“Go!” Bear Immortal spat blood onto his banner.
“Boom!” The banner instantly sent a primordial wave against the incoming flames.
“Retreat!” Immortal Devourer also spat blood on his cauldron, stopping the devouring force and focusing on defense instead. Although the golden immortal had fallen, this didn’t mean he only knew how to devour.
“Go!” Blessed pulled the others back from the array and away from Stygian.
Gu Chun’s Incinerate spanned across Stygian. Thus, escaping required exiting this world entirely. Fortunately, Bear Immortal’s banner bought them enough time to leave.
The same couldn’t be said for the fallen ones who were engulfed in the flames.
“Penta-stars!” Immortal Devourer shouted while trying to stop the fiery waves.
Some immortals screamed in pain, but Penta-stars pulled back, dispelling the flames.

Immortal Devourer and the others had an ugly expression. It was clear that if Immortal Devourer hadn’t reacted fast enough, the grand immortals would have been killed.
The five old men were grand immortals as well. However, Dark Desire gave them such a considerable advantage.
Dark Realm had more grand immortals and three golden immortals known as messengers. Of course, Immortal Emperor Gu Chun was a primordial immortal. Thus, Dark Realm could easily crush Devouring Abyss and Fallen Ten.
Therefore, putting his anger aside, Immortal Devourer and the others moved next to Penta-stars.
“I’ll settle the score later, focus on the enemies first.” Immortal Devourer said.
“We apologize for the mistake.” The five said with a smile, realizing that the ambush was a failure. They needed to kill all of them in one strike while claiming it was an accident.
“Guardian Alliance knocks on our gate, we must be as one.” Immortal Devourer said.
“Of course.” Earth Star nodded: “We will kill every single one that dares to set foot on Stygian.”
As the current leader of Stygian and Devouring Alliance, Dark Realm couldn’t back off against the foreign invaders.
“Stygian is under our jurisdiction. Back off now or risk facing our merciless wrath.” Immortal Devourer sent a message to Guardian Alliance’s immortals.
“It will be war.” The Penta-stars also made their stance clear.
