"Since we have nothing better to do, let's go hunt those three stinkbugs!" Xing Baizhan said as he rose.
"If only we can find them...." Thinking back at the losses of the Three Great Cults, Luori Guiyang was furious. Suddenly, he heard footsteps from the corridor ahead. They were incredibly light, but the souls of the two felt a stunning pressure ahead.
"There's no need to look! I'm coming!" said a cold voice from the dark depths. Xing Baizhan and Luori Guiyang watched as a white-haired youth with black and gold eyes emerged. His left arm was pitch black and covered in hexagonal scales, through which lightning coursed. His right arm was covered in golden, sword-shaped feathers. Beyond the cuffs of his pants, one could see dragon scales and leaves covering his legs.
While his appearance was weird, he wasn’t at all ugly. Instead, there was a mighty air about him, which was only diminished by his puny, sub-two-meter height!
"Who knew that a bug would dare to show up? Aren't you worried about being squashed?" Luori Guiyang said, smirking as he squinted.
Right as he finished speaking, Tianming disappeared from where he stood. The next moment, he appeared above Luori Guiyang's head and gave it a stomp.
"Unggh!" The forty-meter-tall giant had countless astrons in his body, but the sudden force coming from above caused them all to jolt. Tianming's leg swung down with the force of Lan Huang’s Triflair Primordial World. The three worlds rapidly rotated and let out countless explosions that deafened Luori Guiyang.
"What?!" His expression suddenly changed when he felt the stunning force that the mosquito's leg was able to unleash.
The Triflair Primordial World exploded right as the physical force of all four beasts and all their cosmoforce reached their zenith. Tianming stomped hard, completely crushing Luori Guiyang's energy and cracking open the head, scattering astral blood and flesh all around.
Luori Guiyang yowled as his legs gave in, causing him to kneel on the ground. When his knees met the ground and cracked it apart, his legs audibly snapped apart.
"Luori Guiyang, looks like you're the one getting squished by my foot!" Tianming said as he zipped to his eyes, then gave him another kick.
Luori Guiyang cried out in pain as his huge body was sent flying into the wall ten thousand meters away, caving it in and dyeing it red with blood.
Have I gone mad?! Xing Baizhan was completely flabbergasted. What kind of mosquito was that? One with super strength? How could a foundationeer that's shorter than two meters possibly rival him in terms of physical strength? His worldview was completely shattered!
"Was that enough to stupefy you?" Tianming didn't continue his assault. He normally didn't get opponents of this caliber, so it would be a waste to end it too soon before he'd had his fun.
Luori Guiyang came angrily charging back, glaring at Tianming. Beside him, a golden, flaming ninesun fienddragon appeared, its nine pairs of eyes fiercely affixed to Tianming. Xing Baizhan and Luori Guiyang exchanged glances, their eyelids twitching.
"This monster got even stronger!" How?! Why?! They had no idea! It was out of their common sense.
"You two loverboys, let me tell you something before you die," Tianming said as he landed in front of them. The two merely watched. "I was the one who controlled Xing Baifeng, Jiang Xuling, and Mo Dong to kill each other! I was the one who slayed Luori Yumo! I was the one who baited you, Luori Guiyang, to kill Xing Tiancheng, before I lured Xing Baizhan to fight Xing Yue! Every single word those foundationeers said came straight from me!"
"Bullshit! I was the one who said it!" Bai Ye said, popping out. How dare Tianming steal his credit!
"Shoo! Don't get in the way of my murderous monologue!" Tianming snapped.
It was all too interesting to keep hidden. There would be no point in just killing them. Tianming wanted them to die by his hand when they were at their most agonized state! He wasn't going to give them a mercy killing and call it a day.
As expected, Luori Guiyang and Xing Baizhan were stunned, then grew even angrier.
"Even though I have no idea how he did it, if what he said is the truth, we've been made complete fools to the seniors watching us from outside!" The thought of the spectators' gazes made Luori Guiyang almost lose it.
"That's right!" Xing Baizhan looked like he was at his breaking point. The gray fog covered him and caused his three heads and six arms to form. The face with an angry expression glared at Tianming. "If we don't kill him, we'll never be able to wipe away the humiliation!"
They thought back to Zhong Dan, Mo Shen, and the other foundationeers whose conflict had been the beginning of the fighting between the Three Great Cults. Was it a ploy all along?! It was incomprehensible. The more they thought about it, the angrier they became. Xing Baizhan, Luori Guiyang, and the ninesun fienddragon were close to losing their reason!
"That makes us look like complete retards!" the specter howled.
"Not really. It isn’t your fault that an inferior being like you couldn't see through my profound plans," Tianming said.
"We’re from the Eightpart Pantheons of the Upper Star Ruin!" Luori Guiyang proclaimed.
"All that just to end up as dead souls by my sword...." Tianming had had enough of talking. It was slaughtering time! One against two! The puny figure shot toward the two giants; Xing Baizhan was way taller than forty meters after his transformation. He looked like he had the combined mass of Luori Guiyang and the ninesun fienddragon.
"Guiyang, use your trump card!" the dragon said. They still had one left, which they’d intended to use on Xing Baizhan.
"Fine!" He retreated behind his dragon and took out a weapon as Tianming clashed with Xing Baizhan and his beast. A golden seal appeared in his hand with nine blinding, burning suns!
"An imperial-class cosmic relic, the Ninesun Imperial Seal?! Your father let you use it?!" Xing Baizhan was even more confident at the sight of it and thought himself lucky to not have fought Luori Guiyang.
"Yes! Die!" Luori Guiyang, being a beastmaster, hid behind his beast and used suppression techniques to support his dragon against Tianming. That was the style of combat favored by beastmasters in the Upper Star Ruin. But unfortunately for him, he had run into someone like Tianming, who wasn't a specter but surpassed them! With a powerful enough physical body, being small was an advantage in combat!
The ninesun fienddragon's ability, Ninesun Scorchpath, covered the entire corridor in golden flames. However, a storm of lightning bolts pierced through one of its dragon heads and appeared before Luori Guiyang. With a few blows, the Ninesun Imperial Seal had only managed to strike empty spots that Tianming had been!
"Luori Guiyang, where can you hide now?" Tianming suddenly appeared in front of him and launched countless Phantasmic Bubbles at him.
"Huh?" He backed off in a panic, but there were too many bubbles to avoid. When they entered his astral brain, the spirit bubbles exploded as Tianming used Monorigin Infernal Blaze and Biritual Chaos Thunder on him!
Luori Guiyang's relatively weak physical body exploded from the bombardment, then Tianming's sword flashed and took the head that was around five meters in length. He grabbed the head and smashed it to the ground, leaving it a bloody mush. Then he turned back with a harrowing smile. "I'm the strongest beastmaster! That's why I specialize in killing beastmasters of the Upper Star Ruin!"
