Chapter 1999: 24.260 Sixth Violet Star - Prophecy
Ancient Forest, the territory of the beastmen race.
Upon reaching the ancient forest, the beastmen were a bit welcoming to the women and children from the dwarf race especially upon seeing them thin from the lack of food and that hidden fear within their eyes. They knew that the dwarf race had suffered a lot recently and for that reason alone, the kind hearted beastmen didn’t make it bad for them. Though they couldn’t enter the core region of the forest, they had allowed them to stay at the inner region near the house of the guardian.
This is the location Lord Vega and his family as well as the family members of the other students from F class reside. Though there are humans in this area, the dwarfs didn’t seem to mind them as they knew that these people had most likely left their own race and sided with the beastmen due to the connections of their children. The beastmen gave the dwarfs some temporary housing tents until they built their own place. Though most of them choose to live in a tent the beastmen didn’t mind as long as these new neighbors didn’t harm any of their cubs.
After their return, Lord Vega reported to the elder beastmen about what happened. They felt sympathy towards the Dwarf king who wanted to leave with his family but didn’t do so, as he needed to fulfill his duties as a king that protects his race. Even so, he made sure to send his wife and children to safety. He is still a good husband and father.
After the elder beastmen heard that the subordinates of the princes had appeared to support them on their way back, they felt relief in their hearts. When the two princes had suddenly disappeared one day, everyone in the tribe was actually shaken. If not for the fact that their leader and the beast god said that they are alright that they would have sent every single beastmen just to find their two princes.
"Did the two lords say anything about the two princes?" An Elder beastman asked.
The former elf king shook his head and said, "Nothing. However, the two princes seem to have given the two lords a warning about the new human marshal."
"What is wrong with the human marshal? Isn’t it just recently replaced?" Another elder beastman said.
Prophet Heri said, "After the death of Marshal Long and Marshal Mu being captured as a traitor, no marshal had taken over until the last marshal was executed. The new one is Marshal Gu Ying, who is the former General of the borderlands."
"Did the lord say what is wrong with Marshal Gu Ying, darling?" Heri asked to his husband.
Lord Vega said, "They said that he might not be a human and be careful of him as he wanted to exterminate the beastmen race."
"What did you say!? Exterminate our race!" The elder beastmen exclaimed collectively as they truly cannot believe that such a human was capable of such.
"This is impossible! When the princes fought against him before, they said he was nothing much. Just a bit more powerful than the other humans."
"Why is it they are saying now that he might not be human?"
"Was he replaced?"
"But what can replace him? A demon?"
"Maybe something else connected to the evil beast god."
"Don’t tell me it’s a foreign god?"
"That is a scary thing, if that thoroughly happens."
The elder beastmen were talking to each other nonstop, voicing their thoughts about the current subject which is the new human marshal, Gu Ying.
Prophet Heri said, "If he is no longer a human but something else then... If he truly wanted to attack us, he might first focus on destroying the barrier. Should we strengthen the barrier?"
"If we do, we might completely not hear anything from beyond the walls."
"What would we do if the leader and his mate had returned?"
"They will get stuck outside and that is even more dangerous."
"Either way, we should focus on preparing for war. If that person is determined to attack us we should be at least prepared to fight," The former elf king, Lord Vega said.
The elder beastmen agreed to this plan and started to make preparations for it. They started summoning the tribe captains within their race and asking them to resume regular training every day. They had also told them the possibility of the human race attacking. These warriors upon learning the possibility of them getting into a fight in the future made them excited. For their race, fighting is the strongest outlet for them to show off and let off some steam.
After this meeting the situation in the tribe had taken a big leap and everyone believes that the possibility of their race being attacked in the future is a big possibility. After all, two races had already gone into hiding. It can be said, only their race’s location had been openly exposed. If one wants to fight them they only need to find a way to destroy the barrier around the forest but to do such a thing, they need to possess the same level of strength as the strongest of their race is the one erected the barrier. The God of Destruction.
However, if someone was truly able to destroy the barrier created by the God of Destruction, this means the one who did it is not a being of this world. The only one who can contend against the power of the Cosmos Guardian can only be a guardian like him or an outsider who was capable of venturing the cosmic galaxies. Moreover, exposing yourself within this cosmos is no different than asking the owner to catch you as an intruder who entered someone’s territory without permission.
After Lord Vega went home with his mate, Prophet Heri, he told him the other part of the message from the two lords.
"Heri, there is something I must tell you. It’s a message from the two lords which I didn’t inform the elders for. There is actually another command from Prince Hei, but there is no way the elders will agree to it immediately. But I wish to tell first," said Lord Vega.
Prophet Heri was confused at first, but as he was about to ask his mate what it was all about he suddenly felt his sight swirl and he was pulled into a white place with broken glass pieces. Suddenly, a huge piece had approached him showing a scene that involves his daughter, Haerin.
The Ancient Forest was being besieged by humans and some kind of beasts that looked like they mutated as monsters surrounding the ancient forest and planning to destroy the barrier around it. It was unknown how long they had been attacking the barrier when suddenly they saw a black glint that broke through the barrier. A small hole, this single hole was all it took to leave cracks on the barrier around the forest. That was the scene of the barrier breaking.
Another scene was shown before him after the first piece had moved away. After hiding the weaker ones at the back of the forest, he and Vega had sent a few children to the borders to inform his brother and at the same time, send them away from this place which is now full of danger. With how almost all the elders are fighting against the humans and the monster, there is not enough time for them to watch over the children.
It was at that time that Lord Vega and him recalled the command from Prince Hei.

Prophet Hezi saw himself and his mate sending the children away with the youngest dwarf prince who was said to be the most talented in digging holes. Since they couldn’t come out and use the surface to leave the forest, going underground was their only choice.
After seeing the scene of the children lead by Long Juedi taking their leave, the pieces of the future before her had shattered one by one. Before he was pushed back in reality, he had seen one future that shows his nephews, a scene he will never forget in his life. Once he left the white broken world, Prophet Heri gasped in reality as if his soul had just returned in his physical body. He slowly opened his eyes, seeing a blurry sight of his mate’s face full of worry. With one hand wrapped around him and another holding his heart as if trying to feel his heartbeat. Fear mixed with worry flashed within the emerald gold eyes of Lord Vega as he stared at him.
"Vega? Are you crying?" Prophet Heri asked as he reached out a hand to wipe his beloved’s face. But for some reason he couldn’t move his whole body much less his hand.
Lord Vega’s hoarse voice lingers in his ear with hints of joy, surprise and sadness.
"You’ve woken up! You’re awake!"
