Chapter 1099 Declaring Their Partnership
Chapter 1099 Declaring Their Partnership
"Shall we go?" Su Yang ignored Wu Bing and asked Lin Xinyi, who nodded in silence.
While remaining on the ground, Wu Bing stared at Su Yang and Lin Xinyi's disappearing figure. Once they were almost completely gone, Wu Bing jumped to his feet and rushed to follow them.
"This must be an elaborate prank! There's no way he actually managed to conquer one of the Unconquerable Faries!"
Due to their beauty and reputation for rejecting everyone who approached them, Lin Xinyi and Disciple Fei were nicknamed Unconquerable Faries by the other disciples.
Sometime later, they arrived at the Pavilion of Declaration, situated on a small, remote floating island. In addition to the pavilion, the island featured a serene pond and several tall stone tablets, each engraved with thousands of names.
The stone tablets recorded every official partnership in the sect, from Outer Court disciples to Core Disciples. Not many disciples were present when they arrived, but that was to be expected. Aside from the occasional disciples who came to browse the stone tablets for entertainment, others only visited to either renounce existing partnerships or establish new ones.
However, due to the lack of crowds, Su Yang and Lin Xinyi's arrival quickly caught everyone's attention.
"Hm? Isn't that Fairy Lin from the Outer Court?"
"Oh my god! She came here with a man?! She must be here to declare their partnership!"
"Who are you kidding? She's known as the Unconquerable Fairy, who rejected even Core Disciples. There's no way she'd become partners with someone as ordinary as him!"
"How did someone like him even get into the sect?"
The disciples present were mostly Inner Court disciples, so they didn't recognize Su Yang.
"That's Xiao Yang!" However, the Outer Court disciples there immediately recognized him.
All eyes were on Su Yang and Lin Xinyi as they approached the Pavilion of Declaration. The building itself was small and simple, with just a single floor. Inside, a Sect Elder sat cultivating behind a desk at the room's center while several doors stood closed behind him.
The Sect Elder, a young man, opened his eyes when he sensed Su Yang and Lin Xinyi's presence approaching his desk.
"Are you here to declare your partnership or to break one?" he inquired.
"We're here to declare our relationship."
"Introduce yourselves."
"Xiao Yang, Outer Court disciple."
"Lin Xinyi, Outer Court disciple."
The Sect Elder then pointed at the first room to their left and said, "Go to room one."
Su Yang and Lin Xinyi didn't question it and entered the room.
However, Lin Xinyi raised her eyebrows in a puzzled manner when she saw the interior of the room.
"Why is there a bed and shower here?" she mused out loud.
"You don't know? We have to cultivate here to prove that we're really partners to prevent fake partnerships," Su Yang explained.
"Why would someone want to fake their partnership?" she questioned innocently.
"Some do it to avoid being expelled from the sect for being unable to find partners, while others do it to keep others away."
"I see… that makes sense…"
"Then shall we get started?" Su Yang suddenly started taking off his clothes.
She sighed, "If I had known we needed to cultivate here, I would've waited a few more days before coming."
Although she'd recovered from their recent cultivation session, it was only to the point where she could walk.
"Don't worry, I'll go easy."
Lin Xinyi removed her clothes and entered the bed with Su Yang a moment later.
"Mmmh! Ahhn~! Harder~!"
Although their cultivation session began tame and gentle, it didn't take long for things to intensify. As they got deeper into the mood, Lin Xinyi started begging for more, her voice filled with eagerness and desire.
In the end, they cultivated for two hours straight, somehow beating their previous session.
Afterward, Lin Xinyin was so exhausted that she couldn't even lift a finger, so Su Yang gave her a pill that sped up her recovery.
While Su Yang and Lin Xinyi were inside the room, news of their partnership spread throughout the Outer Court like wildfire.
"Did you hear? Fairy Lin ended up picking Disciple Xiao as her first partner!" "No way. You're messing with me."
"Don't believe me? You can see for yourself at the Pavilion of Declaration!"
Most didn't believe this rumor, so they traveled to the Pavilion of Declaration to see for themselves.
When Su Yang and Lin Xinyi emerged from their room two and a half hours later, they were surprised to find the area swarming with Outer Court disciples.
"Alright, you're both recognized as partners now." The Sect Elder announced after writing their names in a book.
Shortly later, their names appeared on one of the stone tablets.
"Good heavens! It's true! Fairy Lin has accepted Disciple Xiao as her partner!"
"Disciple Lin, that lucky girl! Now she can experience Disciple Xiao's godly techniques as much as she wants!"
"Noooo! Not my fairy!"
A commotion stirred with many cries of despair resounded. freewёbn૦νeɭ.com
"One of the Unconquerable Faries has finally been conquered! When and who will conquer Fairy Fei?!"
Once Su Yang and Lin Xinyi exited the building, they were warmed and surrounded by disciples.
"Why did you pick Disciple Xiao as your partner? Is it because of his techniques?"
"Disciple Xiao, I am willing to be your partner, too! Please make me your partner!"
As Lin Xinyi started feeling overwhelmed, Su Yang suddenly held her by the waist and flew away, ignoring the rowdy crowd.
The crowd tried to chase after them, but Su Yang swiftly left them behind with his superior movement technique.
"I didn't think our partnership would cause such a commotion…" Lin Xinyi sighed as they returned to the Outcast Peak.
"It'll quiet down soon," said Su Yang.
"Anyway, now that we're partners, do you want to move in to my living quarters? It'll be more convenient for our cultivation sessions."
She nodded, "But give me a few days… Too much has happened today, and I need some time to myself for now."
"Take your time." "Thank you. Then I'll see you later."
Lin Xinyi returned to her living quarters shortly after.
