forest.

Ao Yuetang was still hiding in the shadows, continuing her career in landing the killing blow. She immediately panicked upon hearing the terrifying commotion erupting in the distance before flying in another direction.

She knew that she was completely out of her depth here.

A huge, opaque ball was skipping around on the continent.

Beside it was a miniature flaming dragon licking an evil dragon bone.

“Apollo, that place looks quite interesting,” the round ball said.

Upon hearing this, the miniature flaming dragon swallowed the bone before looking into the distance with a vexed expression. “Please don’t go there. We’ve already lost two Dragon Gods and cannot afford any more losses. Hades, I think we should think about how we’re going to answer to the wrath of the empress!”

The black ball bounced around and did not say anything. Its attention was entirely focused on the starry night sky in the distance.

A short while later, another extremely violent boom erupted in the distance.

Immediately following that was the sound of heaven and earth shattering!

It wasn’t the sound of a certain object shattering, but instead, it was the sound of something intangible shattering.

The starry night sky in the center of the ninety-nine mountains began to twist and collapse.

“Hahaha… I’m finally back! I’ve finally returned to this world!” An inky-black set of claws tore through the heavens as a vast, terrifying aura swept into this world.

A pair of golden eyes peeked into the continent from the rift in the sky.

The thirty thousand evil dragons gathered all began to tremble uncontrollably in the face of that terrifying aura.

However, the Ancient Dragon Empress remained as composed as ever, and she looked directly into those golden eyes as she spoke in a voice filled with prestige and majesty, “You’re weaker than I imagined. You think this is the day on which you will return home, but this is actually the day when you will be destroyed…”

She splayed her hands open, and a double-headed spear shimmering with the light of countless stars appeared before her.

The spear seemed to be crafted entirely from stars, and the space around it twisted upon its emergence, as if it were threatening to pierce through the two worlds!

The pair of eyes outside of the starry night sky contracted minutely.

When the Ancient Dragon Empress clapped her hands together, the ninety-nine mountains suddenly began to tremor, immediately following which pillars of extremely powerful light soared directly into the starry night sky above, creating a gargantuan sealing formation.

“You have returned from outside of the starry night sky and are the most powerful being in this world. Your bloodline resonates with this entire continent, and it is exactly because of this that you have the right to break the wall…”

The rift in the starry night sky continued to widen as a gargantuan black body began to appear.

“What are you rambling on about, mixed-breed scum?”

A vast, thunderous voice imbued with a boundless dragon might erupted throughout heaven and earth.

The Ancient Dragon Empress continued expressionlessly, “The Dragon Tribe that resides here is a cursed tribe. We are pitiful creatures that have been caged here. If we want to escape from this world, we must pay an even heavier price…”

“Roar!” The black dragon in the sky above blasted a plume of all-engulfing purple flames from its mouth toward the Ancient Dragon Empress with a disdainful expression on its face.

The purple flames annihilated the space around it as it descended, but the Ancient Dragon Empress did not appear to be fearful in the slightest. The pillars of light unleashed by the ninety-nine mountains brightened even further and transformed into a colorful barrier that encompassed an area several hundred kilometers in radius, protecting all of the evil dragons within.

The purple flames descended upon the barrier, and the light of annihilation erupted forth, as if a purple sun had risen into the sky.

In the face of such a terrifying breath of flames, the barrier only tremored once. Not even a single crack appeared on it!

The Ancient Dragon Empress continued her ceremonial speech, “Thankfully, another hole has appeared in the sky of the Tai Chu Continent… The Dragon Tribe trial is also the time when the wall between the two worlds is at its most vulnerable. As such, your arrival is both a coincidence, as well as an inevitability.”

She carved out a series of divine symbols in the air with her agile hands as she spoke.

“In order to open up a passageway that will allow our cursed Dragon Tribe to escape, we require a mighty pioneer. I don’t have that right. After all, I’m just a mixed-breed who doesn’t even dare to attempt to reach the Dao Integration Stage… Today, I will be using your flesh and blood to help us break this wall and escape this cursed land!”

The Ancient Dragon Empress finally finished everything she had to say.

The air before her was already covered in divine symbols, from which boundless divine light burst forth.

The divine symbols rose into the sky, instantly piercing through the black dragon’s defenses and branding itself upon its gargantuan body, upon which an indescribably terrifying sealing force erupted forth.

“Roar! What the hell is this?!”

The black dragon unleashed its power of the divine dao in an attempt to shatter the divine seal.

A faint smile appeared on the Ancient Dragon Empress’ face. “That is a dragon-slaying seal!”

She waved a hand, and the double-headed spear shimmering with the light of countless stars suddenly glowed with an incandescent light before piercing through the black dragon’s gargantuan body!

The black dragon’s bloodcurdling cries reverberated throughout heaven and earth.

The black dragon that had struck terror and a crushing sense of asphyxiation into the hearts of over thirty thousand evil dragons fell from the sky, directly into the inky-black circular hole at the center of the ninety-nine mountains!

The suffocating pressure disappeared. Serenity resumed.

“I succeeded…”

The Ancient Dragon Empress’ voice trembled slightly as she trained her crimson eyes firmly on the darkness below her feet.

Her features were filled with unbridled excitement as she awaited the final outcome.

Tens of thousands of evil dragons had already erupted into raucous cheers.

At a certain place on the Ancient Tai Chu Dragon Realm.

“An Lin, look over there! A hole has been punctured in the starry night sky!” Xu Xiaolan exclaimed.

“Don’t panic. Let’s stay here and observe. This is not the time for us to intervene.” An Lin was very calm.

After a short while.

“The… the black dragon was defeated just like that?” Xu Xiaolan muttered.

It was clearly supposed to be a BOSS character, but it had been insta-killed by its enemies!

This development was a little difficult to process.

An Lin shook his head. “Looks like it has nothing to do with us. We should get further away from here.”

Right at this moment, his storage ring suddenly began to flash.

“Hmm? Why is my Spatial Magic Box moving?” An Lin was perplexed.

This thing had been lying silently in his storage ring this entire time, so what was it doing now?

He was a little curious as he pulled out the Spatial Magic Box out of his storage ring.

Right at this moment.

Boom!

Heaven and earth tremored violently!

The Spatial Magic Box exploded!

An Lin and Xu Xiaolan were both knocked flying by the terrifying explosion.

A massive black figure appeared as the dust slowly settled.

An Lin and Xu Xiaolan’s eyes widened with incredulity.

“What the hell is that?!”
