The God of Destruction, Hei Anjing and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness, Ye Xiajie were still watching the scenes unfolding in this world. They were watching as bystanders the whole time as if watching the play that involves the world.
Hei Anjing said, "Sooner or later we have to come out. This one can barely hold back himself." He is pointing at the human marshal, Gu Ying, who is being besieged by three gods, the Ninetailed Fox Goddess, the Tiger God and the Spirit God.
However, even though they are working together, they couldn’t overwhelm this monster confined in the body of a mortal. What would have happened if he wasn’t afraid of destroying this vessel of his and fought against the three of them. Forget about them fighting they wouldn’t be able to touch him at all.
Spirit God Thorn said, "He is already this powerful as a mortal. What would happen if he was in his real body?!"
"That’s why we need to kill him here so he will not be able to see his real body," the Tiger God said.
The Ninetailed Fox Goddess said, "Move away from there. Head to the left, he is coming!"
"Dammit! Why wouldn’t you die!?" Spirit God Thorn said as he dodged the attack from the Marshal and counterattacked.
However, the human marshal is as tough as always and for some reason they couldn’t feel his qi properly as it was fading fast yet the man itself was still as powerful as before.
The ones who were watching commented through their own means said,
"These three wouldn’t last. The control of this person over his qi is superb. Also he is transforming his original qi to match this world," said Ye Xiajie. "If the other gods from the Divine realm don’t come, these three gods would be a goner."
The God of Destruction narrowed his eyes as he continued to observe the situation.
He said, "It seems he can no longer hold back. Once he finds the rest of the broken cosmos stone, he will no longer hold back."
"Should we go suppress him now?" The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness asked.
Hei Anjing smiled, "Let’s wait for a bit. I had a feeling that they might be able to do it. But... This war is taking too long. I am getting bored. I hope the fun things will come faster." There is a certain glint of mirth within his silver irises.

Under the arrival of the beings who left the ancient forest and sought protection from the borders where their tribe leaders were staying, the whole borders had changed. However, this change is a good thing and it helped the whole place to stabilize. Everyone had just recently started to get along with the new arrivees when suddenly the warning bell at the walls started ringing.
Some watchers shouted, "Beast wave is coming! The beast wave is coming!"
This warning helped people at the borders to get ready. On the walls, the two commanders and the leader of the elite team, Long Juedi, are observing the changes at the horizon of the barren lands. The usually empty dead land is once again filled with beast races lining up in formations. In front, floating before this gathering beast race members is the Evil Beast God Ouroboros and his summoner, Pei Jin.
Pei Jin unlike the madness he had shown during the first wave of the beast the last time. He is unimaginably calm this time which made even the Evil Beast God uncomfortable.
"A’Jin, what’s wrong? If you are not feeling well, we can postpone this battle," The Evil Beast God Ouroboros said.
Pei Jin didn’t answer right away and stared at the Evil Beast God Ouroboros, the only being in this world that is kind to himself. He actually had a dream last night. To call it a dream was simply too vivid, to call it a nightmare, it’s too real. He seems to have dreamt the ending of this world and the worst scene after the world ended. When that man appeared from the center of the world, Ouroboros kneeled before this man and called him lord.
Ouroboros had begged the man to allow him and himself, Pei Jin, to leave the world and to no longer get involved with the situation. The man looked so gentle like a holy angel but what came next was what made him go crazy. The man ripped off Ouroboros’ head and drank his blood. This holy figure was never gentle. It was a devil in disguise. He can still recall the warmth of Ouroboros blood in his hands, the head which was turning cold and stunned looked off the head within his embrace. He had once again lost what is most important to him.
It was only then did Pei Jin realize that he had lived hundreds of tragic lives but only in this life did he have someone to stand by his side. The only lifetime where he is no longer alone, had a companion and someone to care for himself.
Only when he lost the last person that made up his worlds, that Pei Jin understood. In this world, he is no longer alone and there is no need for revenge. His revenge was completed when the Pei Clan was destroyed by himself. As for his hatred towards Long Juedi, he only recently realized that his hatred towards this person is only due to his envy towards everything this person has. Now that he got Ouroboros in this life, he no longer envies the life of Long Juedi. But for some reason his hatred toward Long Juedi from their previous life was still brought to this world, it was as if something was controlling him to show his hatred to the world.
However, experiencing that nightmare as if whatever is controlling him had disappeared. He couldn’t help recalling the voice that spoke to him in his dream asking him.

At that time, Pei Jin didn’t hesitate to agree to this voice and the voice responded to him saying,
{Complete your mission as the villain. Once you do, I will save you both.}
Pei Jin woke up from his nightmare and his first thought was to tell Ouroboros about what he had dreamt about but every time he tried to do so, he was unable to utter a word about what his dreams were about. It was then he realized that what he had experienced in his dream was reality.
He was told to complete the mission, that’s why he had told Ouroboros to begin the next wave of beast attack on the borders. His mission would be done after two more beast waves in which he is destined to lose the fight against Long Juedi. Even though he had died in their last life, in this life, he should be able to avoid it because he had Lord Ouroboros by his side.
Back to reality...
"I am alright. Don’t worry about me. Let’s get done with this wave and prepare for the last attack," said Pei Jin.
Pei Jin had held the hands of the Evil Beast God who is his only family in this life. He smiled and assured the man that there is nothing wrong with him. But this sudden change in him was something Ouroboros would never turn a blind eye on. Even so he didn’t question him directly as the current situation doesn’t seem to fit it.
The Evil Beast God said, "Alright. Let’s begin. Don’t get too far away from me."
"Okay. I will not get ahead this time. Just let the beasts do the work," said Pei Jin.
This reaction had made the Evil Beast God even more unsure of the situation. Pei Jin’s current state is strange yet at the same time, it was something he had been dreaming all this time. To see a Pei Jin, that is no longer blinded by hatred and finally seeing him who now stood by his side.
There are a lot of things and questions Lord Ouroboros wanted to ask but he also knows that right now is not the right time.
However, he had asked Pei Jin one thing, "A’Jin. If... Just if in the future we no longer have to live in this world, are you willing to leave with me?"
Pei Jin was startled. It was this very question that had led to the death of this man. Thinking about this terrified him that he failed to control his expression. On the other hand, Lord Ouroboros thought this reaction was the answer Pei Jin had given to him which greatly saddened him at heart. Unknown to him that this fear Pei Jin is showing wasn’t because he couldn’t accept him, but instead a fear for his death.
"Don’t be sad. I didn’t say I will not go with you. But... At the current stage, I cannot promise you anything. I will explain everything to you after this beast wave," said Pei Jin.
Confused yet trusting, the Evil Beast God nods his head in agreement to Pei Jin’s request. He said, "Alright. I will wait for you."
