All these influential mid-tier countries were all within the partnership application list. However, it seemed like there a few countries missing, like longtime friend Pakistan, strategic quasi-alliance Russia, and some dozens of other countries friendly to the Z nation. Why were these countries forgotten?

Actually, Chen Jin did not let them slip. These countries already requested for partnership ages ago but were all declined by Xing Hai Technologies, leaving behind quite some grudge in them. They even pressured the Z government, hoping that Xing Hai Technologies would open up for cooperative measures. But Xing Hai Technologies only wanted to recruit lapdogs! Could these countries be lapdogs? Could Xing Hai Technologies cut off data services for these Z-friendly countries whenever they wanted to?

Doing business with acquaintances was the most difficult. There better be no money affiliation between brothers… once it comes to money, there goes the friendship. For that reason, Xing Hai Technologies was not quite willing to do business with these “friendly countries.” Hence, they authorized the “Intelligent Learning Machine,””Virtual Factory,””Work Assistant,” and other core technologies (which was simplified and weakened) to the country, allowing the country to set up a company themselves that would specifically deal with those friendly countries including Pakistan, Russia, and the others. The data service could be provided with the data in the backup data center.

But for unknown reasons, the country still opted for Xing Hai Technologies’ data center. The authority to cut off data services towards those friendly countries was handed over to Xing Hai Technologies.

Out of words, the diplomats present in the hall called their respective countries. During the call, some diplomats were shaking their heads while some were nodded theirs slightly.
