Chapter 4099: Go For It!
Chapter 4099: Go For It!
Rean looked around, surprised. Was every single one of them a Peak Stage Divinity with their own Absorbed Celestial Laws? He thought that finding one’s Celestial Laws was a lot harder than that. Another thing that caught his attention was Dofrei’s lack of interest in what Hick had been doing so far. The only thing that seemed to make him angry was that his token was taken, nothing else.
*Zush!*
Roan appeared by his side, as he was also going to have the breakthrough. ’Don’t think too much about that. Focus on the task ahead, our breakthroughs.’
Rean nodded and waited for Hick’s signal.
Hick, of course, was still talking to Dofrei. "That’s a lot of kids, I have to say. You seem to never get bored with taking more and more disciples nonstop."
Dofrei faintly smiled. "You know me. I can’t disregard a talent when I see one, even if they aren’t all that bright. Talent is all that matters in this world. Why do you think I can keep even the Werdlem Family of my back in this place? I don’t have many experts under my wing, but they are all the cream of the crop! Talent is all!"
Roan narrowed his eyes, almost snorting. Dofrei’s beliefs couldn’t be further away from his own. He didn’t give a damn about talent and could make anyone shine, as long as they were willing to put in the effort.
Hick didn’t have an opinion on that. "Well, so be it. Now, where should I open the breach? Here? Also, will you be able to hide the phenomena? I brought these five friends with me, and I can guarantee that at least four of them will succeed in their breakthroughs."
Dofrei thought he heard it wrong. "You can guarantee? Ha! I’ll be surprised if the total numbers will reach four at all, and that’s including my kids. I don’t know where this confidence of yours is coming from, but it doesn’t matter. Leave it to me. Even if we get a hundred Celestial Realm Breakthroughs, I won’t let a single fluctuation leave my territory."
Dofrei took flight, his hands opening. At that moment, the twins’ group felt that interference in their Divine Senses shift. When they used it, it was as if everything was pitch black. But now, it began to clear a little, allowing them to see a few meters with their Divine Senses.
*Clap!*
Suddenly, Dofrei clapped his hands, and the environment changed again. The interference in the twins’ group’s Divine Sense returned, and it seemed several times stronger now. They couldn’t even see inside their own bodies with their Divine Senses anymore. Actually, the environment itself seemed to get darker, although it was still possible to see far away with their eyes alone.
*Roar!*
On Dofrei’s back, the image of a bear appeared, shining through his clothes, as the roar of a bear followed. What he was doing wasn’t just controlling the environment; he was also shaping its special traits. No, he was literally brute-forcing everything in his surroundings to do as he wanted.
He glanced at Hick. "It is done."
Hick smiled, not surprised at all. Then, he changed, returning to his ring shape with a black sphere at the center. "And that’s why master likes you so much."
"Hmph!" Dofrei didn’t care. "If he did, he wouldn’t have left me in the dark during all these years."
"Hahaha!" Hick arrived by Dofrei’s side. "It is not that he is treating you badly, but that we all know you are terrible at holding secrets. Everything for you must be laid bare, so he simply doesn’t tell you anything more than the necessary."
"The bear doesn’t hide!" Dofrei countered. "I smash my way through."
"Master worries about you, you know?" Hick said with a tender voice.
Dofrei narrowed his eyes, but put those thoughts behind him. "Enough with all this bullshit. I won’t be able to keep this environment in this state for more than a few hours."
Hick nodded. "A few hours, uh? Seems like you improved even more since the last time I saw you doing it. Very well, a few hours is more than enough."
He looked below. "All of you, get ready! I will now open a breach to the Celestial Plane. You obviously can’t cross it since it will reject you. However, it will be far better than any other breach caused by BH1. Use this chance to create a connection with your Celestial Laws, and the Celestial Energy will follow. I wish you all good luck."
The vial of God Blood, his own blood, appeared once again, just a few drops. Nonetheless, they still had some of his power from when he was a God Realm expert. The blood came out, its golden hue slowly turning black, entering the Black Sphere at the center.
*Rumble!*
The world began to tremble, cracks in both space and the earth appearing everywhere. Everyone felt like nothing but some ants in front of it, and that included the twins’ group. Those Peak Stage Celestials were nothing compared to what Hick was displaying.
Hick’s Ring Body began to spin faster and faster, as the Black Sphere at the center started to cause various fluctuations to come out. It looked like the same fluctuations the twins’ group saw when they helped Hick take his body back, but many, many times stronger.
Hick rose in the air, far above Dofrei. Then, inside the ring, everyone saw it. The space inside was torn apart, but the silver environment from behind the fabric of space wasn’t what you could see there. Instead, a multicolored light followed. Above all, the twins’ group felt it again, the Celestial Energy! Hick opened the breach!
Hick didn’t stop. His Ring Body began to grow larger and larger, and soon he occupied over an entire kilometer. Inside, the breach also increased to fill all the space, with Hick’s core at the center. Only then did Hick stop. "Now, no Great Void Black Hole can create a breach as wide and as clear as this one! That’s your chance, everyone! Go for it!"
