Chapter 4921 Monsters Of Class Three

Chapter 4921  Monsters Of Class Three

"Father, father, let them down. You can't just focus on the two of them. Not fair."

"Ah, my bad, little buddy. Grasp my hand."

Quentin pulled on Davis's sleeve, finally causing the latter to let them down and take Quentin's hand.

Quentin possessed purple hair like his mother when her hair didn't go white. However, his hair was two-toned with a shade of gray-white in the middle. His eyes were also a deep mystical emerald similar to that of Eden, but were totally different because of the difference in their innate physiques.

Quentin couldn't stop a smile from appearing on his lips even though he tried to suppress it. He firmly held his father's hand, feeling like nothing could stop their family or even make it collapse despite the recent commotion a few days ago when they all realized that they had entered the Upper Realms.

Lydia finally heaved a sigh of relief inwardly, but they were all holding his hands or sleeves, so she also joined in to not stand out.

Davis walked with them, his expression full of joy.

'Hmm, good, good… no killing intent even when Azalea accidentally keeps putting her in a spot… seems like Mingzhi's words are true… she loves her siblings…'

He couldn't describe the relief he felt after checking her emotions with Level Three Obscure Intent of Enigmatic Heart Laws. He was also surprised to sense that she still loved him as her father. She didn't replace it with cold emotions or try to sever it, most likely seeing herself as Lydia from the bottom of her heart, a part of the Davis Family.

Perhaps if he let this matter go, she might truly be just their Lydia.

It was an easy way out, but he needed to address it in order to maintain greater security and calm the hearts of others who were already in the know.

"Little Quint, how is it going with your cultivation?"

Quentin pouted, "Father, it's too hard. Just raising a level requires me to consume ten times more resources than the others, especially since my soul cultivation is even more ridiculous because of the Chaos Soulstrand Physique."

Davis smiled, "Don't worry, son. You practice the Grand Chaos Body Art and the Grand Chaos Soul Art, which your mother and I derived from our respective cultivation manuals and incorporated into them. My understanding of Chaos Laws has improved a bit more than the last time since I became even more powerful, so we will make more corrections so you can practice without needing more resources and encountering more flaws and bottlenecks."

"Hmm!~" Quentin nodded, thankful he had his mother and father.

Otherwise, he might be stuck like big brother Arc.

Davis knew Quentin would grow truly powerful in the future.

His path wasn't smoothsailing but it wasn't overly difficult either as long as he had the right resources. The Chaos Soulstrand Physique was something they had named since they couldn't find any precedent for it. It was just a placeholder. Regardless, it was extremely strong, capable of generating chaotic wisps. The more his cultivation grew, the more chaotic wisps Quentin produced, constantly strengthening his soul and then his body to a ridiculous level.

The way he is now- he could probably defeat every one of his siblings here.

Davis wasn't surprised, but he was surprised over another matter. Quentin's emotions were still faked outwardly, mostly.

He was always calm and sharp like Eden, rarely ever shaken, but tended to put on a smile and act goofy. They had long guessed this was a side effect of his soul's physique. Although he was calm, it didn't seem like he wanted to be considered a monster, wanting to fit in badly.

Davis wanted to look after Quentin more and cure this side effect of staying painfully calm all the time. Even Eden was a target of his concern since Eden was also a victim of a side effect.

Eden was also born with an innate physique known as the Ethereal Heartstring Echo Physique.

It was a physique that was heart-attributed, not Enigmatic Heart Laws but just Heart Laws, the fusion of Sound Laws, Illusion Laws, and Charm Laws.

In other words, Eden was also blessed with a Supreme Law Physique like Quentin, but more than a blessing, it could be seen as a curse.

It made him cold as ice, as though he was detached from everything in this world. It was as though it was a curse formed from Natalya, who practiced the Forsaken Yin Lotus Cultivation Manual, that made the user detached from everything except the pursuit of cultivation through the path of Forsaken Yin Lotus.

Naturally, no one blamed Natalya for it, or he would've punished them himself.

Always detached, Eden didn't care for anything except his mother and father for the most part, so Davis knew why Eden would be extremely pissed with him. He wouldn't have gotten angry if he didn't care in the first place.

Davis worriedly wondered where Eden was, but couldn't see him in the hallways. He guessed he ran back to his mother.

Another peculiar physique was Zyren's.

It was an unknown sword-attributed physique, and they didn't name it, thinking it would limit his creativeness. However, he had already done something incredible while being a baby because he had even made his mother powerful through reverse inheritance. Tanya didn't gain the sword-attributed physique, but his bloodline had seeped into hers through fetal chimerism, allowing her to become more powerful as well as gain white hair.

And then there was Lydia, a secret reincarnator but a future Saintess of the Davis Family who possessed the Amethyst Eversoul Radiance Soul Physique, a light-life attributed physique that is even capable of battle, unlike those who were posing as a Saintess with just wood or light energy.

'Class Three is full of monsters…' Davis inwardly sighed, not knowing what kind of trouble they would bring in the future or if their elder siblings could keep them from doing any wrong.

Only Azalea seemed normal in this class, but even she possessed Emperor-Tier Burning Phoenix Bloodline and was comparable to the Second Class easily. She was also a battle lover and had the tendency to act cute in front of him, competing with Lydia from a young age to gain his attention.

Nonetheless, they went around the school and explored the estate. Quentin led the way.

"Then? What were you taught in class today?" Davis asked curiously.

"It's about reincarnation." Azalea quickly answered, "Teacher Cornelia's husband seemed to have died once. We found it... eh... quite interesting...!"

"..." Davis was speechless. However, he quickly said, "Heh, it's nothing. I died plenty of times."

"Woah! Truly?" Azalea's crimson eyes flickered with intense curiosity.

To the phoenix bloodline, she felt dying was only the start of their journey.

Lydia's lips curled, "Father, even if it's true, it's not something you should brag about."

"Who said that? I can brag about it because I'm still alive."

Davis raised his brows before he patted his chest, "I, your father, have not only revived many times because of my soul physique but am also a reincarnator."

"…"

Lydia was enjoying the scenery and the family banter when she suddenly heard it. Her heart dropped, making her body chilled to the core. The hand that grasped his sleeve nearly let go as her arm quivered. She lowered her head, barely suppressing the shock that erupted on her face.

"What's a reincarnator?" Azalea pouted, her expression curious.

Davis switched his hand from Quentin's to Lydia's, his gaze landing on her.

"Considering Mother Ellia's tendency not to keep secrets, Lydia might already know about me. You can ask her what a reincarnator is."

"Oh, Lydia, you already knew and didn't share?" Azalea shook her hands and pouted more like a pufferfish.

"..."
