Chapter 6940: Who?
Chapter 6940: Who?
Even the primordial immortals couldn’t see anything beyond Li Qiye’s mortal state.
“A mortal.” One of them confirmed. No one beneath the primordial stage could hide their cultivation from him. Moreover, the primordial legacies made it harder to hide.
To take it one step further, let’s pretend this mortal was actually a celestial immortal in disguise. He would have still felt a clear threat despite not reading an accurate cultivation level. This was not the case here.
A mortal could be oblivious to the Breaker branch and make absurd claims. Putting that aside, no mortal could stay this calm before them, especially not when Treasure had released such bloodthirsty intent.
“Who is this?” He became frustrated.
“Which world are you from?” Treasure was ready to erupt.
The crowd understood this was more than just asking for the mortal’s background. Treasure wanted to destroy this world as retribution, perhaps more.
“Worry about how you will die first, don’t say I didn’t give you a choice.” Li Qiye smiled.
“You first, insect!” The guards lost their patience.
They had failed to uphold their responsibility after allowing these two to come into the hall. Punishment was unavoidable, so this was the time to curry favor.
“Boom!” Five overlords unleashed devastating attacks.
“Kneel, wait for the refinement later tonight.” Li Qiye uttered.
“Bam!” Their knees smashed into the ground and shattered. Blood spilled everywhere as they screamed.
Invisible laws pierced them from the mouth like spears, forcing them to maintain the kneeling pose.
“No...” They had no idea what was going on.
“What is this?” Nearby immortals became startled since they couldn’t sense any power fluctuation in the air.
Five overlords were subdued by a mortal in the blink of an eye?
“Who did this?!” They started scanning the area for another master.
Treasure himself had a bad feeling about this. He waved and ordered his junior brother to deal with this.
“I don’t believe in sorcery.” The immortal started by conjuring hundreds of dimensions, separating him from the rest of the world. In order to kill him, one must first break these temporal-spatial walls.
