The Field Marshal had shown strong curiosity to knowing whether Corey will be able to form a divinity to be come a card demigod. Based on the interest the Field Marshal had shown in her unique situation, Corey had long understood the Field Marshal's interest in her. She was not offended by it because she knew what it took to become the disciple of the great Field Marshal. She did not have all those qualities but knowing that she was chosen because of the Field Marshal's interest in her was good enough for her.
