Chapter 3410: Going Deep
Chapter 3410: Going Deep

Fang Heng was still observing the vortex’s form when his brow suddenly tightened.
"Be careful!"
Whoosh!
A shadow emerged from a spatial fluctuation behind Zane.
A Void Clan member swept a prism spike across Zane’s face.
"D*mn!"
Zane knew how deadly the Void Clan’s prism spike was. Letting out a strangled yell, he immediately turned into dark mist and retreated backward.
"Get back! I’ll handle this!"
Fang Heng shouted, quickly marking the Void Clan member’s position with a vampire imprint before flashing forward.
The Void Clan member did not regard the suddenly charging Fang Heng as a threat at all. Seeing Zane retreating as black mist, his attack failed, and he immediately sank back into the void, locking onto Zane’s position for a follow-up strike.
Just an outsider, nothing more.
But in the next instant, the Void Clan member’s figure suddenly stopped.
Hm?
What!
He suddenly felt a strange binding force come from every direction, forcefully tearing him out of his half-integrated state within space!
What was happening?
The Void Clan warrior was shocked. Before he could react, a fist expanded rapidly before his eyes.
He wanted to dodge.
But his body was bound in mid-air and refused to move!
"Bang!"
A dull thud sounded as Fang Heng’s fist slammed hard into the Void Clan member’s chest.
There was no added energy—only pure, extreme physical strength!
"Pff!!!"
The Void Clan member spat a mouthful of blood as his entire body was sent flying backward, carving a long trail through the starry sea before crashing into a huge levitating boulder. The boulder shattered into pieces as his body disappeared into the void.
"Fang Heng, brother, impressive!"
Zane recondensed from his black mist form and shouted in praise.
Good grief!
Fang Heng really was something else. The five great Evil Gods of the Endless Domain had tangled with the Void Clan for ages, yet none of them had ever blasted a Void Clan member out of the void with such clean efficiency.
Fang Heng shook his wrist and loosened his joints.
It was simple enough-first, he used the vampire imprint to locate his target, then, when punching, he used spatial power to disrupt the spatial structure, imitating the high-frequency vibration caused earlier by the ship’s energy blast.
Though the vibration intensity was weaker than that of the ship’s energy cannons, the instantaneous shock was enough to cause a momentary ripple in the Void Clan’s void-entry ability.
And that fleeting ripple was all he needed to land his punch!
If he wished, he could have shattered the Void Clan member with that single blow.
But he had held back.
He could confirm that the Void Clan was a communicable race—perhaps they could be reasoned with.
Fang Heng lowered his fist and looked at the calm starry sea around him. "We just arrived. We’ve no intention of becoming enemies of the Void Clan. If possible, I’d like to speak with you."
Several hidden Void Clan members exchanged quick looks in the shadows.
Fang Heng’s ability to tear open space had shocked them.
"Whoosh! Whoosh, whoosh!"
Two Void Clan figures suddenly emerged from spatial fluctuations at Fang Heng’s left and right. The prism spikes in their hands carried a strange dissolving force as they stabbed toward Fang Heng’s temples from both sides.
Their coordination was flawless; the attack angles were extremely cunning.
Fang Heng let out a cold snort in his heart. He didn’t dodge and allowed the two spikes to strike toward him.
"Whoosh!"
The spikes pierced precisely toward his temples.
Hit!
The two Void Clan members felt a burst of joy.
But the next second, the joy on their faces froze.
What?!
The scene they imagined—Fang Heng being dissolved—did not happen.
Looking closely, their prism void spikes had landed on Fang Heng’s temples but seemed blocked by something, unable even to pierce the skin!
Impossible!
The power of the void possessed a dissolving force!
There should be no physical body capable of resisting void force!
The two Void Clan members were shaken, their faces stiffening with horror.
"What? Still not stopping? Then I’ll make you stop."
Fang Heng snorted coldly and thrust two fingers toward them at extreme speed.
"Pa! Pa!!"
Two crisp snapping sounds.
The faces of the Void Clan members changed drastically!
His attack speed was unbelievable—they couldn’t even see how Fang Heng had moved!
They only heard two sharp snaps near their ears, and then the prism spikes in their hands began to crack with "ka-ka-ka" sounds as fine cracks spread across the surfaces.
How was this possible!?
He had attacked the prism spikes!?
"Bang! Bang!!!"
Before they could react further, the spikes shattered in their hands.
Several Void Clan members, still hiding within the void and preparing to attack, turned pale as if they had seen a ghost.
The prism void spikes had been shattered with a single strike!?
Impossible!
How had he done it?
Fang Heng said coldly, "What? Surprised?"
The pupils of the two Void Clan members contracted. Then a sharp pain shot through their lower abdomen as a powerful force sent them flying into the distant starry sea.
"Outsider."
A hollow voice came from behind Fang Heng.
He turned toward the direction of the voice.
As it echoed, faint ripples spread across the star-sea space behind him.
From the expanding spatial waves walked out several dozen Void Clan members.
Leading them was a hunched elder holding a cane—no, a longer prism spike.
Its tip was embedded with a purple gemstone, unlike ordinary prism spikes.
"You did well," the elder said.
Void Clan’s Elder Brutus, his eye sockets deep and his murky eyes fixed on Fang Heng, spoke with a hint of admiration, "After so many years, you are the second person I’ve seen who could shatter a void prism."
"Is that so? Is it difficult?"
Fang Heng raised his right hand. A faint darkness flickered between his fingers.
Compared to Fang Heng’s enhanced attributes and melee strength, the Void Clan’s close-combat ability was far inferior. They had completely failed to notice that none of their earlier prism attacks had actually touched Fang Heng at all.
Every strike was blocked beforehand by a thin layer of highly concentrated spatial power covering the impact points.
And when Fang Heng shattered the prism spikes, he hadn’t done it with his fingers alone—he had used compressed spatial power gathered at his fingertips.
He had long realized that among all energy bodies he currently controlled, only spatial energy could affect Origin Power.
"You are very arrogant, young man."
Brutus slowly raised the prism spike he used as a cane.
"It is a pity. You should not have come here. This is a land guarded by the Void Clan. Any invader will receive the punishment of the void."
As he spoke, the Void Clan members behind him condensed an imprint before themselves.
Origin Power quickly gathered and poured into Brutus’s body.
"Whoosh!"
A terrifying Origin Power fluctuation rapidly gathered at the purple gemstone embedded at the tip of Brutus’s prism cane.
