Upon completion everything will be shared between the couple, their lifespan, powers and skill. Even a resistance to all kinds of debuff including madness caused by overusing Devour ability.
Aside from wanting to get married to their beloved, this resistance skill was what the two Ancient Gods wanted to achieve. After all, with it the danger of the World Eater going crazy for the second time will never happen again. Once the ceremony had ended, a big feast was prepared in the mansion. Everyone ate together on one table with the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness feeding the God of Destruction.
But as if the God of Destruction had fallen in a state of dazzlement that Ye Xiajie couldn’t help but speak up.
"Jing’er, what’s wrong?" Ye Xiajie asked worriedly.
Hei Anjing turned his head to look at him and said, "An aura that is familiar but shouldn’t exist in this world has appeared."
Upon hearing this, the others in the area all turned serious. A familiar person for the God of Destruction to remember them is enough to say how dangerous they are. Hei Anjing shook his head and answered, "He doesn’t care about anything as long as he gets the result he wants. He can even use his own lord without hesitation when he wants to kill me."
After hearing this description, the others felt that the person mentioned is indeed something weird. How can one be powerful enough but still fail to escape? Moreover, escaping is impossible when one is captured. The God of Destruction thinking that this person had indeed suddenly appeared in this world made him uncomfortable. As this means that there would be greater danger as long as this person was involved.
The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness, Ye Xiajie, said, "We better capture him right away then!"

Just based on the growing numbers of beasts in the Barren Forest, it would be hard for the alliance to win on their own. The Ancient God of Chaos, Lord Hunluan said, "Are we going to get involved now? We should at least capture those traitors within the alliance city before they made a move and caused the downfall of the city from within."

The God of Destruction fell in his deep thoughts and said, "Right now. The danger I am feeling is not the one in the borders but something within the city instead. The ones that are in danger are those in the Ancient Forest. They seem to be being targeted by that being."
"Do we need to show ourselves now? Will Vega and the others be able to protect the forest on their own? Isn’t Roi and Reine staying in that forest? Will they be enough?" The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness asked.
Hei Anjing said, "They definitely wouldn’t be enough."
He finally looked at the two ancient gods before him and called on the two systems as well. In the end, the God of Destruction decided to leave the safety of the Ancient Forest to these four. However, they need to make this move secretly.

They could have directly teleported there but that will make others to easily read their actions. If that happens it will be hard for them to capture the ones targeting their race in this world.

Traitors who had hidden themselves well within the city had all started to come out one by one. They have started suppressing the other races living in the city exposing their identities as traitors of their own race. Chaos had fallen within the alliance city itself. The four races living in the area were affected. The one that is least affected the most is the Beastmen who had isolated their territory. The ones the most affected are the humans. Elves and the dwarfs were also affected but not as much as the human race.
With the suppression going on, almost all the humans in the city were either captured or killed. The new Marshal pretended to house the survivors and protected them, making the existence of the new marshal the hope for the human race. The humans didn’t expect that when the enemies appeared within the city, the two races, the Elven and Dwarven races would choose not to save them. Instead they were used as bait for these two races to escape the clutches of those people who had abandoned them.
The human race had lost quite a lot in this event. The other survivors didn’t know the real identity of the new marshal. They seek protection from him not even knowing that they had fallen under their schemes. What they didn’t know was that this person whom they thought was their last sanctuary would be the evilest among all the traitors of the alliance.
At the new marshal’s territory...
The survivors had gathered, under the protection of the soldiers under the marshal, the survivors from the human race had survived. But the new Marshal himself doesn’t seem to be interested in survivors and instead looks at the direction where the Ancient Forest is located. Marshal Gu Ying wanted to use the survivor to stir some hatred to the beastman race. With the Elves and Dwarfs betraying them, the human race can hardly help the marshal in this war and was even being used as a bargaining chip against those who live in the Ancient Forest.
"I wonder how long you can hide in that forest when the city outside those wooden walls had fallen in such a chaos~?
