When Yi Chan mounted Jiang Yi’s back, she felt strange warmth. Perhaps it was because this was the first time she was coming so close to a man. She sucked in two deep breaths and placed her lips beside Jiang Yi’s ear before whispering. She had never sounded this strict before in her life. Still, Jiang Yi acted like he could not hear her. He trudged forward, not bothering about her at all.

“Jiang Yi, if you respect me at all, you would put me down. Otherwise, after today, I—Yi Chan—will not acknowledge you as my friend anymore!”

“Jiang Yi, are you deaf? Put me down! I—Yi Chan—don’t need your pity!”
